Visited the place on a public holiday .The place is good and well maintained , I tried their meat lovers Pizza it was indeed a treat, but the service is absolutely POOR. It takes forever for your food and drinks to get to your table. Before I thought they were understaffed. But then realized the management is not able to position the staff well... There were more staff including managers in and around the bar inside where there was just one customer rather than the pool side where a lot of attention was needed. After all the luxury time taken by them.. they even gave me a printed bill for just half of what I ordered and half hand written on the bill..

Updated review! This hotel is beautiful inside and out. The service that was provided to us through kitchen and bar employees was exceptional (security guards were also pleasant and respectful). The front desk service is very poor and dishonest. Never attempt to counteract someones honest review with a host of lies to save the jobs of many because of their dishonesty and indoor panhandling. I had an issue with money that was owed to me being returned. It was returned to me almost four days later from the initial promised date. The front desk receptionist were extremely rude as well as the sales manager. Also, I requested the number to the cooperate office to speak with someone higher in rank and my request was refused and basically laughed at. After my money was refunded to me the employees at the front desk continued to call and harass and threaten my husband and demand him to force me to take down my review from the company Facebook account as well as through the company I made reservations through. My trip beyond this point wasn't ruined I just found a beautiful apartment in a military based setting. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The very first time I stayed at this hotel the experience was wonderful, thanks to Francis at the reception. My second stay however, was horrible. I requested for a higher floor for the next day and I was taken to a smelling out of order room. My bathroom had no towel rack, the bathtowel in the room had holes in it and there was no bin liner in any of the bins. On top of all these inconveniences, I was denied breakfast by a restaurant staff with attitude. Breakfast is supposed to end at 10:30am and I got there at 10:11am only to be told that they've waited for me for so long and I wasn't coming so she is packing. The standard has dropped drastically 👎

The room was below expectation. Spacious but tired and rusty. Cleanliness was subpar as well, but the staff were brilliant from start to finish. The beach is better off removed from the name, and the gym is almost non-existent. The restaurant is great as well as the swimming pool. Works were ongoing as the time of leaving, so hopefully, things will get better.

Getting a waiter was exhausting as we had to liase through a security man at post. We chose to sit in the garden to enjoy the sea view and was neglected by the waiter(s).

Neat and well kept rooms. It’s located by the beach giving it a nice scenery at night. It’s an ideal location if you’re looking for a hidden paradise because it’s far from main business centre locations. With their kind of internet connection, you would experience a true off-grid atmosphere.

Excellent place to stay, a great retreat from the busy city. A little way out (45 mins by taxi) but still accessible enough. The beach is not accessible from the grounds which was a bit frustrating. Also found out on the way to the airport that we could have arranged a driver while we were there, although this was not advertised on arrival.

Good Morning, We stayed in room 103 from 10/13-15/2021. First our reservation had the wrong name on it and we had to spend 20 extra minutes getting that settled but still had to ultimately have my brother-in-love check us into the room even though I paid for it. I requested a room on the ground floor as I can’t do stairs well, the hotel sent me an email stating that it would not be a problem and my request would be accommodated, but your staff still put our room on the 1st floor. Our room was outdated and the furniture and closet was broken. The bed was so hard. We couldn’t use the closet or the iron because they were both as well. The refrigerator didn’t work either. There were HUGE waterbug roaches in the bathroom, my husband killed 4 during our stay. Then there are signs in the bathroom saying the water isn’t drinkable, so why would I wash my body with this same water. We used bottled water to bath out of fear of what was wrong with the tap water. Then the toilet seat was cracked, we told staff it was cracked. They never came to repair it. So when I went to use the restroom, it broke into 3 pieces leaving me to fall on the floor. It’s not like I’m a big girl or anything like that either. Then our room always smelled like smoke as our balcony was over the bbq pit. Anytime we opened the balcony door paint chips rained down on us. The paint in the room and the outside railings was peeling so bad. Then the key fab for our door kept going dead and had to be replaced twice. The dining room for dinner was so small, we always had to sit outside and get bitten up by mosquitoes, the fans outside on the balcony don’t work either so we were bitten up and hot. Then we waited over an hour for our food. Then half the food listed on the menu, we were told by the wait staff is “finished” so we had to eat assorted fried rice our entire stay for each meal. Our breakfast was only free for 1 person even though the room was booked for 2. We had to pay 88 cedi each morning for both of us to eat breakfast. I took pictures to show as proof. Of all that was wrong. It was a complete and total disappointment and we will not be returning.

A lovely beach resort located inside Nungua. Though the beach area was very dirty, the facility is well kept. A very spacious compound and car park, a pool, lots of sitting area. I joined in the buffet for gh150. Definitely worth it, the food was very delicious and the staff were really nice.

A surprising facility located in Nungua like a uncut jewel that shows its beauty regardless. Great location for business or relaxation if you're in that side of town. Pricey though but for the views and ocean breezes it compensates

Very clean but more importantly, incredibly hard working and courteous staffs. Be careful with the taxis around... They will charge you triple the price. Walk up to the main road and get taxi from there or call UBER... With the price already available to you. People are very nice all around the place.

It was an okay experience. The front desk service was good during check in and check out but, the staff in the morning were not as knowledgeable about a couple things we asked about. The room was fine. It was a bit stuffy. The air conditioner worked well but the phone did not work. They said they had room service when we asked but did not provide us a menu in a timely manner so we went in search of the restaurant. We found the restaurant but there was not many staff present and we had to find our own seats. Upon looking for a clean place to sit (now near 6:00pm), we could not find many tables that had been cleared from lunch still. The place we did find was dirty. I have provided pictures for that. We decided to order and get the food brought to our room. It was a lengthy wait. I ordered pizza which was good. The next morning brought a pleasant surprise. When we looked outside to check on our car, they had washed it for us which was nice. The breakfast bar was much, much better than the evening meal. I provided plenty of pictures of that. We were pleased with the selection and cleanliness at breakfast.

