Yesterday I ordered for a takeout and I collected it from the shop, when I checked it after reaching home one item was missing and this is not the first time they are doing this. When you buy from the shop make sure you have the items you ordered. One time I even got feathers from the hot wings.

One star...placed order for two meals....only charged for one, so had to re-order second meal. My chicken was dripping in grease ( as if it had been re heated in deep fat frier) . Drink ordered was coke...not cherry coke. My server seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Next time I will stick to dixyland in darwen. Better price, better quality and friendly staff.

Very bad service received. Not even worth 1 star. I ordered 2 x Zinger Stacks and one 1 x Chicken popcorn. all I got was 1 x Zinger stack and 1 x POP corn. I rang the restaurent about it but they DO NOT WANTED to know. All they kept telling was speak to Just eat. I made the point that it is not just eat fault and why am I getting them involved as it was the KFC's fault. I also said that I am not after a refund i am after my missing item. They did not want to do anything about it and just washed their hands. This is not the first time and it happened before. I do not recommend food from this place and customer service is absolutely rubbish. What they fail to understand is that WE (CUSTOMERS) PAY THEIR WAGES.

Appalling!! It felt more like a bar than KFC. Trying to get the uninterested staff’s attention through several just eat drivers was just the start. Pre ordered food took 20 mins to cook on our arrival. No one bothered to ask if we had been served or gave any update. Items missing and NO GRAVY! The food was Luke warm at best and had to be reheated when we got home. Profit over customer experience.

Just ordered a mighty bucket for one asked for fries with it wasn’t given any and then as I was eating I noticed one of my chicken was red in colour so I took the skin off to see this absolutely disgusted

Staying with my Auntie we fancied some KFC and we were pleasantly surprised. Great service, Two self ordering machines, Drive through and Eat in. The chicken wasn't greasy and all 7 of us really enjoyed it. So much so we ended up having it again 5 days later and it was the same standard. Great Job 👍

We were a little let down by the food and maybe we should have returned it. My one piece meal was disappointing, Fries a little undercooked, gravy quite thin, chicken was small and only just cooked. My friend had a fillet burger and fries. Again slightly undercooked fries, fillet burger chicken was good but hardly any salad at all and soggy. Not the best and no reason for it as the restaurant was not busy. And incidentally, the cobwebs around the light fittings were not fake for Halloween; they were real and numerous.

I've been here a couple of times and both times, the service has been terrible. Staff have a bad attitude and for the most part, make you feel like an inconvenience. Management don't behave any better. Food was Luke warm and chips were soggy. I wouldn't recommend or go again.

The orders both had missing chips/fries and 1 order was missing beans and gravy. The gravy was very vegetarian tasting and the chicken strips were dry. Won't be going again, not in this town anyway.

Service was disgusting I was approached by a member of staff very rude and abruptly ' what do you want " I couldn't believe it as I had already waited nearly 20 mins to be severed. No acknowledgement from staff yo apologise for the wait, then for him to say this not just one but twice. Absolutely disgusting

Fond memories of eating inside at this one. Foods usually good. Customer service is normally good. Wish i lived closer. My local KFC is shocking. One thing i would say though is drivethru is painful don't do it if you value your time. Thats the same at every kfc think they just get overwhelmed with uber orders or something

Food was good. Service very slow, staff chatting. Had to go to counter asking when coffee was coming.

It's a food place. It was sorta quick, but I still had to wait a bit. Place was clean. Not sure what more I can add.

Very incompetent staff working there. No work ethics at all, putting the esteemed brand at stake. Truly unprofessional, rude and works in a casual manner not knowing how they should be behaving over the counter ! Disrespectful and i am just running out of words to speak about them. I would be really happy if someone could reach out to me after reading this review so i may discuss the issue.

Food was OK, not happy once I got home with my order was missing a zinger stack burger. Should have checked the order there and then but it was a rather large order and just drove back to haslingden. Couldn't get hold of any staff member on the phone and I wasn't driving back again from haslingden. If it wasn't for that I would have given a 4*

I Arrived at 22.00 restaurant closes 23.00 I sat at drive through speaker 5 mins no one spoke eventually my order was taken. Zinger burglar box meal with latte (NO HOT DRINKS TONIGHT SORRY) 2 mini fillet burgers large gravy.£11.50. when I got the food home. Everything was hard, dry & cold small gravy. All in the bin !!! I tried ringing the restaurant but no answer numerous times . I Sent an email & got a reply 2 days later all apologetic. I was Refunded a £10.00 voucher. Leaving m £1.50 out of pocket Terrible meal and customer service. I’ve only scored KFC 1 star because that’s the lowest rating available.

