Always running out of stock, if it’s one thing it’s an another. How can you run out of chai every other day? Very badly managed. Manager needs sacking. Rest of team and service is great

Server ‘Lina’ is utterly racist and disgusting, giving people food and beverages with things they have clearly started they have allergies to, is this really acceptable behaviour? And then trying to bribe you into not telling the a manger with a free drink. Oh and let’s not forget charging customers for more than what they ordered - clearly has issues with a certain demographic I would say. Well done Starbucks, really done yourselves proud!

Had the most amazing customer service today, Saboor (I’m so sorry if I’ve spelt that incorrect) is an asset to the team. Incredibly helpful and kind - just what the world needs in this day & age!

Went to meet a friend for coffee, place was well kept and clean. Variety of seating areas, comfy seating, tables and chairs, softer benches. Backgroung music was on the louder side and I'm quite deaf, but staff were polite and friendly

The lady below is clearly being awkward 🙄 I’m a regular customer and the young girl who the lady is talking about is actually of the same ethnicity! The review is utterly ridiculous I have nothing but praise for the staff in the store! They are lovely all of them! Yes the odd mistake is made, but who doesn’t make a mistake at work? They are always quick to rectify any issues and I genuinely enjoy going to get my daily coffee frap! Keep up the good work guys your all Lovely and don’t let people who clearly have nothing better to do upset you at work! ❤️

Waitied 7 minutes and no one took my order. Then i noticed flys sitting in the cake cabinet. When a staff member finally acknowledged me I brought this to his attention and left disgusting.

Used drive through. 2 caramel frapps. The straws disintegrated literally unravelled. Thankfully we had parked up so grabbed 2 more straws from inside however the exact same thing happened again. I understand going eco but thats not acceptable. The frapps themselves didnt taste of anything either.

Usually great. Unfortunately, I visited tonight and the shop is closed at 9pm although mentions it's open until 9.30pm online on google. Opening Times need updating to avoid wasted time and petrol.

Visited tonight at 8.50pm and all closed up , no one in site. Why have it advertised opening and closing times but are actually different to what it is, oh well Costa Coffee was open and thoroughly enjoyed it there

I do like Starbucks as a whole. Incredibly expensive but that's nothing knew. You kind of know what to expect when you visit I've and this one is just the same.

Called into starbucks today was greeted my a lovely staff member Maleesha her customer service was great and made the experience much more enjoyable.

The place was clean and everything was nice, except for the person who served me coffee, it was not nice, it was a bad experience

Needed to warm up so it was good to get a fresh warm coffee. Service was what you expect

I recently had a meet-up for my business Viessentially Ltd "Your Mary Poppins of The Office" and the service, free parking and location were excellent

Not the biggest fans of their drinks but they get the job done. Could do with some better tables for getting some work done

Drink was very average, asked for extra hazelnut syrup and got none. Staff definitely need to be trained again.

Really nice place. Subtle background music Comfy chairs, big windows letting in just enough natural light but tinted enough to enable the amber, rustic lighting inside be controlled; making for a near perfect atmosphere for a chat. Great coffee too.

Beth, and of course other staff was fantastic on this visit. I made a mistake order, and Beth kindly corrected it. Service and food was excellent. I shall return.

It was very spacious. Clean and kinda dim/dark but overall really nice. Went around 5:30pm. Coffee was good. I would go back again.

I'm not a fan of Starbucks, but was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service shown by the beautiful Beth that I'll definitely return. I had a pretty big order and she made all the drinks without forgetting anything. She was taking orders at the drive thru windows as well, the girl is quick, polite and efficient. She even wrote my mate's name on the cup with a love heart, because I said it's her first time in a Starbucks. I'll go back just to see Beth, she's lovely and gives the store a friendly touch.

Lovely caramel frappacino from Starbucks,lots of brain freeze but worth it! Also got a toastie which was lovely and cakes,lovely all round and polite friendly staff.

Been on a few occasions to this one definitely not as good as the rest coffee only just warm and not as strong as the rest

I took a sip of the latte and immediately thought that it was too strong. The bean was not not to my flavour. My preference is Costa but unfortunately the opening times made me try Starbucks.

Visited this Starbucks for a coffee stop and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The girl who served me was very helpful, greeted me with a smile and made an excellent cup of coffee. There are a wide selection of food and drinks but the pastries are most impressive. The cafe was kept clean at all times and there are plenty of seats. Definitely will come back again.

We have only ever used the drive through, so can't comment on the in store experience. Coffee of the quality you would expect. On 2 seoarate occassions we have been given a millionaores shortbread instead of a chocolate chunk shortbread cookie (as it is the drive through, it's too late to notify staff once realised).
