The place is currently pulled down; full of rubbles. The only functioning place is the Fantasy Dome. The court of the fair serves as event grounds for people occasionally. On a normal day, people exercise from morning to night while churches and groups hold their nightly prayers at the court. The DVLA uses the other side of the court too for their tests. As of July 2022, nothing has changed. Construction is yet to begin.

Very breezy place to be.... During exhibitions you can get almost anything there provided you are willing to walk.. You can also buy a stall there and showcase your items.... I really enjoyed the place and the parking space is out of this world.... The biggest I've seen so far

No meaningful activities like trading goes on there unlike before when it was serving the purpose of which it was setup for, almost all the structures are down except some canopy for church activities so it has lost it image.

It's closed now. Broken down even. I cannot believe they run this place down. Almost everyone born in the 80s and early 90s experienced some of their best childhood memories at this place. They had an amusement park and held every major fair there back in the days. Now it looks like a dump site with the destructions ongoing. It is unclear what the plans are but the gates are all closed now with the exception of the last gate which leads to the Events Haven. Hopeful

I remember trade fair as a place where business owners and new innovators came to outdoor themselves to the world. GIFEX... Is also served as a recreational center for myself, family and friends, on occasions like Easter celebration. This place carry a whole package of good memories for well meaning Ghanaians and foreigners alike.. Just behind trade fair is the entrance to zenith university college. Trade fair is an event center too, i remember in 1999 as a young man i went to see some Ghanaian hip life musicians perform live for the first time, musicians such as, lord Kenya, obrafo, Tictac, dancehall artist like general Marcus, etc.etc..i really had fun within the perimeter of trade fair..

The place has been closed down, so I don't really think a rating would be fair. There's, however, news about a redevelopment, and investors are being woed to participate. I must admit that it has a budding commercial potential considering its location... near top hotels, with first-class roads to some of Accra's prestigious residential communities like Cantonments, Labone, and recently, Tse Addo.

This is Ghana's centre for events and show casing companies trade products. This place was built by the First gentleman of the land, the purpose of this place was for organising trade fairs for countries that Ghana has bilateral relationship between them and also trades exchange to show the public what they sell and also where they can be located and also sometimes they come in to look for potential investors. But now the place is opened for other activities like Big church service,Entertainment, events and many more. In case you want a big place for your big programs then I will recommend this place to you because it's spacesurs place and also at a good place for events.

It's a nice place for various kinds of events irrespective of the numbers. Especially the fantasy dome which can take 12,000 people and more. There are various services that people who come there can access to make their time there comfortable

Run down. Government business, run by some well paid tribal or family related people. Not much more to say. Typical! An expensive place for exhibitors, giving no returns. I really feel sorry, for any exhibitor...

I remember this location when I was a kid. It was always fun coming here with family. So many showcase events, products , food, carousels and alot of fan stuff to do. Now it's an eyesore. With all the advancements in technology, Trade fair got worse. It's terrible. Soo sad.
