I discovered Eya Naturals salon by accident, when I was looking for a place where I could get finger coils done. The other place I discovered was unnecessarily pricey, and based on the reviews, could be a hit or miss. So when I saw the reviews for this place, I was sold! Sometimes reviews aren’t an accurate representation of the service you actually receive, but not in this case. The receptionist/manager was SO NICE to me when I walked in! She also checked on me while the stylist was working on my hair to make sure I was happy with it. The stylist who worked on my hair was so so nice and gentle with my hair. She gave me advice on how to maintain the style to keep it looking good. The ambiance of the place is also so calming, I may have dozed off once or twice while I was getting my hair done! The style also came out beautifully, I’ve never seen my curls like this before! All in all a wonderful experience, I think Eya naturals is going to be my permanent salon for a looong while!

Worst salon experience as an adult I’ve ever had. I cried for 10 minutes outside of the salon when they finished. They did EVERYTHING wrong, but luckily weren’t rude. I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen by 3 different stylists. They gave me an expensive protein treatment I didn’t neeidn’t explain what they were doing to my hair at different times or why. Recommended a trim I didn’t need (got a professional trim <2 weeks earlier). Moved me between 6 different chairs to wash, braid, detangle, treat, wait, and rinse. AND my hair was FALLING OUT while they did it. How do I know? Because their own stylist TOLD ME so as she did my hair and I could see clumps on the floor. The stylist before put globs of shea butter in my hair which the next stylist roughly took off with a towel. I fought back tears, my boyfriend paid the bill (cause I would NOT have), and I swore to myself NEVER to come back or accept that type of treatment from anyone for my hair again. These are not professionals, do not trust they will take proper care or be gentle with your natural hair and DO NOT go to this place. The product left my hair feeling so dry and I still cannot believe that the whole thing happened. I feel so strongly about this negative review. Just don’t do it sis. Thank me later.

The place is easy to find. I was in a bit of a rush to have my hair done and the friendly staff did my hair on time! I was treated with a complimentary drink, fruit juice, I believe and also walked out with a free gift which I've never got in any local salon so that's awesome. My bill was a bit higher than I budgeted but they accept mobile money there so I did a quick transfer and I was good to go.

Friendly workers. Calm and serene atmosphere (I went on a week day, Tuesday of this week) Only did washing but my hair was treated ever so gently, and it was done before I knew it. Loved the fragrance from the products used as well Washing was GHC 70 at the time of my visit

Best hair salon in Spintex Ghana. Very comfortable place nice environment and very friendly staff. Even my 2 year old daughter loved the place and first time allowing someone to touch her hair. I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and every time i come to Ghana I will continue. Thank you for delivering excellent service every time.

Eya salon is one of the best salons in Accra with great customer service and professional stylists. My first visit there was awesome as the stylists took time to educate me on my hair and the necessary things to do with it. I will recommend eya naturals salon any day and time.🥰🥰🥰🥰

They treated my hair very well, and were very gentle throughout the whole process! Like most salons that specialize in natural hair the price is slightly on the higher end.

My experience was just ok, but the person who did my brother's hair Etornam was very good. If I come here again, I'll ask for her. My brother and I did the same thing, but lots of care was used in his combing process. I have a sensitive scalp, so I always appreciate extra care in detangling. Total: 3.5 star, I rounded up because Google doesn't do halves.

I really liked the way they washed my natural hair. I usually don't like getting my hair washed at a salon because a lot of natural hair salons wash natural hair the same way they'd wash relaxed hair. At Eya, they took their time to detangler the hair before washing, they washed it in twists to keep it from tangling again during the wash and they used a generous amount of moisturiser/ leave in conditioner after washing.
