So far in my life, this is the most excellent place I have been! Everything is perfectly placed at a very convenient and strategic order. We were too comfortable to the extent that we forgot to start another business discussion on a dinner table. I can't wait to come there another and trust me, I've not been to many other places but to me until then, here in Ghana, Fiesta Royale is 1st. Keep it up

The Fiesta Royale Hotel is located at the most stupendous place in Accra. Tourists taking this hotel can visit the nearby Accra Zoo, Accra Mall, University of Ghana, and Accra Polo Club. The airport is just 5 minutes away. There are numerous international restaurants nearby. The Hotel itself is world-class with clean and well-managed rooms for all groups of people. The hotel also has villas on one side for families. Team Starling recommends a visit. 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good security men at the gate, respectful man opened the main entrance, respectful front desk who directed me to the venue of my meeting, congenial atmosphere, greenery and perhaps more than I saw since my meeting closed after a couple of hours.

I only went to have lunch with family. It was a buffet, the dishes are a variety..the ambience is awesome and the staff are polite. Good parking space and the located In the center of the city

It's a fantastic hotel to lodge. Rooms, Great. Food, awesome. Parking, adequate. Location, perfect...not far from the airport, about 7 to 10 minutes ride, depending on traffic. Service, okay too. So, they offer buffet breakfast and lunch on every day of the week but buffet dinner only on certain days. They have halls for event too. Overall good experience.

Aging like fine wine, Fiesta Royale for quite sometime now continues to welcome travelers, events and conferences with an all too familiar affection and care. Their rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. Safety checks are appropriate with vigilant security service.They have this quiet ambience, for the most part. The lightening at night is superb. Nice meals, if you care for a good restaurant service. Indeed there is beauty in the old things and Fiesta Royale continues to be a the perfect case in point.

I had a wonderful 3 week stay recently at Fiesta Royale hotel during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and Accra Mall which both are a short drive. The bedrooms (and en-suite bathrooms) have been recently renovated to an incredibly high standard and decorated beautifully. The room provided a haven to unwind after a busy work day. My room overlooked the pool and an immaculately maintained garden visited by the resident kingfisher and an array of other birds, a true oasis in central Accra without even leaving the hotel room. The hotel provides a great selection for the buffet breakfast each morning and has a wide selection to choose from the restaurant menu for lunch/dinner. As an added bonus there is a cash point in the hotel's carpark which accepts overseas credit and debit cards. What stood out for me the most however, were the incredible staff at the hotel. Their customer service is one of the best I have experienced in all my travels. Everyone who I interacted with, the security guards, the shuttle-bus staff, house-keeping, maintenance, the staff at the gift shop, the restaurant and bar staff, chef, the doormen, front desk/reception, and the hotel general manger went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Always friendly, they are true professionals ensuring that very high standards are always maintained. Their incredible generosity with their time (be it for a "quick" conversation which happily lasted much longer than originally planned or helping with ideas for sightseeing or shopping or ordering a taxi through a reliable company), their genuine concern for my wellbeing and safety and the incredible gestures such as ensuring my food allergies were considered during meal prep made this a true home away from home experience. I was genuinely sad when the day arrived for me to leave. I look forward to returning and seeing the Fiesta Royale family again.

Fiesta Royale Hotel is a star hotel with very beautiful indoors and outdoor edifices. The customer service is a plus one there. There is a swimming pool which makes life better and a restaurant that could make you chew up your fingers for the delicious meals. They serve both local and foreign dishes with a touch of modernism.

It has a nice environment but the food is a zero for me. It was a friend’s birthday and we went in for their Sunday buffet to say we were disappointed in the taste of food was the least. Everything was just not ok. We can’t pinpoint exactly what we enjoyed probably just the grilled beef because that’s all I can remember we both agreed on when it came to taste. I don’t know if there would ever be a next time of me visiting cause we tasted almost everything and it just wasn’t good .

The hotel keeps upgrading and giving off freshness... it does not feel like an old hotel at all... well done!

There was a dead wall gecko in the room when we checked in. The room given to us was also was infested with ants. They attacked me on the bed one of the nights. I had ant bites all over my body and it was a terrible experience. Some of food was freezer burnt and does not taste good. Good house keeping crew. A few catering attendant give good service.

The hotel has a good wifi connection, so it's suitable people who want to stay there and work or browse the internet. Their service too is excellent. They have a large car park

I didn't check ✅ the rooms section simply because I didn't lodge, I only went for a lunch meeting, but I'm very sure that the rooms are superb. The buffet was great 👍. Customers are treated like kings and Queens, it was indeed a good experience.

Went there on a Sunday for an impromptu meeting. They had a buffet lunch ongoing which ended at 4 pm I can't say much to that since we didn't patronize it because we got there quite late for that. I had Cranberry juice and Fried rice and Chicken. 4/5 for the juice and 6/10 for the food. But if I should split the review of the chicken from the rice I'd give the chicken an 8/10 and the Rice a 5/10. Their pepper tastes nice though. I took out the rice so I can comment on their packaging. It was really cool. All in all they have a serene environment entirely and their services are great. I'd recommend them for a beautiful date experience.

Went in for the washroom , stayed for the ambience. Got myself a glass of wine (60gh) , comes with complimentary groundnuts,which were fresh . The bar man was friendly and recommended a bottle for me per my specifications. Definitely worth a second visit .

I went there for lunch. The food was delicious. The ambience was great. The staff were smartly dressed, respectful, and knew what was expected of them. The parking space was good.

