Wow , absolutely the worst service I have received from a B and m store , ask to speak to a supervisor or manager , the supervisor came out and said she can't reduce the the price of the items I needed even though the boxes were damaged , she said the items are still new when you take them out , I said ok no problem and I then went around the store came back and asked the till staff for the store manager , they said she isn't in, the supervisor now comes flying out the office in a rush , they the till staff then said to this till supervisor that I would like to speak to someone higher , she turns to me and said she isn't in , I asked when will she be in , she said tomorrow , I asked what's her name , she said that she cannot give her name out for data protection reasons , I said I have never heard something like this before , I asked her what's her name , she said she cannot give me that , after minutes of towing and froing , she eventually gives me the name of the store managers name Penny ( I don't even trust that she given me the name of the manager) , I walked away , put my item down in a random aisle and I walked out and a lodged a complaint with customer services , she said to me that she has been a supervisor for 15 years , well I will say no more , it really is beyond belief how companies can have people like this working in a customer facing role , I will be putting this on social media as there is no company that turns and tells customers that their staff don't wear name badges and proud NOT to tell customers their names. They need to find a company that allows this kind of poor service and they shouldn't be employed by B and M . Very poor service . I think because this is being allowed to carry on in store this must be coming from higher up , it has to be .

Lots shelves lined with the same products like empty storage boxes. They obviously don't have enough stock to fill the place. It's definitely gone down hill in past year or so. No stock no variety. Staff are ok but void of personality or life.

Can't fault the store or the stock, but the staff seriously need to lighten up. The lady who served me at the till was rude and completely ignored me on several occasions. I actually left feeling miserable myself after our encounter.

Picked up my items, went to the till and the lady asked is any more of them left I said yes but I am getting my trolley and come back and if you wish for a couple for yourselves you are more than welcome to it , the other lady speaking to her colleague at the till said to me that I am only allowed 2 of sales items , I then said ,I have spent thousands per month in b and m from Manchester all the way to here and I have never heard of this policy , I then had to ask another member of the team to get the manager she came back and said that the till manager said I can only have 2 , I then asked for the store manager and coincidental it was the deputy store manager , I the. Explained that the till staff is telling me I am only allowed 2 , she kindly explained she was new to this store and different stores have different policies , she went and came back and said I can have them, almost 70% of items in the store is sale items imagine my trolley was full with all sale items , what would have happened then , I just think some colleagues need to do their job and stay out of customers payments at the till, all round a very poor experience and I WOULD NOT recommend this store to anyone due to this policy which I have never heard of before.Unbelievable

Always surprisingly good deals here. Well stocked with all the top brands. Hats off to the staff, this is a well organised store.

I have been going here regularly since it first opened. It's got a great selection of goods. There are 3 members of staff who are really nice but there are 2 who are absolutely miserable, downright rude and plain ignorant. How they ever got a job in frontline customer service is beyond me. Hence the 3 stars.

Selection pretty good.. shame couldn't buy any of it. No trolleys at all and when asked was told they only had a few and they were all in use. For such an extensive store you'd think the management team would be more organised.

Was looking for deep fitted sheets, I couldn't find any. Then a lovely staff lady, I didn't get her name to came over to help me. Even though she was busy she took time out to help me. She was very polite and extremely helpful. A true credit to your store.

Went to get soil for the garden and was helped by an older gentleman employee..he was called Pat and I saw him go above and beyond helping numerous customers..Pat helped me get through the checkouts after I qued up and helped me unload the trolley of heavy items into my car. A great asset to B and M although he seems rushed off his feet

I went in to B&M yesterday in Accrington Saturday 3rd June for a plant pot and compost. The man who works in the garden section called pat went out of his way to help me buy other things that I needed, and also got them for me. He was so helpful and loaded my brothers car for me, he was doing more than just his job he is such a kind person who retired last year then came back part time. No other staff has ever gone above and beyond to help me like this, he should be rewarded for best employee. I needed to share this and the gratitude of Pat the employee that does the branch justice and gives the job 110% Thank you Pat...........

Went in for a single doormat and came out with everything we needed for the house that day ticked off our list with a few extra treasures. I will say the doormat selection wasn't great, was hoping they'd have some nice colours but we found a decent washable one that was an off pink. Also bought some small sauce containers that were on my list which I wouldn't recommend, they were cheaper quality and more expensive than asda's and have really sharp edges for some reason. Ended up keeping them because couldn't be bothered going back. I did find a nice painting print for the wall and a photo frame both of which were a great price and look great in the living room. The decorative home aisle has so many nice things in it, I do love B&M

Wide range of household goods, cupboard food and garden products at a good price but not specialised in anyone area.

