In 2020 and 2021 travelled to Adansi to Kenya-Dubai and Ethiopia-Dubai on a group tour and I enjoyed the 4star Millennium Hotel, daily breakfasts and excellent tour leading. I'm also looking forward to experiencing their Maldives, Europe and Zanzibar trips this 2022. In my experience Adansi Travels is the best. Their new Branch in Nigeria has the same excellent standard.

Your sales representative Serwa is rude and lacks proper customer service training she should learn to answer potential clients need for information about packages without her imposing her own personal opinion on them. I contacted her about a package, and I was totally turned off by her attitude. Shame!

The start was a bit rocky. The sales representative was a bit standoffish. I was able to get transferred to their visa team. I opted for the visa assist for my Schengen Visa. Yaw was very friendly and professional. He took time off his busy schedule to help me even with the short notice provided. Everything was provided right on time for submission and visa was successful. I highly recommend.

My visit to the Cape Coast castle and Elmina Forts was really exciting!! Damn. Had everything to thrill and get you deep into thoughts as to what drove people to create such important edifices across Ghana. Thumbs up, Adansi. It was such an eye-opener

This was my first time traveling with Adansi and they made it memorable. For health reasons, I am usually careful to try new dishes so I was so touched that Adansi made arrangements for us to have Ghanaian dishes right in Dubai! I can't thank them enough. My personal request is that they should make the trip last 15 days next year for more enjoyment.😅
