Wayland’s Yard Coffee & Brunch

Restaurant Cafe Coffee shop Brunch restaurant

👍 The food is fabulous with lots of healthy drinks to choose from. We had the The Stack and shared it which was more than enough for two of us. The staff are super friendly, helpful and informative. This is the first time we have been to the Birmingham cafe but will be back soon. People often mention breakfast, brunch, coffee, good, great, friendly, Birmingham, staff, spot,

Visiting Birmingham for a day. Excellent place for breakfast/brunch. Good choice of non dairy milk and matcha/turmeric latte. Quiet and calm spot to relax in. We had the egg crumpet stack and chorizo hash. Highly recommended.

Return visit, 4* is now definitely a 5* Super helpful staff when we had a 1 year old with us, nothing was too much trouble. Fine coffee, exceptions brunch. The triple stack is maybe too much. Mushroom and Halloumi hash was beautifully seasoned and piping hot in a skillet. Order from the app from the table or at the counter, everything served fresh. Great veggie and vegan options with decent quality ingredients. Will make this a regular brunch spot in the city. 2 mins from Snow Hill Station.

One of the best veggie breakfast I had in a while, don't think anyone can compare with them! The poached egg is excellent on the sourdough bread 👩‍🍳 As well, the chai latte with oat milk is divine - you can feel the spice and the drink itself is creamy and smooth. Would definitely visit this place for breakfast or lunch again!

Absolute best place for breakfast. Their English breakfast (name's different on menu) was class. Had a relaxing coffee. The staff was very friendly and the overall vibe was amazing.

Partner and I didn't even know this place existed but what a great find. Good sized place, great food, tasted and looked good. Really nice coffee too. I must say, AMAZING music playlist too! Expect to pay £15-£20 per person for a meal and drink. Pretty decent if you're going out on a breakfast date!

Really enjoyable brunch! Lots of space to sit, welcoming staff. Easy to order on the QR code which includes images of each item. I ordered a latte, orange juice and Lebanese eggs. All super delicious! Would definitely come back.

Probably the best breakfast/brunch I’ve ever had. I couldn’t not choose the triple crumpet breakfast burger setup out of curiosity and wow… what a creation! 100% would recommend and will be returning!

We went to Wayland’s yard for breakfast on a Friday, it was no so crowded. It was self service, however they were super kind and very helpful. The English breakfast was exceptional, the portion was perfect.

Went for brunch on a Saturday lunch time. Busy and lovely atmosphere with no wait for a table. App ordering was really straight forward and drinks arrived very quickly. We had the smoked salmon and avo toast and the chicken crumpets. Both dishes looks and tasted great!! Staff were very friendly and tentative. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area!! Will definitely be back next time we are passing through!!

An excellent spot for breakfast, always well staffed and all the servers are fast, helpful and friendly. Crumpets here are particularly good, but most breakfast options are a good choice. There’s also a wide array of vegetarian options. It can get very busy on weekday lunchtimes, but otherwise it’s great spot for breakfast and brunch in the centre of Birmingham.

Extremely tasty coffee and breakfast foods, well prepared and untraditionally presented. Self-help; staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

At 4.6/ 5 Wayland’s Yard is under rated, the food is delicious, coffee is good quality and perfectly made, plenty of space between tables so you get more privacy than other coffee shops and music choice is also great. Special mention for the orange almond cake which is sublime!

The food tastes really good, a little overpriced but the taste makes up for it. Good coffee, but the chaii latte is far too milky. Sourdough is always rock-solid. Apart from that, this place is a great option for a quick breakfast.

Saw this on Google and thought we would try it when we were last visiting Birmingham. Really good coffee!. Choices for breakfast and Brunch are brilliant from more traditional fry ups to American style pancakes etc. I had the warrior breakfast which was really good...it had the biggest, crispiest hash browns ever. All was realty enjoyable food and will return soon.

Super tasty brunch! You have to try the triple stacked egg-fried crumpets for brunch here. Super tasty and the chilli jam really topped it off. Really good food My friend had the vegan hash and found that to be super tasty too All in all a great atmosphere, great food and great coffee. Must visit

Stopped in for snacks and lunch, really happy to find somewhere selling bird and blend tea, I hope they expand the menu of it. The service was cheerful and efficient, drinks were excellent and the food was good.
