Nice meat and luxurious renovation make the price reasonable. All complaints are about the mandatory service charge.

Hard to get much better than this. Classic looking restaurant. Looks like a private members only club. Food is great. Wide variety of excellent dishes. Pricey but that's to be expected for this kind of place. I have to say the price is fair for the quality of the ambience.

A wonderful experience, the place is great with an exquisite decoration, its aroma is on another level due to the mixture of the best cigars in the world, the food is good and the cocktails are delicious. I can't stop saying that your service is of high quality.

El Padrino gives you this feel of being in a Mexican movie with the interior , it’s lovely…they have an array of Cigars as well . We had to make reservations beforehand and when we got there the staff was welcoming and nice . The food was good as well ….the best part is the lighting , the ambience and just the feel of the space …the smoking area is good for taking pictures too, took some bomb photos there . This space is nice to go grab a quick dinner, unwind and chill .

Was there on 03/06/22 at around 8:45p for dinner. One room was booked for a party and the bar was slightly active but the music was way way to loud for the amount of people there. There is no reason to should have to shout see your dinner party. We requested multiple times for them to lower the music to no avail. They should probably invest in a better sound system that will allow them to change the volume by area of the restaurant. We ordered a handful of starters and they were good. Especially the skewers and mini burgers. The apple chicken salad was also tasty. The asparagus with my salmon was overcooked and mushy. The mashed potatoes lacked salt. The pork chops were dry and would suggest passing on that. (The restaurant next door has delicious juicy pork chops!)

The food was excellent. The chef was nice enough to do a special cooked order of calamari for us. We enjoyed it so much. The salmon wraps were divine and so was the spinach and ricotto ravioli. Try the El padrino and million dollar cocktails to complement your meals. You will be delighted.

The cigar selection is extensive, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with selections. But what really set the place apart was their restaurant. The menu features a wide range of dishes, from classic pub fare to more elevated and creative offerings. I had the pleasure of trying the Sesame shrimps with French fries, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious. The shrimps were perfectly cooked and coated in a sweet and tangy sesame sauce that complemented the crispy French fries perfectly. Whether you're a seasoned cigar aficionado or just looking for a great place to grab a bite and a drink, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Am amazingly delightful experience. From the lady Helen, who handled the reservation, the entire user experience was great. Upon entry I was pleasantly surprised at how cosy and welcoming the ambiance was, the host Ian ushered us to our table was very attentive throughout the evening and the food was delightfully good. The live jazz band played a repertoire of great tunes and helped create the perfect evening.

Nice ambiance, good music a bit too loud for a restaurant setting, attentive attendants. Starter not so good ☹️ But main meal was good. In all ill Recommend for once in awhile special occasion not for a regular eat out budget wise

El Padrino is one of the best Cigar Lounge I have visited in the world and I’ve been in my fair share of Cigar Lounges of all shapes and sizes around the world. El Padrino Cigar Lounge has a wide selection of cigars displayed in a walk-in Humidor in the center of the Lounge. Dimmed colors on the walls, some luxurious leather furniture, and a little lower level of lighting than a typical storefront goes a long way towards making the guest feel like he’s walked into a place that he’d like to sit and rest for a while. In addition to the fresh cigar I had a delightful experience trying some of the Chefs signature dishes and photos posted should tell you more about the 5 stars experience Worth mentioned. It’s a must visit when you’re in Accra.

Went there on a Thursday night. It was jazz nite and there was a live band. Totally loved the experience. There is a lot of smoking going on otherwise ambience is cozy and makes a great hangout for a small group of friends. I didn’t have dinner so can’t say about the food. A cursory look at the menu did show that meals are not cheap! You have to go prepared for this date. 😄 Friendly staff. You can also get the opportunity to take a tour of the place. I had a great time. Will definitely go again.

I had heard great things about the venue for it being the place for a great cigar and super whisky. And I decided to do some investigating to find out about their food!! Glad I did - the food was was just as appetising and delicious as it looks in the pictures. The perfect amount of seasoning and everything that had me saying “ummm” and “ahhhh”! The service was also great- my waiter was extremely attentive and also very familiar and knowledgeable about the ingredients with the menu items as well as the preparation!! I went early evening on a weekday, probably a little too early to catch the HH crowd. But I’d love to go again when things are a little busier to catch the ambiance of El Padrino Lounge in full swing. Too many highlight from the menu, but two MUST TRYs would be the octopus & mango panna cotta #AMAZING!!!

Very Classy place with amazing customer service. The staff were polite and attentive to our needs and concerns. The food was okay, the fries tasted good, the beef was nice and tender. The chicken was a bit tougher than I expected so I didn’t enjoy it as much. It was a great experience overall!

My girlfriend and I came here with 4 of our friends who were visiting out of town. Having visited a few times in the past, I thought that this would be a great place to go for drinks and a small bite prior to dinner. The food, the drinks and the overall experience felt very disorganized with misleading upscale packaging. It's worth sharing that there was an event taking place so there were just people randomly walking around which really took away from the environment that we're basically paying for. It's important to acknowledge that our server was decent and somewhat attentive. The food was quick bar food. We ordered the sliders, a cauliflower dish and another appetizer that my mind has already forgotten about. I don't know anything about the hospitality business but my assumption is that when a restaurant/lounge has been around too long without proper maintenance, this is expected. I don't think I will be visiting again.

Calm place, surround music, cool and soothing, and waiters are helpful and responsive. Food is great, but the atmosphere once again is special.

Surely an upscale place.. wooden decked up.. it’s sophisticated…staff was courteous and food was good… I think drinks r little too pricey! Didn’t try any cigars, but looks like they have a good selection…

Good music and great atmosphere. We chose the non-smoking lounge. The restaurant has great food though I would avoid the shellfish. The resident jazz band is quite excellent and the service is nice. Probably the best little known place in Accra. Packed most days and you may need to call ahead.

Elegant and classy... Customer service is great. The food is awesome, Premium drinks and cocktails available. Will definitely recommend this place, if you're looking for a touch of class, for your night out in the Accra metro area. Accessible location to the city, hotel and Airport.
