    Ordered a late night treat and that order was a cinnamon roll. When I opened the box there was a half eaten Krispy Kreme donut in it. This is not only the wrong item, it is disgusting and a potential health issue.

    Rude, slow, cold nasty food, there was a line wrapped around the store . THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! (Posted 2018) Update as of November 21, 2021 Came back because everything else was closing and my husband ordered our entire family food including our children. Everyone but me had chicken nuggets or a chicken sandwich, I got the double cheese burger with no cheese. I was last to sit down and eat and when I took one bite noticed my food tasted rancid like old meat. I was afraid to swallow so I spit it out. My husband tried it as well and also spit it out from the fowl taste. Upon further inspection I found a MAGGOT INSIDE THE MEAT! I immediately called the store to make a complaint to the manager and was immediately told “that’s not true” “there is no way” “you’re wrong” in a very disrespectful tone. She then said “if it’s true come to the store and show me” and that’s exactly what we did. We brought back our remaining food and drinks and asked for a refund. I presented the meat with the maggot inside and was still told I was wrong and it was part of the meat. I was also told that if I didn’t like their food to eat somewhere else. They were very disrespectful and only gave me a refund for part of my order. This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

    We made a mobile order, for a business with my bosses money, came to pick it up. The little girl running the drive through was rude and absolutely incompetent. She argued with us, cancelled our order so we couldn’t get our food. Then refused to tell us how to get a refund her exact words were “i don’t know maybe you can get help online or something” even though the app says “if you need a refund you will need to go to, or call the restaurant you placed the order through” We go in to speak to the manager she first tells us she can’t do anything or see anything. I inform her that the rude little girl running the drive through pulled my order up by code, so she definitely saw it. Then she told us the girl in the drive through had canceled our order, so we should get a refund in 3-4 days. Then told my fiancé it should be a week or more. We got the general managers number, and reached out to corporate. I worked at McDonald’s for a really long time, long enough to know this wasn’t an accident. If she would have been working under me, she would have been fired on the spot. Disrespectful behavior isn’t good for business. We won’t be going back here ever again.

    I was so looking forward to my McDonald meal especially after a long drive through Atlanta. I got off at the McDonald's and ordered the double cheeseburger with no onion and large fry. The double Fred was old and fell apart as I took it out of the paper to eat. The meat was dried out and hardly any condiments on my sandwich. The meat had a funny smell to it. I could not eat the burger at all. I did eat the hot fries which I appreciated because they were hot and I was very hungry. That's why I gave it a two-star for the food. The person at the drive-thru window was very pleasant. Since I was traveling and on the highway I did not go back actually I will remember this McDonald's on every trip I travel South and will not stop here.

    This McDonald's is the absolute worst "restaurant " I've ever been to. The food is rarely warm, good or correct and the so called management is incompetent; really just a joke. The cashiers are for the most part friendly and pleasant...the only good thing about this place.

    Only gave one star because there wasn't a zero. Completely nasty! The bathrooms were disgustingly gross. The floor in the employee work area was flooded. The food, not to my surprise, was almost as bad. Chicken sandwich and fries tasted like they were cooked a week ago. I literally ate a few of my fries, threw the bun away because it was so hard. The "chicken" took me about 2 bites before throwing it out. Horrible visit!

    Worst employees anywhere! Ordered 1 large fry from kiosk. Never, not even once did a single employee in the back acknowledge me or the other 8 or 9 other people that had ordered from the kiosk. Not even a glance, or sorry we are just ignoring you. Finally after 15 minutes I asked and got a refund. Get it together or close the dining room if you are going to ignore the people inside. Pathetic.

    Cold quarter pounder with cheese? I thought these were made to order with their new true ground beef. But as always that's a lie. Cutting corners everywhere they can. The other chains are better, Wendy's truly makes the burger when you order it.

    I was at this McDonalds this morning, my order was not complicated. I was still charged for food I didn't order, and when I said something too, the girl that took the girls place that took my order, she asked me did I go through the drive through I told her I was right here.she saw me. Well all she said when I told her I didn't order the extra food was I'm sorry, and acted confused. Please people its not hard to take an order if its small. Please train these folks right.