It would've been a lot better if the girl that was cleaning the tables was actually cleaning instead of being more interested in what other people were doing and saying..we don't want to be stared at while eating and having a private conversation 😒 🙄

Best food ever, Chicken is always freshly cooked and zingers and hot wings are amazing

If I could give 0 stars I would came for a party bucket to be told they wouldn't have chicken for 35 mins, when I drove past the window there was 5 members of staff messing about play fighting, humiliating.... and unfortunately for them I worked for kfc when I was 16 it doesn't take 35 mins to make a batch of chicken... worst kfc in Lancashire what a joke

Lovely food, but the polite guy serving us (didn’t catch his name) needed help with something on the till and got spoken to very rudely by one of his colleagues (Jacob) and belittled him in front of us and other customers. Disgusting.

The young girl taking our order was polite and curteous. The order took awhile to recieve and the wrong side order was in one of the box meals. Overall though the food was good

Completely wrong order, 4 boneless fillets ordered and got 2 drumsticks and a thigh, rang KFC to inform only to be told to go restaurant or contact Uber who delivered it, if I had a car to go restaurant I wouldn’t have used Uber. Nothing can be done, that wouldn’t happen in my & my mums days working at KFS salmesbury. Never again will I order from haslingden rod KFC

Food was very good but this is a very busy restaurant so be prepared for a wait. If you don't mind the wait, the food is good. Hot and fresh.

No sides in stock and reluctant to sort a refund until prompted and i insisted. Drinks not brought out and said they would bring them 'in a bit'. I wanted them with our food not after. Dryest filet burger ever! Seemed like it had been there for a while or overcooked. Usually have good food and service here but tonight was awful!!!

Not very clean inside tables was full of dirty cups and food cartons even though people should put them in the bin the bins was overt flowing so Couldn't put the rubbish in. Ordered table service had to go and all then after 25 mins of waiting and they was more interested in getting the just eat orders out. Don't know why they have a seating area if they don't have the staff or capacity to use it.

This was a great restaurant to eat in at, where the staff were very friendly at the counter by speaking to me instantly even though I ordered on the app! Condiments are available there and the drinks machine features a display for the special Watermelon Lime Refresher, the one I had in my Fillet Tower Box meal. The meal was highly satisfying after a decent service time and the table seating is comfortable, positioned appropriately by the window to give good views. Overhead lights are styled beautifully and hygiene was maintained, but the chips portion was quite small and the cheese was misplaced in my Fillet Tower Burger. I went here a second time and the service was phenomenal; the staff explained WiFi problems when I used the app and also asked about unavailable items so they could be swapped. Me and my friend loved the original recipe chicken bucket meal that had much better chip portions and for my patience with problems, the staff got us to fill in a survey which won us a free cookie each!!

I think all KFC have let their standards slip not a patch on how it got its reputation. I'm a hgv driver so I've tried alot and now I'll only use KFC as a last resort. Poor.

Went through drive through, the menue is easy to see, the speaker is nice and loud. The wait was horrific, there was about 5 cars infront of us and it took us about 30mins to get round.. Once at the window the staff looked like they had no haist, just milling about.. My order was right and the food was good though.

Its very close by. But somehow 6 times out of ten gets part of order wrong, takes 3 minutes to get home but have to microwave the fries as practically cold. This time i had everything except MY chicken burger, went back, they gave it me and offered extra fries, i didnt need or want them. Got home and the burger was practically cold, microwave again! Samlesbury one was soo much better and went there a lot but that closed????

Just waited 20 minutes to go through the drive through! Picked up the food, drove 5 miles home only to find they messed up! Less chicken than ordered, no gravy as ordered and they don't answer the phone! I feel ripped off! I'll NEVER use this place again! Back to the very best KFC in Colne for me.

Food wasn't cooked properly. Taste did not match the typical KFC taste in the UK. Ambience not that great. Good things: Parking available. Clean toilets. 👍🏻
