    Their night shift is run by a bunch of douchebags. Sorry for my language but that is true. The lady would not allow me in to pay for my order and wanted to hold on to my card while I waited outside. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! I can imagine how much food they are wasting by doing this. The picture that I have posted, was my food and some other person’s order. All that food going to waste. ABSOLUTE CARELESSNESS ON PART OF THE SHIFT LEADER IN THIS SHIFT.

    I normally order from Papa Johns, but my husband convinced me to go with Dominos. Each time I get my delivery orders there is always something wrong, from the pizza being too cold, to the slices not being cut thoroughly to items on my pizza i didn't order, and now this time my thin crust pizza was literally STUCK to the box. I say most of this is not on the driver, it starts in the store with Quality Assurance!

    We ordered the other day for a half Supreme, half pepperoni pizza. What we GOT was a pizza made ENTIRELY of Supreme toppings with just pepperoni mixed in on one side. NOT ONLY THAT, but the Supreme had extra toppings that we straight up didn't ask for. This pizza was for four people to share, only ONE OF US was able to enjoy it due to me wanting just the cheese and pepperoni side [I don't eat Supreme], and the other two not liking the extra stuff put on the Supreme. We rarely get the opportunity to order and enjoy pizza, and when we want to relax and eat it during a stressful time for us, you give us this barely edible garbage. I had ordered and ate from here before, I've encountered disgustingly messy cutting that torn the cheese, under cooked cheesy bread, but I've NEVER complained because at the end of the day I still enjoyed eating it. This though, I CAN'T enjoy this, my standards were already low and y'all STILL managed to disappoint me.

    If I could give zero I would!! First of all we have covid, ordered pizza, too sick to cook. Contactless delivery for safety. Got our food, COLD, our bowl was non existing. Called the manager, Cynthia and she said she would remake the bowl and take the old back. Ok that's fine but we have covid. I'm attaching positive test. She said that's fine she'd still need it back. Ok so she's going to risk her workers and driver? We don't want the First bowl. No problem and we'll gladly throw it away and show them, but she wants the bowl back after we've touched it? And then when I ask how long she says 30 min or more? Mind you we spent nearly 40 bucks and still don't have our meal. I'm calling cooperat Monday. And I've written an email. We order from here ALLOT not anymore!

    If I could give zero stars I would. I asked my wife to pick up 2 pasta bowls from Domino's on Baker Grove next to Publix last night (3/13/23) to go alone with our dinner. She ordered in person. Picked up in person, but did not open the boxes. When she got home we realized that they had either given us the wrong order or messed up our order. This is the 3rd time we have had an issue with this Domino's delivering the wrong order, which is why she went in person this time. My wife called the store with both of us on speaker and requested that they fix the order and deliver the order for free. The girl that answered the phone stated that my wife need to speak to a manager. Of course she put us on hold. After being on hold for a while the same girl came back to the phone with no solution. I said never mind my wife would come into the store today (3/14/23). My wife went into the store today with her receipt and both boxes of food untouched. The employees refused to refund her money or replace the order. My wife left the boxes of food on the counter. No food. No refund. THEY EVEN KEPT THE TIP!!! Domino's just got paid and tipped for nothing. It was probably best that I did not go with her. We order pizza EVERY FRIDAY and pasta bowls during the week from time to time.     I ordered a Pepperoni, Beef, and Bacon. What I received was a Pepperoni, Sausage, and Bacon with a 2 inch border of crust, very disappointed with my mostly crust pizza.

    I placed an online order and went to pick it up saw on the monitor that my order was ready but yet they all allowed me to stand their and NO ONE OF THEM MADE CONTACT. It was not until the deliver guy said something and I indicated no one help me the young lady argued back and forth with me and all I said was customer service is acknowledgment even when you are busy…she still argues while the young manager chic said nothing until I asked for a manager and she still said nothing….therefore I told them to keep the food and sent an email to their corporate office…. Very Bad Customer service and rude being argumentative with the freaking customer SMH!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sarah who works here is really trifling. We arrived on time tonight to grab our order with the time that it gave us and upon arrival, she canceled our order because she failed to make to order. We ordered before 11 pm as the online instructions stated and she was so lazy that she canceled our order stating that the lobby closed even though it says online that if we order before 11pm that the lobby would still be open to pick up our order. I asked was she the manager and she lied and said yes. I asked for the corporates number and she first said that she would grab it for me before proceeding to make a phone call then informing me that I could come back tomorrow to speak to the manager. Horrible customer service, horrible location, definitely would not recommend!!