    I eat at McDonald's every morning simply because they are the only one that has a muffin instead of only having the option of a biscuit or croissant. I do not eat McDonald's food other than the breakfast sandwich. I order the exact same thing every single day. This particular morning, there were 2 people At the one register taking orders through the drive-through and still manage to screw up my order. This is the same location that frequently runs out of cups and bacon.. Every single location is the worst.

    Who ever was in the back drive through at 1:30 on 5/11/2022 was extremely rude. I was still quietly deciding what I wanted with my passenger. She said “how my I take your order” before I could ask for a second she said it again louder shocked I didn’t say anything and then she did it again yelling at me. I work for McDonald’s and I understand how it is but being flat out rude and ghetto is uncalled for. Now the food. It was gross. The meat was black and burnt clearly had been in the cabinet for way too long. I asked for a McDouble no pickle light ketchup and a twenty piece nugget. The nuggets were also old and had been in there too long. I was going to see a movie at 1:45 so didn’t have time to come back and complain in person. I will not be returning except to get a refund. This place is always rude.

    Don’t ever waste your time doing a mobile order at this place. Been sitting here waiting for 15 minutes for a smoothie. I got my food and asked where my smoothie was and she just walked away. It already took 10 minutes to get my food. Just sit in line and get the drive through or you’ll sit for 30 minutes the lady next to me sat so long she had to get out and go inside to get her food. Unacceptable

    I love the customer service in this Mcdonald drive-thru I went during the midnight and I spent maybe 30 minutes waiting but later that I ordered my request was super fast they have a person Who speak Spanish too so it's good for many people that wanna go to eat in McDonald's also they open until late bc I left that place at 1 am was great for myself in that moment bc they satisfied my hungry that weekend 🙃

    I love mcdonalds and as a night owl this is one of my main spots for my 2AM -4AM cravings. In the past few weeks I've developed a huge HUGE Ginormous love ❤️ for Nuggets and don't get less then a 20PC Nuggets and fries.

    The kiosks have weird lagging making ordering inconvenient. The manager was really friendly and delivered all of our drinks before our food. The children's play area appeared clean, one screen is broken.

    Husband went Thur drive Thur asked for 3 McChickens order fresh and with extra Mayo on 2 of them got home and had 1 chicken sandwich with diced onions and a pickle on it and 2 double Cheeseburgers with with mayo on them and when my husband went back was given grief about returning the item and was told he had to bring the complete order back so they can redo it.( Which every restaurant I know don't even except food back Thur the window) however, I make my way to McDonald's and take the rest of the order back and just was wondering how many people have experienced this lately needless to say I'm calling in on them because this service is unacceptable and inconvenience me. Also, he was the only order in line at that time can you please explain how this was done wrong?????

    Very poor service in the drive thru. I ordered two double filet o fish and paid for them and got on the highway. When I opened the bag to eat - the order was wrong. They gave me two single filet and charged me for double. This is totally ridiculous. The sandwiches were also cold so I know they were not made fresh. Will never go to this McDonald’s ever again. This is the second time they messed up my order.

    Slow service horrible night staff. Waited for 45+ minutes in drive thru at 3:30AM with three people in drive thru only to be told they swapped over to breakfast at 4am and could not fill my order. Would not recommend EVER. Wait for another McDonald's to open for better service - or actually service of any kind.

    Lazy Rude Unprofessional. 3/20/22 11:15pm pull up to the drive through to pick up mobile order I placed. I was told only door dash and Uber eats orders were being accepted, I asked why the app was still allowing orders and was told "idk not my problem" I went on both apps to place order and this location was not accepting orders. The car behind me was told they were closed. I pulled back to the window and stated the 2 apps were not allowing orders and I was tils oh well we are closed. This location is open 24 hours yet this is not the first time employees have just decided not to work.