Fiesta Royale has a superb location that's about a 5-minute drive from the Kotoka International Airport along one of Ghana's busy roads. Despite its location on a busy road, the hotel still offers a very serene environment for your vacation, business meetings, conferences, seminars, and workshops. They have very friendly staff to assist you throughout your stay. You will enjoy your stay at Fiesta Royale Hotel and never regret it.

Very good place near the business center of Accra.

Simply a great experience. The manager is always available for any inconvenience or even suggestions for eating out. Just had to add that I went there for lunch a couple of days ago. I ordered a la Carter. It was no surprise to me that it was magnificent. The surprise 😮 was that it was cheaper than other places for the impeccable quality and service. Thank you 😊 Fiesta Royale 😘

Fiesta royale has not changed much since the last time I was here about 3 years ago. The service is good but what I enjoy most is the buffet lunch. Such a wide variety. Great place, great chef, and lovely waiters

A serene environment carved and situated on the edge of a major road in the hem of Dzorwulu. One would think because this place is close to the major N1 road, it'd be noisy, rather, entering this hotel greets you a quiet and well kept, clean and refreshing space. They have a pullside that presents the grass around kind of experience and then their architectural imposition which you are likely not to imagine before making your way there. It is a nice place, lovely customer service attendants, and they are matured!

This is a really lovely hotel, with great staff. They were helpful, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast is great, and the cook makes delicious omelettes, eggs, and french toast. There’s a really wide selection of food for an international clientele.

An excellent hotel - famous for their sumptous buffet lunch!

The hotel is very beautiful, and they prepare delicious food. The staff at the kitchen and rooms are GREAT!!! But one thing the hotel has to improve on is positioning staff who are welcoming and warm at the reception and not those who look sad and keep saying things with sanctions. An example, on the 11th September in the morning, I witnessed at the reception the conversation from a lady in our team who gave an explanation that she misplaced the paper pocket for the room card, and she was told like a little girl who was not careful about things and felt that it was so unprofessional for the receptionist to say that. Kindly address this because the hotel is a beautiful place and the majority of staff are warm and welcoming. Me daa si!

I was here for an event and I really like the space and their meeting room where I was was beautiful. Their rest rooms are really cool except for their toilet seats, feet were almost hanging when I sat on it. Their canopy walk way is really cool

I came from the U.S to speak at the ASWAD conference at the University of Ghana. There were a number of us here who enjoyed the hospitality, food, drinks music and fellowship. Great experience. The hotel room and the entire hotel space was very clean. The food was also very good. Not a lot of variety but that could be due to cutting down cost as the hotel industry was severely affected by the pandemic.

Had the Sunday brunch! It was very well rounded with classic local favorites, awesome salad selections, multiple soups, stews, rice, and jollof, pasta, pork and lamb! I really enjoyed!

I ordered a glass of juice in the restaurant at 8pm. I told the room attendant that there was no restaurant menu in my room and asked them to bring a menu to my room. I waited for 30 minutes but didn't get it! I called room service to tell them I didn't have a restaurant menu and asked them to bring me one. I agreed and I waited until 9:35 without any room attendants bringing me a menu. I went downstairs to the restaurant and got a menu. After I chose it, the waiter told me the restaurant was closed! I checked into your hotel, but I did not feel the feeling of being served. Is it so difficult for me to ask for a menu from your housekeeping? I need to go downstairs and get it myself! My last night in your hotel was the worst experience ever!

An international hotel offering usual hospitality services. They have quite spacious conferencing facilities to suit corporate and individual requirements. Food is good, Covid protocols in place and observed.

Extremely arrogant reception staff Caroline who wanted to argue with me after asking her the latest check out time. I also had an extra charge added to my bill and was locked out my room for 30mins when i had a meeting to attend. Not what I expected the worst part was the reception staff Caroline. I could not believe the arrogance.

We had a strategy session here. I have not slept here before so I can't say anything about the rooms. I was not searched extensively like done in other hotels. My temperature was not taken before I entered like others. There was provision for washing hands and sanitizer before you enter though. Place is quite okay. Their food is fine. I loved the fish and the salads very much. I just felt a bit more variety on the menu would've been okay. Food tasted good. Generally it is a nice environment but they can do more to improve the place.

Very nice hotel but needs more modern facilities

I came here only for dinner in the first floor lobby and had a pretty awful experience. First, we ordered an old fashioned and they brought a different drink. They ultimately took it off the bill and we got a pina colada and cosmo which were both great. We then ordered the meat pizza becuase I heard it was one of the best and it WAS NOT cooked properly. The meat inside the pizza was also cold. The server was kind but the chef lied and told me the uncooked part was cheese until I explained the difference between cheese and dough texture. They removed the pizza from the bill but overall, would not recommend this place and do not intend to go back to eat.

The hotel has limited car park space for very big event although their customer service is one of the best you can experience in the hospitality sector. You can trust your missing item at their place will get returned. And yes, their food was very nice. You need not worry about the quantity too

I've spent a wonderful moment at Fiesta Royale Hotel. I stayed in a room upstairs and I loved which place they gave to nature in their infrastructure. It's warm and comfortable. If it fits in your budget, don't hesitate. I'm sure you and your guests will spend a very good time.

I went for the Sunday evening buffet. I was surprised there were a lot of people there too. Maybe it’s cos it’s affordable (Ghc 195) The food was fairly good, my only disappointment was the main meals didn’t have much variety. I really ate to my satisfaction 🤣 Thank you Fiesta, I shall return

Often overlooked with so many new places. But restaurant is an excellent hideaway for meetings. Plenty of parking too. Didn’t check the rooms.
