Spacious tidy rooms and good bathrooms. I deducted a star though because they had no food services - the best alternative is overpriced drinks they got in their wine gallery.

Pekan Hotel has an easily accessible location although is a street behind the road of UPSA. It has a big compound that can hold a good number of people for an event. Their rooms are spacious with a big hall and also very affordable for your short and long stays. For customer service they are the best.

They should renovate their doors and locks, washrooms their kitchen and the dinning area.

Nice and quiet hideout, a very good place for both adults and children and even an entire family. But the washroom is too small and some door locks need to be changed

It was okay. No proper maintenance. No hot water. Finishing need repair or replace. The room was clean. Fair.

Rooms are great and the come with AC. Water flows constantly. The location is also great. Big compound. The prices are cool.

I came to lodge the cleaner insulted me and my friend for dirtying the room next door to us which was not true I recorded everything on video . Pls reach out to me before posting the video online. He was very rude and insulted me in front of Harry the receptionist and he didn’t even tell the guy to stop. The cleaner even wanted to physically touch me. He was unprofessional. I stayed for 2 days prior to this incident. Doesn’t matter what you going through you never raise your voice at a customer no matter how irritated you are. But he stood to argue with 2 ladies.

The place is sparkling clean, and although some of the rooms need redecorating , someone can enjoy staying there, in the really spacious apartments, sleeping in the comfortable huge beds, swimming in the clean swimming pool of the facility and relaxing in their green Gardens
