I dont prefer to goany KFC in Ghana Bcz Counter/front desk behaviour is not good at all, they are unprofessional n dont know how to behave with the customers, management should train the front desk staff regarding how to behave with customers. They are showing discrimination to foreign customers. When we are ordering they laugh at coustomer n showing discrimination

Very patient counter attendants. Explained stuff to me pretty well so I could make best decision. Started me on my KFC journey. Now I'm a fan of KFC. LOOOOOOVE their chicken

The food is too expensive in my view for such ordinary food. One of the staff was impatient. However, the staff are kind. A woman mistakenly dropped her ice cream and they gave her another one for free.

It's the typical restaurant vibe, but there's free WiFi and the staff are polite. There's outdoor and indoor eat-in options. Air-conditioning in my humble opinion isn't near optimal, as I found it not cool enough. Perhaps if there's more customers eating-in at a given time it'll be tuned a bit lower for a comfortable enough feeling.

The main mall is very small as compared to the others. Gets crowded sometimes and I think things are a bit expensive. Besides that there are a variety of restaurants of CHOICE with different cuisines

Very Crowded during the holidays, we didn't get the chance to have fun like we planned 😭😁 But it's still a perfect place for me.

I really enjoyed the place

I waited and they kept serving every one else, I sat there for almost a hour and all they kept telling me was "yours is on the way, give us 2 minutes" and I could sit like 15 minutes and people were just walking in and out with theirs. I like KFC but the service here... Mmmm... Not too...

It was the new year 2023 and everyone wanted to do one thing or the other at the mall so the place was packed up from children to oldies. Compared to the other malls, their washrooms are too small for the numbers that visit the mall. Good food, nice ambiance and very crowded on holidays

Another KFC just the waiting time is too long, basically the staff need to work a bit more faster if we compare it to Europe otherwise everything normal
