    The customer service I had at the boarding gate C7 regarding my carry-on-luggage was really bad. The lady was yelling at passengers and disrespecting them. If there are no passengers your planes will be empty! No one walks with scales on their head so when their bags are over weight have patience for them . The tickets are not for free! Very disappointed

    The office is quite nicely put together. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. I gave this office a sing star on the account of the service offered by the head manager. He is rude. He offers little eye contact, constantly interrupts you with making phone calls and answering others. Above all he seems to be in a rush to finish serving you and move on with his day. I felt like my business was an inconvenience to him. This was proven by him constantly pushing me online to service myself, rather than him helping. Quiet disappointed with my experience with the company.

    Emirates has always been my number one airline regardless of the route and how long I fly to my destination. Unfortunately, your services is gradually becoming terrible by the day. Customer service in your US offices is amazingly excellent. Your customer service in Ghana "rubbish" unfortunately. Your representatives are rude and only nice when they please. Also, I started calling at 9:25am, your office was closed until it was opened. I have called several times to no avail. This is frustrating, please fix your internal issues, I do have an option.

    The office is nicely put and my attendant was quite friendly and helpful. I booked only online and went to the office to pay as was not comfortable doing an online payment with all the scams going on. When I went to the office and was served, I paid the required amount and was issued a ticket. I was already on the way to the lift when I was called back. The ever so sweet lady discovered that I had entered my name wrong and that could have impacted me. She had to rectify the anomaly and reissue my ticket. Hats ff to that kind of service.

    Disgustingly rude and impetuous customer service staff. It’s only in Ghana that a customer service can argue vehemently with a customer for asking questions. Very very appalling! I would implore Emirates Global to look into the kind of people it hires into its Accra office.

    Emirates Airlines was my no. 1 choice and my favourite until recently. They have become just like any of the other airlines in terms of offerings and service delivery. Even internet service isn't free in business class anymore. Simple kits for refreshing ourselves have been restricted to night flights only. All the services that set them apart have been withdrawn. This is very unfortunate.

    Employees are professional but they should buy a new POS machine. It took two hours to confirm my VISA card payment. Try to improve because there are foreigners booking tickets , too.
