    I think the embassy should give us the option of submitting passports direct to them instead of passing it through this ineptitude VAC office. Their customer service is horrible and there is no way is going to get better because it’s Ghanaians who are working there. I submitted my passports for visas and I was told to make a top up payment, which I did. But I feel like they can’t find my package at their end. They won’t reply their email, won’t pick calls but when your fee is not up , they will send you email asking you to top up. And when you pay and send them the receipt they won’t get back to you and later will claim they have not checked their email. How can a serious organization work like this ? I shouldn’t be surprised because the Center is in Ghana and the workers are Ghanaians. When a Ghanaian is in an establishment where there is no opportunity to perpetuate corruption, they show lackadaisical attitude toward their work and do not miss the chance of exerting the pull him down on people they serve. Customer service, which is the biggest thing in the work they do, is terrible— no respect for people who bring them money. They are the masters and the people who bring them money are the servants. Why can’t the embassy open up that avenue for direct submission of passports? These people at the visa application centre suck!

    Office has been moved to Abelemkpe near the Ghana Baptist Church. But service is still great and environment, top notch

    Horrible horrible customer service standards. Especially if you live outside Accra, they treat without any respect. They are impossible to reach by the phone # on their website. You have to make contacting them a full time job, even that yields no success. They held a passport for more than 10 days requiring email address when Email address is what they had been communicating through the entire time. It's a real shame!

    Process is pretty straight forward about 30mins.internal staff are very professional and serene atmosphere. You need to arrive few minutes before appointment time for security checks, scanning and other measures. You show security your appointment letter and write your name in a book. You will be required to leave your bag at the security shelve and get a paper tag for picking your bag just like you do when entering a mall. You're then scanned by security for any suspicious embodiments You proceed to reception with your documents, get a receipt, and wait to be called in an orderly manner for both receipt and biometric What I didn't like was security at the gate. They were not so professional, and compulsory asking to be given tip. Told them I had no small denominations still they said they will change for me from their boss. On my nerves whiles taking and packing my documents back into my bag, I had to give him something for him to leave me alone. Meanwhile it is boldly written no tip is allowed in kind or cash to staff. They should change.

    Well situated for easy find with a map. With the number of visitors they receive per day, they may consider mounting a sun shade in front of the premises to protect visitors from the sun or rains during their wait time

    Great customer service. They have to work on getting customers a place to sit, whiles they wait for their booked times. That would be very helpful. I had to stand outside in the sun for over an hour, just because I got there earlier than my booked time. Apart from that, service delivery is great 👍🏽

    No parking space, the place is rowdy with people all over .CVAC should take cues from other VFS center to control people. It's very shameful for people to be standing all over the place. They need a bigger space

    Please my application is under family Sponsorship was refused on 25/11/19 and we appealed and get got approved on the date 18/11/20... but since then i have not heard anything from them, can you please tell me the right process time it have to take to hear from them?

    Such a tedious place. I mean it takes soo long to get ur details captured. Be careful to never lose your receipt because if you do, you wont get ur passport back. Management needs to improve the service delivery

    The place used to be one of the best visa processing centers but in the last 3 months have been the worst ever! Submission of common passports take 3 hours. Collection of passports also take another 2 hours for you to be attended to. Applicants for Biometrics , passport submission and collection are all in one queue! Kindly do something about this cumbersome and time wasting processes!

    They don't have enough seat for clients most of the times you have to be in a long queue before you can get access in, besides that their biometric collection is super fast and simple.

    Too much chaos in the peak season of travels, i will not recommend anyone to apply in the peak season (new year, Easter, summer holiday, Christmas), one should apply ahead of time and you will be assured not to have to join a sickening queue