    Placed my order drove around to pay, I was ask at check out do you want your receipt. I said no (first mistake) pull up got a bag with one correct sandwich in the bag. And two that were not even close. Pulled back around and never left the parking lot and was ask for my receipt which I didn’t have. Amber the blue shirt on duty got said she could not help me without a receipt, did not even try to look in to the matter at all. Then I ask if the gn was around amber said no . Well all I wanted was a correct order and was going to wait . Amber said wait all night if you want. So I tried to get some one else to help but they were under blue shirt command so I was done for after holding up the drive thru for 5 min or so I realized they just don’t care . So I returned all 23$ worth of food back thru the drive and before I could drive off Amber stuck her head out the drive thru window and to let me know she won. That’s all fine. But I say neither her or I or McDonald’s won anything except may a bad customer award. And an ex costumer. I have had very good meals at this location. But the customer service far out weighs the good food . I’ll find another place to spend my money, good luck .

    everyone had such good energy, and Q, who took my order and processed the payment is incredible personable and has a contagious positive energy. he even went out of his way to flatter me. wonderful service!

    Both drive thru open, however everytime we use the drive through whoever takes orders isn't consistent with taking each drive through order fairly... Four orders on right were taken even through we were first to the left side. Fries were stale, nuggets were wet inside.

    I’ve been numerous times to this location and have watched 2 or 3 cars in the opposite lane at the drive thru have there orders taken while I’ve been sitting there before they even pulled up. Everytime this has happened it’s been around 11pm and I end up pulling off saying I’m not coming back to this place again but it’s the only place open around here when I get off of work late

    This used to be the best McDonald's around always hot fast food excellent service. Nowadays not so much dirty bathrooms never soap in dispenser so after using restroom you know that the kitchen staff aren't washing their hands after using the restroom then return to work with pee hands. Also my buddy just got turned away at the window for not being in a car. Truck driver's need food too you know so disappointed.

    I frequently go to this location and I have great service every time. The staff is attentive and make my meals to perfection. I also order my coworkers meals from this location online and they have my orders ready by the time I arrive with accuracy.

    This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to.. one time I waiting an hour for my food with no one saying anything to me. Not to mention there were employees doing TikTok's and playing on their phone. I was doing DoorDash one day and picked up my order and again. No one said anything to me. No hello, how can I help you, have a nice day. Nothing. And now I got myself a meal. Some fries are rock solid and others taste barely cooked. None of which are in the slightest bit warm. This McDonald's needs a MASSIVE wake up call. At this point I would rather drive the 6 miles toward the one on bells ferry instead of going to this one that's 1 miles away from me. For the love of all things good and holy, do better yall.

    This McDonald's use to be awesome. Not sure if it sold to another owner but my experience this evening was pretty sad. What happened to customer service? Why is it seem these workers are doing you a favor while they collect a paycheck. Do these workers realize without customers they have no hours. Very sad I do blame management for the poor service. Shape it up. I give zero stars. It just makes you add a star.

    Went to this location today after a terrible terrible experience at another location, on Dallas Acworth Highway. I had written McDonald's about the horrid experience. Ari, the supervisor of that location called to rectify the situation and allowed me to go into any of 29 locations she oversaw and have our food compensated. Shout out to her, too, for being so great and going above and beyond to right a wrong. We decided on this location. The manager, Carol, was so extremely nice and very helpful and made us feel much better (and much more welcome) than the manager of the aforementioned location. All of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant itself was very clean. Probably the best experience I've ever had at any McDonald's. Some managers need to take a few lessons from Carol, just saying.

    Love this place i work late but there is a nice manager who works overnight . very pretty eyes . she always makes sure everything is correct and gives extra sauces and is super nice when she talks over the speaker . she’s a very funny girl. i see why i keep coming back she remembers my order and let’s me know in advance if i’m out of something.her employees love her and talk good about her all the time . very understanding and patient:) keep her forever

    Terrible service, the night crew can’t handle a rush ordering food online is pointless, it’s sad when the night drive thru line wraps around building every single night . This night crew need to do better and if management doesn’t look into the long drive thru times at night they are failing as a manager. They also have old restaurant grade in window. Regional managers are needed to step in here and show these employees what good service is

    Had a fish sandwich. The bun was so dry I literally could not bite it. As they were busy, I just ate the filet. I waited to talk to manager. I just wanted to inform her and didn’t want anything in return. She was very apologetic and offered me another bun. Since I had already eaten the fish, I said no thanks. She asked if I lived around the area and I told he I didn’t. She insisted I have a pie or ice cream. She even offered one to my husband. He declined. I very much appreciated her kindness. Customer service is usually a thankless job. I just wanted to say Thanks.
