Had some shoulder pain got worse in working out. Recommended to my by CrossFit instructor. Never saw an actual doctor, but therapist identified the area, some stretches to support outside of massage therapy. Got to 100% after a few sessions.

Well.. my experience wasn't as good as all the other reviews.. i had severe pain in my shoulder and they gave me a therapeutic massage but the pain still there and they want me to have more session. Its ok but i dont understand what i should do with the pain meanwhile. RIMA is good if you are having problem for long term.. the team is professional though.
