This
way
was
an
epic
father's
day.
To
reward
himself
for
a
fatherly
job
well
done,
or
so
I
believe.
I
strolled
into
this
lounge.
Aptly
named
Tunnel
lounge
with
an
artificial
tunnel
conjoing
2
sitting
areas.
And
what
an
epic
experience
this
has
been!
Good
ambience,
soothing
2000s
era
music,
cozy
lighting
and
an
airy
cool
breeze.
Complimented
by
a
father's
day
celebratory
glass
of
champagne
to
set
the
mood
and
kick
off
the
celebrations.
And
then
the
food
arrived.
Yeah,
a
fairly
decent
run-of-the-mill
blue
lagoon
cocktail,
and
some
of
the
best,
amazing
sweet
n
savoury
baby
rack
ribs
with
the
softiest
creamy
mashed
potatoes
laid
out
like
curly
twisty
flowers.
Now
I
have
worked
through
a
repertoire
of
ribs
in
Uganda
more
than
the
average
pallaso.
Spice
diana
and
sheba
would
do
their
song
tunes,
but
these
ribs
were
something
else!
Every
bite
better
than
the
last,
a
perfect
combination
of
short,
little,
sweet
n
savoury
marinated
sticky
fall-off-the-bone
ribs,
each
bite
exploding
with
a
fiery
burst
of
flavours,
composed
of
hints
of
honey,
vinegar,
mustard,
cherry
tomatoes,
rosemary,
red
wine
and
smoky
barbecue
sauce,
all
grilled
to
perfection.
A
worthy
50
dollar
dinner
to
celebrate
myself!
At
some
point,
I
felt
like
I
could
devour
a
whole
piglet
if
they
dared
to
serve
one!
Thats
how
perfect
this
has
been.
