The worst customer service and food me and my colleagues have ever had! Spoke to like rubbish on the phone several times and we have spent alot of money here. The foods cold, items are always missing and foods not cooked properly and when we call to complain again we get spoken to like rubbish. We have now moved butty shops - The lady that works there is nasty on the phone and needs to go on a customer service! 2 MONTHS LATER I HAVE NOW BEEN CALLED BY THE LADY REGARDING THIS REVIEW AND AS A RESULT HAS NOW BARRED ME FROM ORDERING - DEFINATLY NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS....LIKE I SAID, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS AND I STAND BY MY REVIEW!

I pass this new place quite often and. have always stopped for my lunch and a coffee here. Its spotlessly clean and quick service. Lovely staff and great food. I RECOMMENDED😀

Perfect sandwich as always 👍👍 I recommend this butty shop to everyone, the owner/server is very polite and always good to have a laugh with. I won't use any other butty shop. And I usually get offered a free drink while I am waiting. That is good customer service to me.

Wow !!!really good value rang up pre ordered 3 of the breakfasts as new to area and want a regular butty shop we will be returning every saturday thanks for your service and woman who answered phone very polite and spoke clear would highly recommend.

Well my first visit helping local businesses during these hard times ( pandemic) Recommend the Turkey salad on brown, was very filling and tasty. Friendly staff, everyone should give it a try.
