    This company has demonstrated its not fit to take money from people because it not only fails to deliver it fails to refund monies in good time. I have called and spoken to three customer service personell and even received emails stating i will receive a refund and to date i am still waiting for MY MONEY... i wonder how many others have been robbed blindly by Jumia. Explain yourself becuase your not even answering your calls now. Shame on you.

    Your delivery is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. No communication, no calls if the item can't be delivered on the said date, such nonsense service you render to people. You deserve no start at all but I'll give you one .

    If you value your money, don't deal with these people. Once your money gets to them and you have an issue. Just take it you lost it. I made an order on jumia food since 25th December. No one called to tell me anything about the order and I still haven't received my refund. I have called their lines several times, chat them through the app and even sent emails. All to no avail. Your money is better served elsewhere. Worst of all they even tricked me into subscribing to jumia prime. Their services were good and prompt but lately, they have gotten lazy and complacent. My money is still with them up till now.

    I would give a negative star if there's one like that. Jumia current boss must be fired, he or she doesn't have respect for clients. It seems I have to move to their office before I can be heard, nothing works at Jumia anymore. Jumia used to be good, bought a couple of items from them, but now, not not not. What's the use of customer care when you can't call and no response to messages or email, we've to move from where we're, I've move from Eastern to Accra just to know what's happening to my delivery which is way overdue, such disrespect to the people who are pushing your business.

    Services are so poor. Tried ordering from Jumia in March. My account got debited, yet the order was cancelled. Till now, I haven't received my refund. Reaching them on phone is so difficult and they do not respond to emails either. Had to visit their head office severally, just for my refund to be effected. Still no refund has been done. I have regretted doing business with jumia. Will never recommend to anyone

    Jumia!! I've ordered for products and had to PAY before delivery and its almost 2 weeks now. I've called many times and noone is giving me information about my delivery? Why do you have to let your customers go through this frustration with their hard earned money to patronize your service only to be let down??? Im done using your useless service

    Extremely poor service. I ordered and prepaid for the product. I was indisposed and couldn't pick up my product. I didn't receive any call and my order was cancelled. I have still not received my refund back to my bank account. I make phone calls and the service personnel just drop the line as soon as I begin to complain. Grace

    I am struggling to get to anyone in this company. I made an order which has not been delivered. There is no means to talk to anyone about this. Your live chat is not working. You automated customer care does not address my concern. How do I get my product since the delivery timeliness has passed ???

    Dealing with Jumia Ghana is the worst. Customer service is non-existent and poor at best. Especially with their delivery agents. They behave as if they are doing you a favor for shopping on Jumia. Many of them are so uncothed and unprofessional. They call once and tag the delivery as failed when you miss that one call. They don't answer when you call back and when they do call and you are there to answer,  they are just rude as if they wished you didn't answer so that they can just tag the delivery as failed. In addition to that, you cannot even get access to their human customer service people to attend to your issues. So ordering on Jumia and getting your item delivered has become a game of chance. I have had too many bad experiences with Jumia and their delivery agents. JUMIA Ghana, don't assume customers are just sitting at home doing nothing waiting for you to decide when to deliver their items. You should do better with this delivery system of yours.

    My order was cancelled by your delivery personnel without any notice or explanation and he did not even have the decency to pick up my call. I called customer service and the lady hangs up whenever I start speaking. Your customer service is really poor and I would have given you zero rating if it were possible. PS: to other customers ( never pay before delivery)

    Terrible site payment issues.. I made payment for an item and for several days, jumia attendants tell me they have not received any payment. Yet my cash was deducted beautifully. Talking about attendants, So far the help services of jumia is poor. Serveral times I as a client call to rather follow up on my complaint after all the attendants tell me they would call back after some time. Some even tell me they are busy when I was trying to provide them with my transaction details. And even about details, I tend to keep repeating the same details over and over again to every attendant, and still nothing had being done past a week. The worst thing is when I am asking for a refund, jumia gives a negative yet my item has not been paid for so am I forced to believe jumia now loses track of clients money? This is very bad and I am very much considering taking legal actions.

    Your customer service isn’t helping sometimes you can my order with any reason I have been trying to return a package to you for almost a week now and you are guys haven’t come to pick it up neither return my money secondly I sent one of my items I purchased to the pick up station as a drop off and my money hasn’t refunded… trying to call you for assist too no one tries to help….. what’s that suppose to mean

    Jumia Ghana is one of the few online shops available in Ghana. In fact, they used to be the best but unfortunately that has changed since they became established. Their delivery service is now some how ok only if you are lucky enough to place your order successfully. Their customer service is now very horrible. They now hardly answer to calls, Twitter or emails. Before you make an order, make sure you get in touch first.

