writing
this
review
to
express
my
extreme
disappointment
and
frustration
with
my
recent
experience
at
Genesis
Hospital
in
Janakpuri.
My
encounter
with
the
receptionist
left
me
utterly
dissatisfied
and
angered
by
their
lack
of
professionalism,
deceptive
practices,
and
dismissive
attitude.
The
receptionist
was
only
interested
in
the
money
and
failed
to
inform
me
that
it
is
a
pediatric
hospital,
during
the
admission
process.
This
oversight
resulted
in
a
complete
waste
of
my
time
and
money,
as
my
medical
needs
were
not
catered
to
at
all.
It
is
the
responsibility
of
the
hospital
staff
to
provide
accurate
and
transparent
information
to
patients,
which
was
clearly
neglected
in
my
case.
Moreover,
despite
the
receptionist's
mistake,
they
adamantly
refused
to
refund
my
money.
It
is
completely
unjust
and
unethical
to
withhold
funds
when
a
service
has
not
been
provided.
I
approached
them
with
a
calm
and
rational
demeanor,
hoping
for
a
resolution,
but
instead,
I
was
met
with
an
unprofessional
display
of
attitude
and
indifference.
They
seemed
completely
unconcerned
about
my
dissatisfaction
and
appeared
to
ignore
my
legitimate
concerns.
The
lack
of
accountability
and
customer
service
displayed
by
the
receptionist
at
Genesis
Hospital
is
deeply
troubling.
As
a
healthcare
facility,
they
have
a
responsibility
to
treat
their
patients
with
respect,
empathy,
and
professionalism.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
fell
far
short
of
these
expectations.
I
strongly
advise
against
seeking
medical
care
at
Genesis
Hospital
in
Janakpuri.
Their
receptionist's
deceptive
practices,
refusal
to
refund,
and
dismissive
behavior
towards
patients'
concerns
demonstrate
a
severe
lack
of
integrity
and
commitment
to
providing
quality
healthcare.
It
is
imperative
to
choose
a
hospital
that
values
patient
well-being
and
prioritizes
transparency
in
its
operations.
