Very hospitable staff giving excellent guidance in applying for visa. Right from security point at entry through to insurance desk, information section, flight booking, submission session among others were all made up of cordial staff with smiling faces. Wait time is sometimes high and I wish something can be done about this and not just the VIP process for it comes with extra fee. 😉👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

IOM Ghana is very clean and provides good services to all applicants. The workers are nice and treats customers good. But they relocated from Dzorwulu to Abelemkpe on the same building with Baptist House and adjacent Kempong Travel and yours.

They don’t seem to have good customer service over the phone, they give vague information and when you try to reach them for more clarification, you are kept on hold with automated voices then just the call just ends! I called back only to be told they have closed at 2pm on a weekday then tell you “their office hours are from 8am to 5pm” That is not very helpful and makes the entire application and enquiring process very cumbersome.

I love VFS with a serine environment but honestly they are seriously strict with their works

Horrendous customer service in there. Don't even know how some of these people got employed into customer related jobs. Service was soo poor and no one contacted my brother to inform him that passport had returned. If he didn't call them he would have missed his flight, lost a lot of money and obviously wouldn't be allowed to travel as u need insurence which covers your stay for schengen visa. A letter of complaint has been sent to the commissioner.

Very horribleness experience and when ask for help, the people there did not even mind us. Only the security guard helped.

Very clean, tight security and helpful personnel. Although there is no waiting area for those who accompanied people there. You would have to find somewhere else to sit.
