Real nice clinic with amazingly nice staff just off the Volta lane at airport residential. The service is really quick and the place is super nice (loved the decor and atmosphere), easy to locate. They are really technologically inclined and use it to facilitate admission and processing of health care. Fully paperless hospital visit 👍. They accept majority of insurance schemes. You won’t regret your encounter with staff. Beautiful, jovial and professional people.

Did a platinum test and up until now I am still calling and constantly emailing them just to get my complete results after making full payment out of pocket? Unacceptable! On one occasion, I was sent a different patients tests results instead of mine, such breach of privacy. Nurses should be trained well to be more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Also, do not assume that every patient is familiar moving about the clinic - please give clear directions. I will not recommend Claron and I will not be there again. Giving 2 stars because the medical doctor and optician were the only professional ones who were helpful. Prince was helpful too with retrieving some of my results as well.

I had an eye test for a pair of glasses. I was told it would be ready a week after. About 2 months later, I was assured that I could come for my glasses. I arrived two days after receiving the information only to be told that in spite of being pomised that my glasses was ready, it actually wasn't. It's one thing to fail to execute your task by a deadline. But to lie and waste someone's time? That's highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

Came in today, the staff is really nice and the place is clean and comfortable. I like how they digitized their entire process so you don't carry a piece of paper going from one department to the next. They could work more on reducing the waiting time though. And have a better way to manage queues (as some people don't respect it)

I am rating 5 stars because of your excellent customer service. last week i was professionally ushered in and out of the facility by a gentleman named Henry, very courteous and respectful. He made sure I went through and kept coming back to check on me if I was attended to and I saw him doing the same for another client. He rejected a tip from me when I offered to show appreciation for his services. He said he is being paid to deliver his services. The nurses were up to their task as well. I will come back.

This is the most unprofessional health center I have ever seen. I called their number from the office yesterday and was transferred from the receptionist to a lab technician. I along with office people had questions about the lab services the center provided. The person explained in detail the difference services and gave us the pricing and working hours. We sent one individual today and we were told that they had not called the center, that the prices were double what was discussed and then when shown phone number and call time and duration just outright acted dumbfounded. Not only was it a waste of time and gas, it was rude and outright unacceptable. We will make sure to scrap this center from our potential centers we recommend to our employees and clients.

I was at Claron for the breast cancer screening and I must say their service is exceptional. They took their time to educate and screen myself and my colleagues. I would like to recommend Claron Health to everyone.

The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Nevertheless, they need to be trained in how to best provide assistance. Yesterday, as soon as I arrived I told the lady at the front desk that I had a clogged ear and needed to get the problem solved. I would imagine that someone at the front desk would be knowledgeable enough to know that one of the solutions for a clogged is rinsing/washing the ear canal, a service which Claron Health International does not have the capacity to render. At that instance I should have been immediately been informed that they do not have such capacity and should have instead been redirected to find an ENT (which they don't have). Instead, I paid 255 cedis to be processed: blood pressure to be taken, temperature checked, height noted and weight checked to be told by a doctor what I already know; your ear is blocked. He then told me that they did not have the capacity to rinse the ear. I'm disappointed in this level of service. At the very least at least half of the money I paid should have been returned. This is daylight robbery.

If I could give this Hospital zero star, I will do it over and over again. Horrible customer service. No value for money. They hurriedly take your money yet can’t render the service. I waited for over 24hours for the result of my COVID test that was supposed to take just 1 HOUR which is what I paid for and was told. I literally had to follow up for my own results after 24hours of not hearing from them. They blatantly lied that it was sent to my email. I never received this. They were to forward it to me on WhatsApp which they still did not do. I called more than 3 times yet they still failed to send. As I write this, I am still waiting for the results of my test which is 28 hours late. They critically need to look at their staff. You can’t render this horrible service in the health industry where every minute detail matters.

I've had a really bad expérience in this hospital yesterday. If i could give zero star i wouldn't thought twice. In fact I ve had an appointement with a "gynecologist" if it was the real one of course, and after the blabla without telling me the exact problem, they send me To do a bload test which was charged 25 and another one which was 35. And am not even sure of the accuracy of those results. Anyway Everything was "less than ok". What annoys me more is when i was told the price of the consultation. WHATTTT 400 ghana cedis. Just for 10min discussion with the so called "doctor". How many ghanaian would pay 460 ghana cedis for a hospital after 10min of consultation. There was no scan machine there was nothing. Then when I asked "Why" they told me "NORMAL CONSULTATION WITH GENERALIST IS 100ghana cedis BUT WHEN IT COMES TO SPECIALISTE (WITHOUT ANY MATERIAL) PRICE TIMES FOUR". Why is our people so weard. I just wanted To share this that was actually the baddest experience of my life. I Will Never get back To that hospital. Anyway everything was fine until the price problem. The people were Nice but..............

I had a very bad experience at this hospital today when I went to there to get a yellow fever certificate and they couldn't deliver. I was very disappointed and I went to the airport to get it done at a lesser fee. Meanwhile they had charged me twice the amount I paid at the airport.

I called this clinic last week to inquire about getting the yellow fever shot. I was quoted a price of 220 cedis for the vaccine and the international card. Come to find out the vaccine plus card is 50 cedis at the Adabraka Polyclinic. Ridiculous! smdh

Great customer service

This is the most horrible experience I've ever had at a hospital. Once I went for a general checkup, they took my details at the reception, asked for my details again at the lab, asked for me details again at the EKG room and again at the reception. They are extremely disorganized, staff seem very confused about their duties. We did tests at claron, ordered for lenses and it's been almost a year now and they still haven't done it, called them, said we should pick it up that it was ready. Just to get there and it hadn't been done. It's rather unfortunate but I wouldn't recommend Claron to anyone in a billion years. Their service is really poor.

Today na today....I waited.....and waaaiiittteeeddd....(With my stomach ache mm) in short if waiting was a person it'll have been me. Then abeg please stock your pharmacy...."we don't have " seems to be in abundance in that your pharmacy (Not the 1st or 2nd time )😭😭😭
