I had such a wonderful experience, not just with the end product of my hair but the customer service was outstanding. Mercy my stylist gave me a very good consultation, and I even learnt more about my hair that I didn’t know. The place was clean and tidy and I really felt like a cherished customer even though it was my first time, Ive been here a few times since and standards have not slipped!

Hands down the best service I've had in Ghana so far! The way they greeted me with love and my stylist Delali was just loving. They offered me snacks (samoas and chicken sticks) and beverages. They make you feel very welcome. And of course, they use excellent products and take good care of your hair! I had a protein treatment and silk press. Everyone loved it. Thank you Beauty Technicians. I'll definitely be back 🥰

As always a delight getting my hair done here. No wasting time, exactly what I asked for and their honesty is what matters. They overcharged me and soon as I left I got a phone call to say that was what has happened. I came back and they refunded the difference. There are many good people in this world. Loved this place! Tidy, friendly and lively. The team understand and care for natural hair. I’ve been scared to colour my hair but I’m so happy I did it at BT. I think there could be some more communication (i.e. what products are being used or if your stylist needs to service someone else) during the service but that’s a minor point. Will definitely be back when I’m in Ghana.

Can’t say enough amazing things about this place. It’s neat, the vibes are fun, everyone is friendly and seems to enjoy what they’re doing. I literally plan my visits back home around getting my trims and hair treatments here hahah these ladies are THAT GOOD! Mercy is the best. Everyone is so professional and nice. And I leave feeling beautiful with healthy hair and tips on how to maintain my hair. I also love that I can pay with my card. That’s very convenient. And they sell certain hair care products and items. I don’t let anyone touch my hair when I’m away. 10/10 recommend! 😘

The only place in Ghana I do my hair. Having relocated from the uk, it was important for me to get the same type of hair care, if not better, in Ghana. Dela has always advised me on the best treatments for my hair and my hair is flourishing. Cisca has also stepped in to do my hair occasionally and I’ve never been disappointed. I continue to tell my friends “trust me, just go to beauty technicians” and I’ve never had anyone come back to me and say they are not happy.

Went there for a ponytail and pedicure. Delali did my hair and she did a very good job, she was also very friendly and cared about satisfying her clients with the exact style they wanted. Arkorkor did my pedicure and she was so good and thorough! I would definitely recommend this place, the staff is so friendly.

Hi there as much I liked my hair but I felt neglected, no one gave a consultation my stylist was overbooked and assistant basically did everything but a cut ( burnt me a lot with a straightener) .I truly wanted to hear more options of treatment, highlights and what she suggested for my concerns but she couldn’t do that .I was kept waiting for a while for a service that could’ve been covered in less than the time I spent in the salon . Assistant used way too much heat on my hair .bless her soul she was kind & friendly. Just wish I could’ve been told her assistant will do the job . Or I should come another time

Ever since I relocated to Ghana from the UK in 2021, I had been worried about finding a hair salon that truly understands my hair needs. I don't even remember the last time I went to a salon in the UK! I wanted to try iTips because I was a serial 30-inch-sew in and frontal type of girl and I wanted to have the ultimate versatile look. I searched for salons that do iTips in Accra and I could only find Beauty Technicians at the time. After looking through their Instagram and watching their videos I was sold! I think I walked in and explained what I wanted to do at the reception. The receptionist then referred me to Ms Patience and she thoroughly explained the whole process to me right there and then. She answered all my questions and I finally settled on starting the keratin journey with my iTips - I have never looked back! Appointment after appointment, the entire team became my family and I am happy to say that I have a group of sisters, real sisters, who make me feel at home every time I come for an appointment. If you know Ghana, you'll know that it is very rare to create a working atmosphere where everyone gets along, everyone is jovial and everyone is just simply happy. For that, I say a huge congratulations to Ms Olive! As for Ms Patience and the rest of my sisters, thank you for being amazing in every single way. You guys are part of the reason why I don't want to go back to the UK because I haven't experienced such care and attention to detail like this before. If you are looking for a hair salon in Accra, Ghana THIS is the salon you need to go to.

The place was clean and workers friendly. Perhaps they are great at other services. But don't try the silk press! My hair went kinky after 30 minutes. No refunds given. Most disappointed!!!

Wasn't sure where to go - wanted to get a colour service (highlights / balayage) in Accra - used the google reviews and Freesh as my guide and went to Beauty Technicians - they lived up the their reputation. My stylist Mercy was excellent - she was patient and listened to what l said and then delivered. Thanks to Mercy and the the team at BT. You guys are great !

Beauty Technicians is literally the best salon in Ghana without a doubt. The level of professionalism you will receive from the stylist is top notch. They take their job seriously and they know what they are doing. Highly recommended for colour, treatment for damaged hair and haircuts. I’m hooked!