    Jumia has been a frustration to me. They should just delete my account already. I have tried deleting it on my own but they cleverly did not include anywhere on their website to click to delete account. They either do not deliver your order at all or cancel without notice or they will tell you they cannot come to your location. Their delivery riders are not good and it did not change even when I tried them in Ghana. In fact it was worse. The delivery person was so rude I lost interest in the order. I have used Jumia in both Ghana and Nigeria and as far as I am concerned I don't need them for anything anymore. For the products, when they manage to deliver, you may get something that does not look like the image you saw on their website. They need to shut down and just stop messing with people, simple. Service delivery Business is not for everyone!

    I don't understand a world wide portal like Jumia, and makes us suffering like that, i have pre-paid for my stuff, and you have taken all the money including the delivery payment from the first moment, but till now a week after the date identified by Jumia to deliver my stuff, but still nothing, not even a call to apologize, and when i have a miracle to talk to your customer service, the lady answered was very rude, she simply said "when it is ready you will be notified", and then she dropped off the line without even asking the normal question, if i have any other inquiries, this is unacceptable, anyway my order number is (386921782), in case there's someone is interested to help.

    I ordered two products at the same time, they arrived at different dates as I was told, but each one was faulty, instead of the address I asked for it was sent to the post office. With the faults found, was an incomplete roduct, that's the second one. I have returned both products through the post office for over months, no contact from jumia. When I try all the contacts and emails on my product file, nothing comes. Please I need my money back if I can't get proper products

    They delivered me the wrong order and instead of sending me the right one, they kept telling me "we will contact you shortly". I called them 8 times, no one gave me informations. After 1 hour and 40 minutes they told "we are going to call the restaurant to order again"...after 1 hour 40 minutes??? I deleted my account. Glovo has a better customer service.

    Their is no true return as they claim Even the items are fake I personally bought a bag at the price of 67gh from them it doesn't even last for a week Lastly I bought an item and my payment went wrong they refused to refund me up to 2 months now

    Jumia, you guys are doing a good job but kindly work on your customer service. It can't be that one will call several times throughout the day and won't be able to speak to any of your agents. I know you guys are busy and all but I can be on hold for about 6 to 10 minutes waiting for an agent to answer my call that's no fair.

    It had been okay shopping with jumia but recently, their customs fees have become crazy. And some sellers have made their prices deceptively low then as soon as you try to check out the customs fees increases the total exponentially (see photos). Also why do I have to get my refund through Jumia one, if that wasn't how I made payment

    I am highly dissapointed in a manner you have treated me. I bought your slim fit khaki chino set on 25th of December, 2020 and I was promised by 4th of January 2021 I will have my items. You insisted I pay before delivery in which I did but yet till today 11th January no sign of my items as well as any infomation to let me know the situation.     I personally don't have time to leave reviews. But I'm so disappointed. I noticed a problem with the screen of Iphone xs max i bought for Ghs 5,000 and requested for a refund. They waited for a whole week only to inform me they can't offer me a refund. And they took several days after, upon calls and follow-ups before they even returned the phone again to me. And when they did they changed the original (With 100% battery) to a used one with a 98% battery. After paying for a new phone (Ghs. 5,000) they sent a used one and placed it in the new box. I trusted jumiah but this was a nightmare.

    I have have been dealing with Jumia for some time, and would have rated them 5 Star. Until my recent order. I have placed order for a laptop to be delivered on 25th or 26th October 2021. I had notification on 26th October and the number given called me. Thereafter, no news until when I called I received notification that the order could not be delivered and I would be contacted soon, up until today, 28th October. You're helplines aren't going through. What's happening?

    Jumia has the WORST customer service on our planet. There is Absolutely No accountability on their behalf. They always require payment in advance because they know how bad their service is. If you ask any inquiry they will NEVER give you a true answer, if you even get a response!! Do yourself a favor and order from another online retailer or go to a store to make your purchases. DON'T order anything shipped from abroad...PLEASE accept my advice it will save you big headaches and most importantly it will save you from losing your money!!

    My grandma has recently placed an order with jumia and she has not received one of her orders and the other arrived damaged and faulty it was on fire and smoke was every where,she also informed me that one of the the delivery men hang up the phone on her,very rude and disrespectful,she better get the items she ordered by tomorrow or else this issue will go very far,your customer service is very terrible and rubbish this matter will surely be escalated ASAP!!

    I have soo many orders with Jumia that I have made payment n they have confirmed that my items are available only for jumia to send me messages that it's been cancelled. How can my items be cancelled but jumia has the items on their plat form. For 2 months, Jumia has still not refunded my money n I have not gotten my items. When I call their office n I complain their customer care pushes me to some machine to talk to me. I am very very disappointed with jumia as a company n I see it as a scam

    Watch out when paying through MTN MOMO on Jumia. Jumia receives payment and cancels your order, then they hold on to your refund. Try to reach them on phone, and you will be assigned to a robot.... Always a dead end. Terrible, terrible experience.
