Went to whitebirk store and a wonderful lady Nicole helped me and my mother out finding a tassimo and the pods. Very nice and polite and took us to the areas we needed. Thank you Nicole.

Store is always clean with lots of items to choose from. Decent, large store and good location. You’ll need a car.

Excellent, I found everything I wanted. A great sized store with everything! Recommended.

A massive range of products, unfortunately, the lack of prominent signage makes finding what a person's looking for more difficult that it should be. I am thankful to a member of staff for pointing me in the right direction.

What a shame, a bloody shame indeed, unlike Americans, here our shop managers ban your dog from entering the store. Some breeds have been allowed but not mine unfortunately. Don't blame him though, Rishi Sunak's mate probably 🤷by the way I have a well trained working dog. Possibly more intelligent then that said manager 😜 On another note... Yes not a bad shop. Great customer service. Very good bargains and bars of chocolate that are rarer and impossible to find in your bog standard supermarket. Get in.

Needs a one star only because of apparent poor staff management. I think it is not fair for the staff to be working at checkouts near automatic sliding doors in draft and such windy conditions. We were standing in the queue in our jackets just for couple of minutes and we certainly noticed the cold draft blowing from outside. I cannot imagine to be a member of staff to work in this cold for hours serving customers. I am lucky I work for myself and do not need to be working under such a uncaring managerial staff. I hope this could be addressed by some screen protectors or checkouts elsewhere. Thank you

I found it hard to believe they told me they do not sell shoe polish. Two assistants told me that.

B&M stores are simply the best. They offer families brand products cheaper than some of the larger supermarkets .

Good selection of outdoor stuff in the garden centre. Inside there are lots of rows of shelves of everything you do need and everything you never knew you needed. Always at least 3 tills open so you tend to move through the queues quickly. The paint and hardware section is pretty decent too. No frozen food section here which is fine as Iceland is next door :) take lots of money as if you go in just looking for bin bags you will spend way more on loads of other stuff!

Great shop with friendly staff. Always seems to be pretty well stocked. You can find some fantastic bargains here and some nice hidden gems in the snacks and drinks isles.

Lots of bargains but do compare prices as some things overpriced. Staff helpful. It was a little bit over busy for my liking but that's not a reflection on the store

Great store, it's HUGE! Hosts everything that you could ever need. Would recommend getting a trolley because a basket doesn't fit enough in ha

Great store - always plenty of stock. Impossible to nip in for a few things or a look. Always come out with a trolley full of unnecessary things, all good for the store though I supposed 😅
