Nice place with a lot of activities. 2 stars because toilets were horrible. One toilet doesn't have a door at all. Other toilet can't be locked from inside. Can't believe it has come down to this level now. If toilets are fixed I will change star rating

One of the better bowling experiences around as its pretty upto date for a player. Only couple of downfalls are on days with no deals the prices are a bit steep and not a fan of the pins being help up with the string (not exactly string but not sure how else to word it) as it does seem to influence how the pins fall a bit. But overall would return.

Manager is pretty much useless and the staff don’t listen and don’t care. The food took 30 mins to arrive and when it arrived it was very disappointing and an item was missing. When all the food arrived a further 20 minutes later, the order was incorrect. The manager did absolutely nothing to rectify the incorrect order except from saying, “I can bring you some crispy onions, it’s basically the same”. PITIFUL. Chips were very dry and the only condiment they had left was mayo. Bowling was okay. Went to the toilets. NOT A SINGLE CUBICLE HAD A LOCK ON THE DOOR!! and someone was vaping. We went on a whopping total of 2 arcade machines, before one broke. Went home feeling intense regret.

Fun family time we really enjoyed it £7.50 for adults and £5 kids including a tiny burger and chips adults meal is same size a childs 🙄 drinks are over priced if you ask me also a little arcade inside tenpin

It’s got better. Previously I had visited and it was terrible, but the offers are back and makes for better value for money. Clean, tidy and bustling with people can’t argue with that. Although the ham burgers probably need some work

I don't ever coming here even though it's just down the road and tbh it was great. No issue with the service, easy parking. Lanes are kept clean and the COVID barriers make it more private which I like. Small range of arcade games which is a shame and ticket games could with more of. But prob visit again.

Not bad if you want to go somewhere in a pinch with family on Sundays after 7pm. 3games for £9/person after 7pm. Double up your players/teams to save even more money i.e. 4 ppl split into 2 teams. Each game you can decide who goes 1st and who goes 2nd and you can switch positions after each game. Its more challenging and fun too this way

Security were super friendly and went above and beyond to chase some kids who had stolen my (what they didn’t know) broken helmet. Whoever has it please don’t wear as it’s been dropped. Mohammed and Zeeshan didn’t need to try and retrieve the helmet especially as I wasn’t a tenpin customer! Zeeshan actually came looking for me and apologised! Not your fault guys. We need police like you not just security! Well done!

Great place, more affordable than stupid and greedy Hollywood Bowl prices which I refuse to pay. The same place, same quality, great bowling, kids and missus very happy

Nice bowling alley with plenty of lanes however can still be full during peak days/hours.

Hosted my daughters 9th birthday party. What a great experience. Friendly staff, excellent value and would highly recommend to others. Thanks.

Absolutely mortified at this place. The security are beyond awful. My daughter has just turned 14 and a security guard calling her a slapper and a slag!! You really need to have a better insight to who your employing this is disgusting, children should be allowed to go there and not be intimidated!!! What a great place. Came here with my brother and sister we went on a Thursday in Dec and they are running an offer 2 games and food £14.50 each 2 games alone are £12.50 so lunch for £2 had burger and chips was so fresh and delicious. The centre is clean and the staff are nice and helpful especially Leigh she really made us feel welcome. We will be back.

It’s family friendly and a nice fun day out with family and the drinks and food are served on time and ask us if we need anything with our food. Helps the people if they are playing pool when they’re a not enough pool sticks, make us feel safe when there’s someone or a bunch of people causing it or looks trouble

Huge amount of parking, security on the door, the bowling was ace with friendly staff. Some arcades and pool too, all clean and we'll maintained. Snacks and drinks from the bar there. Genuinely a safe and happy feeling environment!

The staff, both on the reception and bar were friendly. It was not too busy so we enjoyed some arcade games after we bowled. Parking was easy and the toilets were clean. We had a really nice visit. Thanks!

Great for a family trip out, Cinema, arcades, games. But the price for bowling is expensive for what it is. I'd recommend looking online before just turning up.. prices can shock people for such limited time.

Nice place to bowl. Tuesdays is a great deal as its half price. the £30 for an hour bowling and a 12" pizza is a great deal too. Almost got 4 full games with me and the Mrs

Me and my friends went to the bar side of the arcade and they are both 21. They got served 2 alcoholic drinks without being asked for ID. We then left and came back for them to carry on playing on the bandit as they all ready put money in the first time we was there. There was another man on the bar who said do you have any Id and they said no because they was all ready served without being asked. So all I have to say is make sure u ask straight away for ID as he has lost 10 pound now because they wouldn’t let him play the bandit as he ‘didn’t look old enough’ as the man said. Not happy wont return again. Absolute joke of staff!

Nice place with lots of different activities to do; Bowling, Pool, Table Tennis, Air Hockey and a bunch of arcade games. The seating area for when you're bowling isn't ideal, very small, probably only fits 2/3 people. The other issue is this place gets quite busy so be prepared to experience some significant waiting times (minimum 30 minutes) if you're going at peak times. Besides that, the bowling alley is very good.

Quite busy during holiday periods as expected but some great offers on bowl and eat. Staff were helpful and resolved any issues we had.

Great staff, no fuss about using my tesco club card voucher. The bar was more expensive than expected and the cash machine charged for withdrawals but overall it was a great few hours.

My 16 year old son and 4 others went here today, before arriving we looked on the website to check their prices, with it saying 16 and under they could get 2 games and a burger deal, on arrival they where asked their ages and 3 out of the 4, where 16 and one 15 the three 16 years old where made to pay adult prices. Think they need to teach their staff to read their own age policy that is advertised.😡😡😡

We at One Voice Blackburn would like to say a huge thank you to Chris Griffins and his amazing team for providing our Summer Club members with a fun and fantastic experience. The service was top class and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The children had a fab time and went home with a huge smile on their faces. We would definitely use the service again for many of our other groups.

Visited with my family Inc my young children we all had a fantastic time and the food and bowling deal is brilliant as the food is quite expensive otherwise but it comes delivered to your alley hot and fresh just takes a bit of time. We ended up hanging around after we finished bowling for an extra order to come out of the kitchen. Ordering is easy and quick to do via the code you scan on your lane and cooked fresh. Would visit again as the kids loved it nice way to spend a afternoon as a family

we are constantly being targeted by your security for drinking water and sitting on a booth , i am forwarding this complaint to the young generation to not sit on the floor or else you will get banned for life. This is unfair and i feel as though i’m not safe when it comes to being in there. This experience has been very upsetting for me and my fellow peers, please sort it out or else i will be taking further actions , thank you.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, this would be a five star review but... During my time there I have witnessed security staff play-fighting like children and paying little attention to their job. They almost collided with a few people.

Staff are really nice n helpful the bar staff I mean u can tell they like their job which tbh u don't see often

Okay. Lovely decor, a good night of bowling. But prices are really high and certain members of staff were rude and unhelpful. There were lovely members of staff too but some of them were so impolite an unhelpful that it ruined the atmosphere.

Loved the venue, a good range of arcade type games alongside pool as well as the main bowling attraction. My main gripe is the state of the toilets Inc missing locks and empty soap dispensers. Please tidy them up as would love to come back again

An absolute if you love bowling, arcade pleasure or a game of pool. This is a lovely stop for your friendship group. Or your boyfriend/girlfriend. There's also nutritious food being served & it's all halal. Have fun 😊

My first visit last week and had a great time with my friends. Price was very reasonable too. Hadn't been bowling for years so it bought back many happy memories from the Hollywood Bowl days. Thank you. Will definitely be visiting again 🙌
