It is not a hospital but a business. Pure commercialization. The doctor is solely focused at earning money. I wanted to get my regular ongoing medication prescribed, but he asked me to first get the tests done. I told him I recently got my tests done and he was reluctant to see those reports and asked me to get the tests done from his clinic. The total cost of the tests was 7k. He could have seen my recently conducted test 's report but he chose not to. I only went to get my prescription renewed. Waited 3 hours for his appointment and travelled 2 hours to reach his center. Pathetic.

Worst Hospital in Delhi, they keep you waiting for day long but there no treatment in opd section.. the staff and the doctors are only focus on rules and regulation but they will not provide you proper treatment. They keep you sending one deptt. To another but staffs are not good informed. Staffs are illiterate and they cant read a name from adhar card even. If you ask something to the staff they get annoyed and will star shout on you. I would like to request to the health minister that kindly do something to improve the quality of the hospital. Hospital has many facilities but staffs are pathetic.

Hospital floor area is very dirty, people has split up every where. Need some vigilance on the people's who makes the hospital area dirty and the hospital has to do some more in the area of cleanness. Parking facility is available. Transportation from different places are also available to hospital. All the medicines are now available for the new born babies ward, for other ward i can't say much but there is poster which shows all medicines are available in hospital, if there is any problem please call on 1031. Water coolers are available which has good quality water.

He add unnecessary charges to the bill. And don’t maintain hygiene as well. Because of him and his hospital my mother got bedsores and died. They don’t even change the cloths of the patient, clean and change the bedsheets often. Please don’t go to there if you really love your patient.

The Nelesh Tiwari himself is a good doctor, he is a psychiatrist. But the worst part is of the Hospital and its management. On 06-09-2021 I called at hospital to check whether the doctor is available or not, the spokesperson told me that the doctor is available and I can get entered into the hospital by last 8.00PM, the time at which I called the Hospital was 7.35PM and the distance from my home location to the Hospital is approx 30-40 mins including the red lights and traffic, I reached there at 8.10 PM. The main thing which made me rate this World Brain Center Hospital to give 1 star is that, there they wer not following the Covid-19 safety measures, there was no AC in the waiting room and people were sitting next to each other and the Hospital staff was not even wearing the mask properly. The hospital receptionist person told me that I have reached there late, and he could not make my appointment to the doctor, when I just kept my feet out of the hospital then the person came towards me and told me that if I would give him ₹500 extra, so he will get my meeting to the doctor fixed. This made me angry, not for that I couldn't meet the doctor, but he asked me a charge of ₹500 extra, then he was ready to fix the appointment with the doctor. So, who so ever reads this review, I would suggest kindly either not to visit the place if you are late or get that doctor consult online for ₹2000 to ₹3000 on multiple web apps.

The hospital provides all the necessary facilities and takes care of every patient individually. The doctors help I'm every aspect and come on daily visits. My granddaughter had the misfortune of staying there in Room No 668 under quarantine from 11th morning. They would hardly realise that occupant has gone thru long travel preceded by arduous journey from various cities to make at Heathrow early morning and inordinate process of clearance at IGI. No arrangement of in room tea making facilities and you call it 5 star. Food and breakfast. LESS SAID THE BETTER.She was treated like UNTOUCHABLE. We were told their waiter had gone, gave bell, kept food( hopeless) and came back. They would not repeat bell and with usual jet lag sleeping. When got up there was no food. When complained they would supply supper at 11pm. Atrocious absolutely. Not only that they charged for 8 days instead of 7 mandatory 7 days, telling her that she had overstayed. Utter non-sense. She was not there on excursion that she wanted to overstay to enjoy. As with all such cases she was keen to come back home at the earliest. Which fool would overstay. My granddaughter protest was not enough and payment for one EXTRA had to made. All in all a very SAD & BAD stay.
