absolutely
the
worst
service
I
have
received
from
a
B
and
m
store
,
ask
to
speak
to
a
supervisor
or
manager
,
the
supervisor
came
out
and
said
she
can't
reduce
the
the
price
of
the
items
I
needed
even
though
the
boxes
were
damaged
,
she
said
the
items
are
still
new
when
you
take
them
out
,
I
said
ok
no
problem
and
I
then
went
around
the
store
came
back
and
asked
the
till
staff
for
the
store
manager
,
they
said
she
isn't
in,
the
supervisor
now
comes
flying
out
the
office
in
a
rush
,
they
the
till
staff
then
said
to
this
till
supervisor
that
I
would
like
to
speak
to
someone
higher
,
she
turns
to
me
and
said
she
isn't
in
,
I
asked
when
will
she
be
in
,
she
said
tomorrow
,
I
asked
what's
her
name
,
she
said
that
she
cannot
give
her
name
out
for
data
protection
reasons
,
I
said
I
have
never
heard
something
like
this
before
,
I
asked
her
what's
her
name
,
she
said
she
cannot
give
me
that
,
after
minutes
of
towing
and
froing
,
she
eventually
gives
me
the
name
of
the
store
managers
name

she

I
walked
away
,
put
my
item
down
in
a
random
aisle
and
I
walked
out
and
a
lodged
a
complaint
with
customer
services
,
she
said
to
me
that
she
has
been
a
supervisor
for
15
years
,
well
I
will
say
no
more
,
it
really
is
beyond
belief
how
companies
can
have
people
like
this
working
in
a
customer
facing
role
,
I
will
be
putting
this
on
social
media
as
there
is
no
company
that
turns
and
tells
customers
that
their
staff
don't
wear
name
badges
and
proud
NOT
to
tell
customers
their
names.
They
need
to
find
a
company
that
allows
this
kind
of
poor
service
and
they
shouldn't
be
employed
by
B
and
M
.

poor
service
.
I
think
because
this
is
being
allowed
to
carry
on
in
store
this
must
be
coming
from
higher
up
,
it
has
to
be
.
