Amazing views, large bed and good location. I got the deluxe king room I think and it didn’t disappoint. A lot of room and storage. About a 10 minute walk into the centre, on one exit there was The Mailbox which had quite a few food places. Good Wi-Fi, good service from receptionists. The terrace on the top floor had a great view. I would recommend booking.

Worst hotel room in a long time. Better hostels out there. Dirty, no air con, broken sockets, 1 lamp for whole room, open used water bottles in fridge. No offer when spoken to reception as fully booked

Sensational room, great views, with some wonderful food venues very local. A little hot in the hotel overall, but generally a great luxury experience

Great views. They were a bit slow to service, we only had a drink here one Sunday, in the early evening. Good atmosphere, and outdoor area is really beautiful to hang out with friends.

Visited Marco Pierre restaurant for afternoon tea. Was a fabulous experience. The panoramic views are sensational, the setting was perfect, the food divine. Memorable experience.

The cube is located on the Birmingham Canal and next to quite a few restaurants. It is mainly a residential property but has a hotel across 2 floors. A Marco Pierre White Restaurant on the top floor, which also serves as a bar at night, and by day a conference and wedding venue. There are restaurants in the building and other amenities. If you are staying in the hotel, book early.

Interesting hotel, on the upper floors of a big skyscraper. Top floor is the Marco Pierre White restaurant. Spectacular views from the large windows of Birmingham below. Otherwise nice enough hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly as were all the Brummies we met. Central location Lots of restaurants nearby, but book a table for Saturday night as they fill up fast.

Great atmosphere, smelt good the minute you walked through reception. Polite staff, extremely clean room and secure lift. Need your room key card to access the rooms. Stunning view, we had a corner room with a beautiful view of Birmingham.

The hotel is Ok, a lot less than I expected Has a big and spacious room with an amazing view. But I have never been to a hotel that DOESN’t have a PHONE in the room, had to go down to the reception when i need something, And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work When I checked in, I asked to take my luggage up, but they refused, and when I got in the room, there was an empty bottle of alcohol on the table 😤.. Room is sooo cold and the heater does not work in the room nor in the toilet

We stayed for special occasions . We stayed in feature king superior. On arrival we was visual disappointed that bed wasn’t dressed, dirty room. But that wasn’t problem. Our bed was snapped in the middle and once we lay down. We kind of folded. To be told nothing they can do bar offer small discount or find alternative accommodations. We booked for 2 days. Leaving after one day, booking else were . The place is a disgrace and highly advise people look elsewhere.

Last week, I had a reservation and the check-in process went smoothly. However, upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that it was uncomfortably warm, reaching around 30 degrees Celsius. Despite attempting to restart the air conditioning multiple times, I was unable to cool down the room. Consequently, I contacted the reception to explain the situation, and they assured me that they would restart the AC. After waiting for 30 minutes without any improvement, I decided to visit the reception again to express my concerns. This time, they attributed the warm temperature to the large glass windows in the room, implying that it was to be expected. I found this response unsatisfactory, and I questioned them about the AC's functionality. To my surprise, they admitted that some of their rooms had faulty AC units, but they could not provide a reasonable explanation as to why I was assigned a room with a broken AC. In response to my dissatisfaction, they suggested that I could check out immediately at no cost. However, I expressed that I had no alternative accommodations. The receptionist kindly assisted me by checking the availability of the Marriott hotel next door, which had a lower star rating than the Cube. Ultimately, I decided to move to the Marriott and it was more pleasant experience compared to the unclean room in the cube.

Top floor has one of the best night view of the city, I went to the top after dinner at The Italian restaurant Luccarelli, what a night... I was so happy and relaxed I officially started a relationship with my lady that night. Now we are boyfriend & girlfriend and can't have enough of each other

This is probably one of the worse hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff at reception were rude and incompetent (they didn't program the key so we had to go back to get it working). In the room we were greeted with a big blood stain on the floor, soaked dirty curtains. The TV and light in the bathroom did not work either. They didn't even have hand soap in the bathroom. Only saving grace was the location.

If i could give this hotel a 0 I would. I don't know how this is a 4 star hotel. The curtains in the room didn't close in some areas as curtains hanging off the rail. The room was so cold it had two pluging radiators in it. The pillows on the bed were absolutely disgusting dirty and other people's hair stuck in them the shower cubicle had mould around it and lastly the bulbs in the room did not work so had hardly any lighting

Stayed here on New Year’s Eve and had a good stay. The hotel staff is wonderful, they deserve the 5 stars, so helpful, kind, and pleasant! Some things that could have been fixed was that our phone didn’t work in the room, we didn’t have any cutlery in the minibar, and finally there were some insanely loud people in the evening. Granted, it was NYE and there is bound to be some drama, but people were yelling ALL night in the hallways, slamming doors, and just fighting in general. It died down around 5 am, but I was surprised at how crazy it got. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but unfortunately I tie the experience with stay.
