Comfortable chairs, wonderful customer service and my hair came out the way I wanted it to. I arrived for my appointment and we started on time. I have locs and asked to have faux locs put over them. The ladies delivered! I got my hair washed, conditioned, dried and style installed in 4 hours. I've been coming since 2018 and will continue to do so.

First time here I got my lashes done by Nana. Second time I got a massage. Both services were excellent. I like the fact that it's a one stop ship. They have a store to buy beauty supplies, Wigs and a market. I would definitely return.

Its mostly one of my first stops when I Land in Ghana. Its a one stop for all your beauty needs. I have how ever noticed that they aren't very skilled in handling natural afro hair so dont be afraid to share ur preference in a nice way of course. Having said that, they are masters at braids cornrows, styling, weaves and weave making! Mizani is the salons main brand. There is also a separate pedicure and manicure section. Hair supplies such as xpressions for braiding, weaves and hair products can be purchased there too. And you have got to love The security man he is just the best.

Clean environment, professional workers, I just don't have anything negative to say. Is truly a place for all your beauty needs. Is really refreshing to find such a high standard of beauty professionals all together at one place. I can honestly say that you will be impressed even if you are used to the European and American high standards of service.

I’ve been doing my hair at first choice since high school and they’re still good at what they do. They haven’t changed a bit( I mean customer service and staffs attitude)

The convenience of having multiple services is a plus for this place. The customer services are also not too bad at all. My only issue is there prices. How is getting a refill the same as getting a full set. How is it the prices go up every time my girls and I visit, which is once a month.

By far the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Went with my mum and sisters today and the results were excellent- from my sharp trim(inclusive of head massage) to our pedi mani and sisters’ faux locs & styling. Slight mix up re pricing at the beginning but got smoothed out quickly. For newbies, note that hair is additional but can be bought on the premises.

I've been getting my nails and hair done here since 2008 and they've always been top tier for service, attentiveness and excellence in hair and beauty. I still go for my manicure, pedicure and beauty accessories and I'm always well looked after. It's a 10/10 experience every time ❣️

Had a haircut and styling and it took me almost 4 hours. Regretted going there. Please work on your time and customer service. Smh

Walked in with no appointment. Parking space is surprisingly quite generous and very convenient. They had set up a nice handwashing center outside and required masks for entry per pandemic infection control guidelines. Attended to within minutes. This is a huge establishment with different sections for different hair services. Multiple stations and staff to attend to clients. My hairdresser was quite good and was innovative with getting my locs done to my satisfaction. There's a whole wig and synthetic/natural hair show downstairs so if you didn't buy any to bring with you, no problem! Price for my loc maintenance was a bit more (20 to 30%+) than the usual at regular well established salons (partly why I rated 4 star), but I was very happy with the service. My locs are medium length and hair growth was 2 inches, so required a bit of work. My assigned hairdresser did not know how to use pipe cleaners for styling though, so best to call ahead and ask for specific skills before you book appointment.

Great people. Very professional and accomodating. love their choice in hair products for washing etc (largely Mizani) Not tooo bad handling type 4 natural hair, there's room for improvement! I wish theyd also make it a point to use hair protectants without being urged to by the customer. Looking to buy hair products, accessories, makeup, hand dryers, flat irons to razors, hair extensions, toiletries and more they've got it all too so that's great. Store brand hair extensions are on the pricey side

Very bad service Can’t handle natural hair at all! Even the washing was painful💀 My silk press went back to a fro in less than 30 minutes IN THEIR SALON I was told to come back the next two days to have my hair done (box braids) to compensate for the bad silk press On the day, I was told to pay a portion of the fee again which would’ve been a total of 280 cedis (including the fee I had already paid for the silk press) for only washing and braiding (not including the weave) because that’s all they really did. Their cost for braids including washing was 180 Even though the management was aware of the situation, they still had me stay, even after they had closed telling me that still had to pay. Their service was very inconveniencing. It seems they’re after the money and NOT customer satisfaction .