Best Western caught my attention and like immediately i entered the premise.. beautiful views to offer, beautiful set up and although wedged in some corner, just easy to locate!!. Had their breakfast buffet, and IT WAS A DELIGHT...

First off, the menu says Chicken Ceasar Salad yet it was served with no parmesan(after clearly listing) also replaced The Ceasar dressing with Vinaigrette(unacceptable). Now, in the room (004) the water heater is broken (it's like they don't have a quality assurance manager) They just don't care if you are satisfied with the service all they care about is collecting your money (shaking my head in dismay).

We scouted this place for an office day out event. The claim to 'beach' is overstretched as the property's own beach is nothing more than 50*100 yards of sand. We also tried the food,and I ordered what I thought was nasi goreng as per the menu. It was just regular Ghanaian fried rice with fried egg and very badly spiced chicken khebab. The least they could have done was to season the chicken with a peanut sauce, and to have anchovies in the rice, in line with what a nasi goreng should be. I would be dreaming then of them adding a sanbal sauce... C'mon guys , what you sold me was just regular, but poorly made and poorly tasting Ghanaian fried rice. And for GHS 170 and the 1 hour it took to bring our order, that's an unacceptable scam!

We have been at the hotel to spend the day with the family, the attention was not very good, the service was delayed, my son wanted to eat pizza and it arrived raw and green inside. The hotel is spacious and beautiful but this other situation will leaves no desire to return. I hope they can improve and provide a better service.

Despite the dusty road leading here, the location is beautiful. The beach could be a lot cleaner and more useful. The hotel could do with fumigation as its impossible to sit outside in the evenings due to mosquitoes. Food was ok but should be improved and the pool was clean but a lot more general cleaning of the facility is needed to maintain standards. Loved the view from my room.

I could not have picked a better hotel. The people are amazing. The view is great. Listening to the water on the shores and the sunrise as been nothing short of awesome. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

Their form of welcome is still the same ...I wish they add a little smile into welcoming guests ...nothing has seriously changed there though over the years.... Only the attendants dnt know how to smile....

I love the inside setting and it position, you could seat at the pool and get an amazing view of the Ocean, but they've got poor service, had to wait 2 hours plus for a meal I ordered for. Well, that was my 1st time there, don't know if that's how they really do often, but that day was bad .

Nice location. Great view at the sea but can't sit outside in the evening due to heavy mosquito bites and the food was awful. I ordered sea food platter and I was served burnt lobsters and 1 fried fish. Below the industry standard

One of the nicest beach resorts in Accra. Very conducive environment for retreats, conferences and other events.

The room was good, but the restroom window was stuck open. The sink drain was broken. Only get 1 towel. Lots of traffic to get back to accra. Gym was broken. They also charge evething up front nonrefundable night if you leave early.

Wonderful Environment. The food is sumptuous and the staff are friendly. The poolside is neat and safe to bring your kids along for a family trip to relax and take in nature. Do try this experience! And remember to follow the COVID protocols as well!

I passed by the place to spend an evening with a friend of mine. The scenery is beautiful, only during daytime. Sadly the place is I'll equipped when it comes to lighting. So much so, I couldn't see my friends face while sitting around the table. The service was rough too. There was only one waitress waiting on a number of tables. Food was really expensive and honestly, not great quality wise. The rice we ordered was semi cold, and they brought me the wrong pizza.(Got full meat rather than margarita I ordered) I'll still pass by the place during daytime, though I'll make sure to bring my own food.

Super helpful staff, clean rooms, nice view of the sea which smells a little fishy, nice food but it finishes pretty early and refills take too long.

Awesome environment, I wasn't expecting that from the location. Very neat and tidy rooms. Was in room 218 for 5days. Great chef, food was consistently tasty (both local and continental). Great superb balcony view. Staff were very polite and friendly.

The scenery is always refreshing and their food taste Good. I always do Continental Breakfast though. Their waiters just need a little fire. Tooo Slow.

I really like arts and was refreshed to see fine arts depicted in the reception. This reminded me of Ken Danby’s quote that “Art is a necessity- an essential part of our enlightenment process...” This is a perfect hotel for a small family gathering

I liked the place. I could see the harbour and ships from the outdoor terrace. The service was a little slow but the food was good. Honestly they seemed understaffed. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. I would go again but I hope the service improves.

I like their pool, and James, the pool guide has a humble spirit. The serene environment allows for peaceful relaxation, but some of the security officers aren't mannered in their speech.

Everything is on point, very nice place to be.

I can recommend this hotel. Only 2 negatives: very weak and not stable internet and dirty beach. But the staff was very good (all), beds were comfortable, restaurant very good (breakfast choice fantastic) and they washed our car. Shuttle service was free of charge.

Rooms are dated and not maintained. You have 2 minutes of hot water available to shower. Staff are not the friendliest and beach is permanently closed

Hi , My family and I visited ur establishment on the 21st September 2023 , which was the Holiday, and I ordered and ate your suspicious looking Fried rice and grilled chicken for 140 gh . This meal was the only food I ate that day and it landed me in the hospital for 4 days because it left me with vomiting and diarrhea which I am still treating at the moment. Please get back to me before I get my lawyer to serve you. Cheers