    Amber the shift manager is very rude, condescending, pretty much called me a liar, she is argumentative, and then hung up on me while I was asking questions and had concerns about my order. As soon as she insinuated that I was lying, I said to her "well I guess I will have to call corporate then" and that's when she said I was being rude and hung up on me. First off, from the second she answered the phone she acted like I was disturbing her, wasting her time with concerns and questions that I had about my meal/order, and she seemed like she could careless about her job and/or helping customers. I order often from this Domino's location and have been a loyal customer for years. I mean in the past couple of months I've ordered over 7 times. When I order I always get between 2-4 pizza a time, sometimes I get speciality chicken, and/or Alfredo pasta, or loaded tots, or chocolate lava cakes, etc and I always tip well.... 20% or more. I'm just in shock because in all the years I've been ordering from this location, I've never been treated this way, or had a problem. The drivers, and the other employees seem very nice, but Amber needs to work on her customer service skills. Amber wasn't willing to resolve the issue in any type of way possible, or hear me out, and as I stated above she was argumentative. After she hung up on me, I called back a few minutes later, and a young lady name India answered, and she seemed kind and had decent customer service skills and was atleast trying to fix the issue at hand.....which I'm grateful for that, but it seems like the weekend nignt shift crew is a bunch of young teenagers, and need to be trained better. I have already taken the proper steps to get this matter taken care of. I have reached out to corporate to let them know about the incident on 8/6/2023. I will be letting them know about Amber's poor customer service skills, and behavior, towards loyal customers. I also will be letting corporate know how this location needs to be trained better. If you look at the reviews of this particular location this seems to be an ongoing issue on how rude the employees are and how they do NOT care at all about customer service. It's truly sad to witness managers running their store like that, and to train their employees to act so poorly towards paying customers.....this is learned behavior and/or lack of training. I've worked in this type of industry and we were never trained to disrespect or hang up on customers or anyone for that matter. Amber need to be more humble, because I am part of the reason she gets a paycheck, so she needs to be more grateful and less rude to PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!! Thanks

    I never give reviews but tonight after leaving this store I'm not only leaving a review I will absolutely not stop until the shift manager Erin(no last name ) is no longer working there. I have been living in Acworth for 17 years and I have never experienced what I did with this store until tonight. I wish I could give 0 stars everyday to post better believe i will tell everyone my story to EVERYONE I know. You never know who someone knows. Working in customer service environment it's important you treat your costumers accordingly, Erin no last name must have missed that part of the video when she was hired.

    I wish I could leave a -5 star review. The "manager on duty", Erin, should not be allowed to work with customers. Her behavior is appalling. After placing an order for pick-up she flat out refused to honor the coupon that was emailed to me from her establishment. When I asked her to honor the discount she was extremely short and rude. I had my card in my hand and repeatedly stated that I was there to pay for my carry out order. She refused to make eye contact as she slammed around orders in the kitchen. She then dropped the boxes on the counter and pivoted in one quick motion away from the counter where I was waiting (with my card in hand) to pay. I then asked her if she was planning on taking my payment to which she curtly rolled her eyes and replied "its already paid for." I assured her it was not and reminded her that I had come in person to pay (as I had previously stated 3 or 4 times). She glared at me and told me verbatim, "I would like you to pay and leave." I told her I was "sorry if you're having a bad day", to which she replied "I was having a good day, its clear that you're having a bad day." I was taken aback. I asked her if there was a manager on duty. She declared that she is the manager. I am in disbelief that a company so concerned with public image would employ a person so unpleasant and unapproachable.

    I went to domino’s today to pick up and order and I called to double check that there was no garlic on the pizza (allergy) and the employee Chris was so sweet. He was not only helpful on the phone but in person as well! I really appreciated it.

    30 min after ordering online pizza wasn't even in the oven. But employee was handling cash and making pizza/ touching cooked pizza with NO HANDWASHING in between. Health board violation and just gross. Left and ordered pizza elsewhere.

    Tonight is the exact reason I never order from Domino's. My kids had friends over, & they suggested it. So I figured I'd give it chance, again. Big mistake. We ordered 2 large pizzas. Both were burnt. I called, they told me they'd remake them & send them out. Great. Kids waited impatiently. Pizzas got here & were just as bad as the first ones. Crust was so burnt it was completely inedible & the cheese was hard as a rock. I didn't call back because kids were hungry & I didn't want them to wait even longer. Lesson learned. I will never order Domino's again. Papa John's & Hungry Howies puts y'all to shame. Do better.

