We
made
a
mobile
order,
for
a
business
with
my
bosses
money,
came
to
pick
it
up.
The
little
girl
running
the
drive
through
was
rude
and
absolutely
incompetent.
She
argued
with
us,
cancelled
our
order
so
we
couldn’t
get
our
food.
Then
refused
to
tell
us
how
to
get
a
refund
her
exact
words
were
“i
don’t
know
maybe
you
can
get
help
online
or
something”
even
though
the
app
says
“if
you
need
a
refund
you
will
need
to
go
to,
or
call
the
restaurant
you
placed
the
order
through”
We
go
in
to
speak
to
the
manager
she
first
tells
us
she
can’t
do
anything
or
see
anything.
I
inform
her
that
the
rude
little
girl
running
the
drive
through
pulled
my
order
up
by
code,
so
she
definitely
saw
it.
Then
she
told
us
the
girl
in
the
drive
through
had
canceled
our
order,
so
we
should
get
a
refund
in
3-4
days.
Then
told
my
fiancé
it
should
be
a
week
or
more.
We
got
the
general
managers
number,
and
reached
out
to
corporate.
I
worked
at
McDonald’s
for
a
really
long
time,
long
enough
to
know
this
wasn’t
an
accident.
If
she
would
have
been
working
under
me,
she
would
have
been
fired
on
the
spot.
Disrespectful
behavior
isn’t
good
for
business.
We
won’t
be
going
back
here
ever
again.
