Very poor service. One staff tells you one thing but another staff will tell you another. You make inquiries and one person says you need one thing, you go home and get it but when you get back, you meet another person who says it's another thing you actually need. It's like they don't have centralized information so they're just running on vibes. They also don't care how long you've been waiting. Once they've "closed", that's it. Who closes by 4pm? Well these people said they had closed. Will not recommend.

If you're around East legon, American house, Adjiringanor ,Bawaleshie,and its environments visit the mtn office just along the Bawaleshie -American house road for your sim registration, replacement and momo.

This queue is Killer, wish something could be done about it, like a queue mgt system. Just don't show up if you're constrained with time coz you'd have to burn 30mins at a min. Atmosphere's great, nice ambience and comfy seats, and staff are always helpful. They also have large collections of devices on sale. Momo deposits and withdrawals can be done here too. Hand washing and other COVID protocols observed.

I like the customer service that's provided here, your issues are dealt with in a respectable way.

There are no queue of sort. You just enter and address your problem and they will direct you to the right counter. It’s a very lovely place with beautiful ambience and friendly employees