    I've had a couple of decent experiences, but several times they've messed up an order completely. Wrong crust AND wrong toppings! This time they just COMPLETELY DIDN'T DELIVER MY ORDER after I paid for it. It's been 3 hours and my pizza isn't here. No call, no one's answering, my money's gone. I'm hungry.

    As the male cashier was taking my order, I observed a female worker in the back making a pizza with her bare hands. I don't particularly like that but I thought to myself as long as her hands are washed then it should be fine. She Stopped making that pizza and proceeded to grab another order and take it outside to a waiting customer. Then she comes back inside and goes straight to finish making the Pizza without first washing her hands. She touched so many surfaces including the door that everyone that day has touched and she did not make an effort to wash up before resuming the unfinished Pizza. I nicely told the male cashier to please cancel my order and I left to never return to that store!

    Asked for crushed red pepper, and here is the response: “Why give out crushed red pepper when you can massively over charge for a tiny bottle it?” - One of the employees. Employees are likely massively underpaid too. Not to mention getting 9 wings when the order was for a 10 piece wings, and their size is the equivalent of Chinese takeout at 11pm.

    I had the worst customer service experience ever for any Dominos at this location. When I walked in to pick up a carry out order, another customer was waiting. After several minutes of receiving no help, I asked the other customer if someone assisted her. She said no. The manager passed us and walked out the store to give pizzas to someone outside. Then when she came back in, I addressed her, stating that we needed assistance. She said, "I"m busy." When the other customer said, "You could have at least acknowledged us", the girl shot back that she was busy again. When I asked for a manager, she said, "I'm the manager," and turned from me dismissively. Apparently the owner of this store doesn't train his employees to offer decent customer service and I will not be giving any of my money to this store EVER AGAIN.

    The pasta i ordered was good once I heated it up. which is why I gave it 2 stars. the pepperoni pizza obviously was not freshly made..extremely dry and tasteless..not even luke warm..

    Sometimes the pizza is not that great but the price is so affordable and the service is fast. I usually pick up and sadly most of the time it's one young person doing everything all alone. Someone did decorate the windows with very cute Halloween decorations.

    I ordered a large pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese and extra bacon for almost $12, and the pizza looked burnt. There was no extra anything and it looked like it was sitting for a long time and overcooked. I was throughly disappointed and had to speak to the manager. At first they tried to say that this is how it was suppose to look. I don't know how they like their food, but I do not eat food like that none the less pay for it. Will not be back.

    Kids Birthday party gone hungry Worts costumer service ever!!! Raven store manager. I order two pizzas and had to order them one at a time because it was not giving me the option to pay in cash which it was the only option I had at the moment. The driver was super nice telling me they canceled my order because they thought it was duplicate. I never got a call a text or a voice message about it. When I called Raven the store manager she said she did call. So I told her that I needed my other pizza that there was a reason why I ordered my pizza the was I did. I told her that I was not looking for a discount or a free anything only that I needed the other pizza because it was a kids Birthday party and I only fed half. She told me she didn’t feel safe sending the driver because I was upset about not getting my other pizza. Wow wow wow. I was always willing to pay for the pizza I just needed it there sooner then 40 mins. Mind you I live less then 2 Mila from the place. Never again!!!

    I ordered from this Dominos on the app at four o clock. I waited for almost two hours and didn’t receive anything. I called them and they delivered it to the wrong house so they told me they would make another one and then send it my way so I said OK and I hung up. After that phone call i waited again for about another hour. By this time it was about 7 o clock and I was fed up and called for a refund in which they seemed very confused as to why i wanted one. They then said It was set to carry out instead of delivery (I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me that 3 phone calls ago). So I went to pick it up by 7:15-7:25 and they handed me the wrong order. I ordered one cheese pizza and cheese bread. They gave me 3 bacon pizzas and wings. I was so fed up with their mistakes I just gave up. This dominos is so poorly ran if i could give them 0 stars i would.

    I just want to applaud this location. We ordered our pizzas and online it gave us a 45 minute delivery time. This store was kind enough to call us immediately and let us know that the app was quoting inaccurate times. They said it would be much longer than that due to staffing issues beyond their control. They nicely asked if we wanted to wait, if we preferred to change to pickup or if we wanted to cancel the order. We decided to cancel and they refunded our money. They were very polite the entire time. Most companies would have just left us hanging. Thank yo Acworth Dominos personnel and management! We will be ordering again!

    Wildly inconsistent. One night they're great, and the next week they're serving cold soggy pizza. We always order the same thing, and always carryout. Whoever is making the pizzas is just slipping ingredients on. The only thing consistent about this place is their inability to actually cut a pizza all the way through.
