I
came
there
a
few
weeks
ago
to
get
a
a
different
colour
&
design
change
on
my
old
gel
manicure
&
also
to
fix
a
few
of
my
nails.
I
was
the
second
customer
there
to
arrive
at
10
AM
sharp
as
advised
the
evening
before.
I
was
greeted
by
the
receptionist
then
a
kind
lady
filed
down
my
old
set.
After
she
filed
down
my
old
shellac,
I
wasn’t
notified
that
I
would
be
waiting
for
my
nail
artist.
I
was
not
impressed
by
the
nail
artist
coming
in
almost
an
hour
LATE.
He
came
in,
out
of
breath
with
sweat
dripping
ALL
over
his
face.
It
took
him
about
five
minutes
to
settle
down
and
catch
a
breath.
I
showed
him
a
picture
of
simple
marble
design
nails
that
I
wanted
but
he
refused
to
do
them
because
I
guess
he
was
trying
to
rush
me
and
kept
making
excuses
that
he
doesn’t
have
time
to
do
them
all
🙄.
So
I
was
annoyed
and
disappointed
with
his
unprofessionalism
that
I
didn’t
look
at
him
anymore
while
he
was
doing
my
nails.
He
could
tell
I
was
disappointed
because
he
asked
me
if
I
was
disappointed
in
him
and
that
he
could
tell
that
I
wasn’t
happy.
In
the
end
I
got
him
to
at
least
do
a
finger
and
thumb
nail
on
each
hand
for
marble
design,
then
paint
the
rest
shellac
white.
When
it
came
to
doing
the
marble
design,
he
seems
inexperienced
and
unconfident.
I
told
him
that
if
he
felt
unconfident
to
do
the
design,
he
should
get
another
nail
artist
who
is
comfortable
enough
to
do
it.
He
said
he
can
do
it.
He
ended
up
using
an
airbrush.
Long
story
short
he
wanted
to
not
charge
me
since
he
did
not
meet
my
expectations
and
I
said
no.
I
ended
up
paying
half
of
the
charge.
About
4
of
the
gel
fell
off
or
broke
up
to
now.
The
place
overall
was
cleaned,
and
the
other
staff
are
nice.
It
was
just
this
one
guy
that
disappointed
me
and
made
my
first
manicure
experience
a
living
hell.
Would
I
go
back?
Yes,
but
I
wouldn’t
want
to
have
him
as
my
artist
again.
I
did
go
for
a
brazilian
wax
the
day
before,
and
the
lady
was
very
gentle
and
caring.
I
also
went
back
to
do
a
shellac
pedicure
and
the
other
lady
was
very
kind.
