It all boils down to services. Servicing was horrible. Took 25min for a waiter to come to our table. 15min to bring ordered drinks, 75mins to bring food. At this point we were ready to leave. But I did asked for supervisor & surly this supervisor was very polite and very apologetic. Really commend him on but nevertheless that was our experience. Place is nice with lot of sea breeze and be mindful about your shoe type cus floors are always wet due to moisture from sea.

Nice location with good atmosphere. However the customer service can be improved, as we were waiting a long time for someone to take our order and bring us an ashtray (reminded the staff around 5 times). Furthermore the prices on the menu did not match the actual price and we ended up paying almost double the amount which was written on the menu. Definitely not coming here again.

Great place to meet up with friends or just chill with a cocktail. Excellent DJ pumping afro tunes. I feel best to go late afternoon/early evening when sun's setting

The whole architecture, ambiance and atmosphere is cuul. Great place to hang out with a date or with friends. The view of the beach is therapeutic. Music is great and food superb. Chicken wings and friend yam is delicious.

Lovely place to visit. The food was so delicious. However, the customer service was not so great. It took them a while to get us where to sit. We were also struggling to connect to the WI-FI.

This was our second time visiting the Sandbox. It's a very nice environment with a dj playing a mixture of Afrobeats and Amopiano. The proximity to the sea is incredible. We were there at night and they had spotlights casting different colour beam onto the surf which gave a very nice effect. The service was sometimes slow though. The ambience is great, great sea view, extremely poor service, drinks food etc will show up after 30 mins to 1 hour. I wouldn't go there unless you have time to waste or if you just want the view and you have the patience to wait. Seriously horrible service

The experience was good as much as the food and drinks. It was one of the rare place I actually enjoyed the food from all the places I’ve been to while visiting Ghana. Everyone was welcoming and nice and the place looks like the pictures you can see online. Reservations are required tho.

Nice place to have a good time by the beach. The scenery is beautiful in the evening. The food is good but it takes some time when the place is packed. It's definitely a place to experience if you are looking for a good place to hang out alone or with friends by the beach.

The location is what takes me back again and again. Agree service is a bit and a bit more late 😅😅😅. But the time passes by with the cool breeze and the eye catching view which it offers. Shisha is good. Cocktails are good aswell.

Had such an amazing night. The venue is stunning, the views and pool are amazing. Great light show on the waves after sunset. The manager took great care of me. Amazing vibe, highly recommend.

It was a good experience at the Sundaze program. Have not been there as a guest by a table. Sundaze was a night club experience. Will be back for the real experience next time.

Nice place to be

I was here on a Sunday with friends. And the service was terrible. We got there at 1pm. We ordered drinks, those arrived swiftly. BUT...... we ordered our food around 2:15pm we didnt get our food until 4:30pm. So 2,5 hours later, which is just insane. We repeatedly ask for an update and we were told our food would arrive shortly. if you think, things couldnt get worse. All of our dishes ( 4 pasta's and a burger) arrived COLD. And one dish a salad, was replaced with steamed veggies and chicken. The reason for this--> The kitchen was too warm so they couldnt prepare a salad. INSANEEEEE and a very lousy LIEEEE!!! not an excuse but a LIEEEEEE A Lie, because another dish we ordered was served with a salad.So why could that salad get prepared. Anyway if you want to go there for the view..you could. But it isnt worth the terrible food, mediocre food and LYING staff. Useless kitchen. Sorry there are much better places in accra were you can enjoying superb service, good food for a better price-quality of food. I will never recommend this place ever to anyone I know.

Love, love, love it here beautiful surroundings and its right on the beach. I only gave 4 stars as the beach itself has alot of litter on it which could be fixed if the owners employed someone specifically for that job. Came during the day and if I come at night will revise my review. Great drinks served and food also served but I didn't try any. Will definitely be coming back

Fun at beach

This place is very dope, will be good when used as music video scenes.... it's a beach resort.... The sea breeze navigates through the zone cinematically with soft sounds with relaxes the nerves.... Nice scenes, buh for now I think there are some legal issues regarding the place... so if you wish to check there out, you sure have to seek further information....

Nice beach good atmosphere and a cool place to have a quiet time

Sandbox is among one of the best beach sites in the capital. Their prices are little on the high side(just so you know). I also find it pretty interesting that they don't allow entry to males with slippers(being a beach and all 🙄). Anyways just be sure to have on sneakers or anything other than slippers guys. That aside, it's a really cool place to hangout. Update! The place has been refurbished and under new management. I really love the new Sandbox. You should definitely check it out😉

I was there during the day so it was pretty quiet. Great view and very relaxing over looking the sea with a nice breeze . The staff was quite attentive (again i was there during the day). The food was ok, the chicken was way too spicy but the pizza was nice. Overall, it's a cool place to unwind.

Sandbox is a nice place to hang out. Ambience is nice as well. Very nice place in the evenings and the view of the sea from that place is worth beholding. However they should invest more into security at their parking lot. The place looks deserted and one may be scared of leaving their car there for long. This will not put your mind at rest when you really want to have a great evening. For drinks I had their mojito...they blend the green leaves which gives the drink a great taste. For food I had their beef burger 🍔. It was just ok because the bread was really dry and not fresh. I did not enjoy it as much.

I refuse to fight with an establishment to serve me properly. I did not entertain the waitrons terrible insistence to fight over a table when there was NO ONE ELSE at the tables that were supposedly only being saved for a particular group of customer. Left immediately.

Went there for a second time on 21 Jan 2023, and the ambience was uplifting and exciting. New staff all around and they were very polite and friendly. There is a spacious parking area with professional security to watch over your cars and valuables. And oh.make sure to call ahead to make a reservation to avoid waiting till someone leaves before you are sorted out. Also, avoid wearing flip flops and dressing shabbily to the place. The bouncers will turn u away. And don't try taking any food or beverage in there, u wil be asked to drop them at the reception. I just have 2 issue. The menu has drastically changed. A lot of my favourite dishes (pasta and vegetarian dishes) on the menu were gone. The chicken wings (appetizer) on the new menu was nice though. I recommend it. The second issue is with the booth near the pool. It was a bit warm to my liking. Perhaps some fans in the booth would help with the circulation of air there. Overall, my second experience was great. Nice music all around.
