Wow! I will never go to any other urgent care again! This was the best experience in health care I have ever had. I walked in and the receptionist was so pleasant and professional. They had me in the system so I did not have to fill out any paperwork… can you imagine? No Paperwork!! I had barely sat down and gentleman took me back to the X-ray room went over my medications etc. and X-ray’d my finger. I made a comment about how cold it was and he offered me a hot tea 😮. He took me to the exam room which was so big and clean with a hospital like bed not a hard bench. The physician, Katherine, was so kind and patient. I had a pretty messed up finger. She was able to consult virtually with a couple of other Dr’s which resulted in me not having to go to the hospital. I never felt rushed and they did everything to make me feel comfortable and informed. When it was time to leave they have a sort of vending machine pharmacy. You video chat with the pharmacist and get the medicine almost instantly. Like I said best medical experience ever!

Came in as I had not been feeling well for over a week after another doctor had diagnosed me with a cold. I knew it wasn’t a cold so I chose to come here. Absolutely great experience. Check in was easy even though I didn’t have a voice, the ladies I worked with did a great job of helping/understanding me. The NP listened to me and tested me for all necessary things before providing me with a diagnosis. Gave me immediate relief with medicine and great instructions for after care. LOVED the pharmacy kiosk and that I personally did not have extra fees for the medicine. Will definitely go back if I ever need to.

Thanks so much for the great care that was provided to me for my sprained pinky! The staff here was amazing! I especially appreciate Tyler who put me at ease!! X-rays was performed onsite and results given immediately. I was in and out with hardly any wait time in-between. The nurse was thorough and precise. So glad my pinky wasn't broken! Love my cute splint!!

Fast and efficient service. I booked my appointment online for the same day as soon as they opened, and completed all check-in information through their website. Upon arriving, they quickly asked all the usual questions and the nurse explained the process and my options. I was only in Addison for work this week and needed to keep moving quickly. They prescribed some medicine to help with my symptoms and to my surprise, they have an automated kiosk that immediately dispenses your prescription after a very quick video chat with a pharmacist. My visit was for something very simple, but they provided exactly the care I needed and much more efficiently that I would have imagined. I was out in less that 40 minutes WITH my prescription. I even made it to work early!

My boyfriend had sudden knee pain and needed a doc on Sunday. We made an appt at 9:45 and were in the office filling out paperwork by 10:15 for a 10:30 appt. The office took Cigna (listed on the website), but it was a similar price as the non-insurance option, just paid toward the deductible. That $197 fee covered the consultation, an X-ray AND in-house steroid prescription. Plus, they took Amex. Rhonda, the nurse that checked him in (and brought us bottled water), was nice and the nurse practitioner Lyndsie was thoughtful and efficient. She got a knee x-ray and prescribed the steroids. She also recommended a knee pad for other physical work. Would definitely come back here, great facility and staff!

They got me in and out with my medication in hand from a kiosk all in under 20-30 minutes! I would definitely recommend to friends! Staff was very nice and helpful as well! 🩷

I greatly appreciated the ease of booking an actual appointment at Breeze. Unlike another urgent care facility, Breeze made the appointment laid back and all the staff were empathetic. Roger the NP made sure I understood the diagnosis and the meds prescribed. I will use Breeze again in the future when the need arises!

Had a great experience! The nurse/MA (I forgot her name :( … starts with an A) was very sweet and let me know what charge to expect so I wouldn’t be surprised. The PA (Rebecca) was very nice and informative of why and how my daughter had her ear infection. They also gave my daughter stickers and suckers and gave us a water while we waited to be seen. They office is very professional and clean and everyone there was just wonderful, I will definitely go back to that location

First time visiting Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care. So glad I went. The visit, including talking to the nurse and the doctor, and doing 2 different tests took less than an hour. Great staff and service. I also like that my family doctor will be able to see records for this visit in my portal. I definitely recommend this place.

I will return to Texas Health Breeze should I ever need medical assistance. I feel and cut myself. I was in pain and nervous about possibly needing stitches. The staff was fantastic and put my worries at ease with their excellent bedside manner. They were knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and they made the experience relatively painless. I highly recommend them!

This location is really awesome. Made appointment online, they took me right back, and was seen super fast. Lindsie and Nadia were very friendly and answered all my questions. Was even able to get my rx from a kiosk in the clinic which was very convenient. Will use again for sure!

I just took and passed a drug test at this location However, they reported me to DOT as I refused to take a test when I go back to confront them the called a police on me instead of talking to me all that I have done is ask for a supervisor “ I am sure this would not have happened in I ware white “ the fact is she asked me she will get me the phone number to THUC and went to the bank “ I was seating and waiting for her to give me the phone number “ all that is on the video

I normally avoid going to any sort of urgent care because normally you are waiting a long time to be seen and checked out. If any testing takes place you normally have to wait an extended amount of time. It’s just never been a good experience although I desperately needed to get seen. I was very pleased with the ease and quickness of everything. Everyone was nice, informative and everything moved quickly enough to not make me feel time was dreading. Over and over I kept being shocked with how quick everything was. I am not saying they rush you.They just tend to you and get tests done right away and then can talk about your options which was amazing!. Rebecca the NP was great. She shared my tests results with me and gave me my options. She made it very comfortable. Susan MA was also really great. She got all the information she needed from me and got to administering all the tests and getting it worked on so I could get my results and see what’s going on. I will stick to this place only if I ever have a need again.

My experience was great! The nurse was so kind and helpful and the doctor was caring. I was feeling so sick and they saw me quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend coming here.

This clinic is awesome! They treated me with great care. I was checked in, diagnosed, given a treatment and 2 prescriptions in less than an hour. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, especially Liliana and Rebecca. Thanks so much!

I was treated well by everyone. I walked in for my appointment and was immediately escorted to a room where I had my vitals checked and was interviewed. When Ashley NP came in she asked the applicable questions examined me and decided I needed a chest X-ray. Th chest X-ray was quickly completed and read by a radiologist. Ashley then prescribed the appropriate meds and I was on my way home. The whole process was very professional and everyone I dealt with was great.

I recently went to Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care due to a small foot injury. The RN on call and the concierge were courteous and professional. They took a good care of me. Even sent me with a goodie bag to take care off my foot. On top that of that, they followed up with a call within 48 hours to make sure whether or not my foot was okay which was very nice. Furthermore, I called the clinic to make sure whether or not my wound was healing okay and they took me in and ensure me that it was healing nicely and changed my dressing. I have never experienced such a good care from an urgent care. It is very unusually caring facility. Thank you!

I had an exceptional experience at Texas Health Breeze. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and offered water. The employee was very nice. There was no wait. The NP Rebecca was thorough and addressed all my needs. I utilized the pharmacy kiosk and was provided same great experience. Highly recommend!

As always, the nurses and doctors and Front Desk were very attentive, very helpful and took care of me as fast as possible. When you’re feeling sick every minute matters to getting better. I love the fact that if I need to get in to see a medical practitioner I can, get into Texas breeze with very little weight time. You all do a wonderful job. Thank you Miss Brittany and Dr. Rebecca were very helpful and very wonderful. I appreciate them and would prefer not to have to see anybody but if I need them I know where to go.
