So rude.. I repeatedly was ordering my drink.. the lady with blue hair pointing and shouting at me when I came to the window.. talk about customer service.. she put my drink right at the back so I had to get out of my vehicle to get my drink.. I use this drive thru twice a day since its been open.. thanks to her will not be using your drive thru again..

Only ever drive thru open, I went twice via drive thru for people who couldn't get serve via the front door, apparently they won't serve you unless you drive. How ridiculous, must be losing loads of money ..

The M&S food range has now much improved the Costa food experience and the prices are not the worst. It's just on often occasion whichever Costa I go in the drinks can be absolutely rubbish! when it's done correctly they are brilliant but more often than not they are not! This gets very annoying but when it's good it's good so it's luck of the draw with who makes your drink.

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Never open. Even now. Online time says closes at 9pm but they are closed as usual. They shut whenever they like it it seems. When it is open theres a long que & staff are understaffed. Coffee shops are supposed to be warm & welcoming. Management need sacking.

What a shame!! I usually treat myself to a costa once a week after I’ve dropped my child off at their club. Usually get here for about 19:10 and has been closed now for months. Reported several times through the complaints procedure. Was told that recruitment was really slow and they were struggling to get staff. Need to put a notice on the main road to notify potential customers that this site is closed. Oh well off to Starbucks!

A really polite and helpful young woman served me. Very pleasant with all the customers. A bit busy so not all tables cleared but the atmosphere was peaceful and calm. Just right for an afternoon coffee

Place gone downhill since the old manager left , needs a good clean and more checks on toilets etc ..Also opening times 8am onwards nowadays !!! Staffed by kids …

Really nice place and can be a great stop for a drink and snack which usually would be 5 stars but sometimes depending who is serving, you feels like you get bad service. Got treated with a bad attitude from 3 staff members because of a bad drink today and argue. Never see a manager around to help organise the shop or will deal with complaints.

Not sure if the young man with the red hair/beard is the manager, but if he is, he runs one of the best Costa's I've ever been to, and I'm a very regular customer. He went above and beyond when my reward beans weren't loading on my app and made sure that me and my husband had the best experience. Well done, 10 / 10!

Car park was worse than a skating rink and the door to the place was constantly failing to close properly so the temperature in the seating area was far below an acceptable level

I'm here on vacation from Seattle and wanted a better coffee than Starbucks. COSTA never disappoints. COSTA's coffee is so much better and the service was great. Order 2 lattes and 4 muffins. Can't go wrong. Service was quick. Staff super friendly. Will definitely be back.

Very giod snd friendly service from barista Abbie.

The staff were pleasant, service was fine but it wasn't on the drive thru which helps. Tables were clean and it was warm. Quite busy inside with people eating and chatting. A number of people were having work meetings but it didn't interfere with those of us having some social time.

Brilliant staff, warm and friendly. Good coffee shop, accessible for all with wheelchair suitable toilet too. Very relaxing

This is the worst Costa I have been to. Absolute lazy staff and no customer service skills. Decide when they can be bothered using glassware and plates.

Sadly gone rapidly downhill. The specialty coffee wasn't available as they had no syrup, barely any food left (only 1.45pm), and could not work out how the 'rewards' app worked - asked to scan 8 times! A window is still broken after several months and the drinks were lukewarm. The lights are flickering so anyone suffering from migraines or fits should stay away. Gone from lovely, vibrant and well run to a bit of a shambles.

If you want a reusable cup, just pick one up and walk out with it...the staff don't mind.

The lady on the till was very rude. She repeated the order to us but put it through the till wrong. Mistakes can happen but instead of saying they can fix it or it was a mix up - she said we got what we ordered then ignored us. The customer behind us confirmed we ordered what we said but the lady was adament and it was very uncomfortable. I don't know if she was having a bad day or if they punish staff for making a mistake so she felt she has to cover it. Most other branches have very nice staff

Went down to costa with my friend for an evening coffee, before going we checked the opening/closing times it stated closing 6pm. We arrived there around 4ish, when walking towards costa the rude staff member came running out shouting “were closed now”. Clearly was still opened as customers were going through the drive thru and people were still ordering their drinks at the till . The paper that had the timings on at the door stated they were opened till 6.30pm today. I told the staff member that were just getting a take out drinks but no she wasnt having, if i got her name i would of stated it on here. Costa honestly need to get their staff on a customer service course because they dont know how to speak to their customers. Very poor

Great little Costa. They did once run out of Bacon Baps but I have forgiven them. Can't think of anything to criticise.

Fresh new store nicely set out in quiet surrounding and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and professional staff, great experience. Just noticed their vegan menu which suits my partner who's daily free. 😁

Visited today and stayed in, it was really atmosphere and not too busy. Really nice pleasant, helpful staff. My first ever Oat, caramel latte and I really liked it. My husband had the same drink and he enjoyed his too.

My second visit to the store first time with a friend which is slightly out of my way tbh though worthy of a visit undoubtedly. This is a very new store set just out of town on hynburn Road. Possibly despite its location is the nicest Costa locally backing on to pleasant enough relatively secluded location (apart from the car park or so it feels) clientele being mainly business retired and drive through. Served today by Olivia who served me up with a fine cuppa and cake. This is a clean space with clean toilets. Of all the Costa I've been to I do have a favourite although this is certainly a close second and possibly the only thing to go to Accrington for. Recommended? Highly.

I use the drive-through quite often and had coffee inside on a few occasions. The drive-through can sometimes be a bit slow if it's really busy but the staff are always friendly. The inside could be a bit more pram friendly as there isn't quite enough space to manoeuvre the pram to somewhere to sit without blocking the way for other customers. There is only one pram friendly place to sit near the entrance and if that's taken then you basically have to take up 2 tables due to the lack of space for prams. Coffee and hot chocolates are always good here.

Always get good service, nice and peaceful surrounding , always like coming to this Costa for a cuppa and latte .cheers and thanks x

The staff here are always really friendly. The drink can vary slightly depending on who makes it (some staff layer chocolate sauce on the Frostinos, others prefer a more artistic drizzle) but it's always good no matter what!

This is the worst Costa I’ve ever experienced, the what’s called barista was on her phone while doing my flat white coffee. Both the barista and the coffee were miserable. This was today at 4pm 3rd February