Couldn't find a shop with less friendly staff. Doesn't hurt to talk to people at checkout, especially when you're being spoken to. Do better.

Very well stocked. Very clean. Easy to get round. Easy to find stuff. 1 star deducted as not enough staff on tills. This is always a problem in the Accrington branch and does affect my decision if I go there or the range. Quite often, the Range wins.

Went to get some new bathroom accessories in black. B&M have a good choice with reasonable prices. But like any other time I visit I end uo buying something else 🤣 as they have so many irresistible goods.

One of the best stocked one I have been in. The chap was really helpful looking for all the odd stuff from my list and the whole store is a treasure chest of bargains. Very pleasant visit.

Loads of stuff to chose from, very busy which at xmas is understandable. I've got all the chocolates I needed cheaper than the supermarkets

I was struggling to find what I wanted one day last week and a man called Jim in the paint section helped me out to find what I needed. What a lovely helpful man.

Why does every B&M sales differ from each store got some plant food from Bolton for £1 ( last two ) so tried both bury stores & they are still over £6 ?

Great range of items - ended up getting twice as much as I intended haha. Very helpful and friendly staff. Prices are fantastic. Parking is exceptional. Recommend for bargains on great range of goods.

This shop has just about everything you could want. You go in for some paint and come out with a pot noodle, curtain rail and matching towel set!

Purchased a original gazebo from the Accrington branch pent a few hour assembling it only 5 days ago been down to look at it this morning most tabs holding the roof on our thread bare. The tabs stitching on most tabs is coming loose I was hoping to get a few yrs use not less than a week ,

It's like b&m bargains but in Accrington. They used to have a bit of a frozen food section which wasn't bad but they don't have it any more

My husband goes there quite regularly. Good stock. Good value

Went in to look for a clothes airer they didnt have what I wanted but I did spot somr lovely blankets and throws they will come in usefull for the cold nights

Have nothing negative to say about the store, although some of the sales assistants could do to turn their frowns upside down........AND SMILE!!! It costs nothing to be nice, especially when that person is being nice to them. The security guard is someone I went to school with. He gets a 5☆ review and not because I know him but because he's very engaging and I've been witness to it, only yesterday I saw him chatting with customers, and being nice with it. I love a visit to B&M and the more time I have, the better because I get serious FOMO if I can't scour every inch of the store............I love, love, love B & M!!!

One of new big stores with cafe onsite. Storewise a bigger version of smaller sites & noticed some of offers not as available. Bigger food choices & frozen food section. Pretty busy, no car parking spaces outside store but available a short walk away even though 6pm plus. Maybe due to popularity of gym next door.

Good store cheap prices really annoyed they couldn't sell me the tester roll ov wallpaper which they were going to throw away anyway as it was "company policy" when I explained I couldn't get it from any other b&m store and only had a bit of my wall left to do 😤😤 managed to get the manager of the whiteburk store to sell me a tester finally

Cheap, handy and staff are friendly and welcoming. Greggs being opposite is a bonus as they aren't anything like as stupid as KFC, I can always get a coffee at Gregg's. They don't ever say NO HOT DRINKS, they NEVER RUN OUT OF CUPS. They have MORE THAN ONE coffee machine. I've never known a more STUPID restaurant that KFC, their main product is chicken and most of their venues were shut for a while earlier in the year BECAUSE THEY HAD NO CHICKEN.

Bought some cotswold stones for the front garden. Great price, £10 for 3 bags, good value. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic store . Great product's at reasonable prices. I would have give it 5 stars but they have removed the freezers which I'm slightly upset about as they offered some fantastic bargains and we would stock up every week

Great mix of things that I’m sure to please any family. The area needs a drastic and urgent clean up - come on guys if you want to attract customers keep it clean inside and out ! Thanks for cleaning up somewhat but this needs to take place on a regular basis. I know shelves need to be stocked, but please get some order in the packing & racking of items ie the stationery files, inserts etc. Keep like with like and make it easier to see items. It’s in a really bad way now so maybe the designated person or manager needs help with organising displays etc Less is more but have a range of relevant items.......
