The best shop for food in the area in my opinion. A lot of choices, fresh and quality food offered. Maybe not the cheapest but do not think this is what average customer is looking for here. And anyway not too expensive. I was impressed by the order in the shop in a weekend day. Well done.

Whole Foods, where I get my important foods: fresh seafood, salads, fruit, cheese 🧀, and breads, especially, challah. Don’t get me started about their desserts! By the way, they do Amazon pickup and returns, just make sure you have the paperwork. Last trip I discovered chocolate brioche. Oh, my goodness! Yum! Don’t ever hesitate to buy their quiches and soft cheese with fig jam and nuts.

What is there not to like at Whole Foods Market. This place has about everything you want, customer service is on point...if you need anything and the checkout lines move fast. I cannot tell you the last time I've went to a store and sat there longer in line than I was shopping. Lol. Love this place.

The Whole Foods Market was bright & cheery. Maybe that's because I walked right into the fresh flowers. The produce looked great. I got the fresh pineapple, which was outstanding. It was a new experience at this style/type of market. It was nice because no matter how many labels I read, I couldn't find concentrated sugars like corn syrup in anything. In a regular chain store, I see it often. The store was well organized making things easy to find. I think shopping here regularly would help anyone make more healthy choices just because they have more healthy choices & less unhealthy choices available.

This place is the best. We stopped in while traveling to grab a few necessities. Met some friendly folks at the bar inside. Had some delicious cider and had a great time before heading back to our hotel. Produce is hard to get in decent shape sometimes and their produce is plentiful and delicious! Living a plant based diet and traveling a lot is really tricky but I can always count on Wholefoods to have what I need!

I visit the Addison location often, but this time was different. I was glancing in the wine section and was greeted by Colby. He was Kind and Helpful. His interaction was Polite and he offered a solution, etc. The store didn't have what I was looking for and he was going to look into suggesting bringing it into rotation, etc. He is Understanding, Knowledgeable, and Pleasant. He Cares about the department and the guests. I certainly recommend his presence to any clientel whom might be shopping for Wine. Thanks for being Awesome!!! See you soon!! :))))

I don't know what happened but I can say this place has hit a whole 180. This is the first time I ever came in and I was greeted like a real person and I felt like I was really welcomed. I've gone to this place a few times and every time was a bad experience. This time they really stepped up their game. There was an older lady that was light-skinned that seem like she is the manager and teacher and she was the one that showed the younger people how to really handle business. I forgot her name. But she deserves a raise. The younger guys that she was working with where the managers. And they were awesome. And they handled business right. I am so completely happy. The only thing I can say is they need a little bit more seasoning on the food. That's why you didn't get a 5

I absolutely love, love, love this place. We get our sushi here, have a nice drink at the bar, and take our Amazon package returns here with ease. There is something for everyone. The place is always very clean and it is conveniently located right off the Dallas Tollway at Beltline.

I use Amazon, so returning my rejects in the Whole Foods store is easy. It takes a few minutes, and the staff is always very helpful. Ruby at the flower department is very nice. She showed me how to take care of the flowers I bought there. I love their fresh bread, especially the sourdough bread. The specialty drink bar is excellent. However, the cost of fruit, veggie, and fish is high.

This location is so convenient. I can grab lunch at a nearby restaurant, and then swing through for anything else I need. I love coming here to pick up cakes for office birthdays. They're much better than the flavorless cakes you find at Walmart. The last cake I purchased was a tiramisu cake and it was delicious! The whole office took a slice which is rare for everyone to eat sweets.

I mean it is WF It used to be great and then took over by Amazon and it is just another corporate BS But, to be fair this location has managed to keep most of good qualities. Employees are still good unlike most other locations where they hired lower quality employees than fast food chains, and it still has not become a hub for homeless, again, unlike most other locations

This store is always clean and organized. I like the healthier options. It would be great if the prices were more reasonable so that everyone had a chance to eat healthier. Also, I wasn't too fond of the addition of so many self check out lanes. Paying the cost of the products and then having to ring up and bag my items was frustrating.

Love the new checkout system and have a small suggestion to benefit your customers. Could you please make a small opening in the barricade to allow access to the self checkout on the produce side , if there isn't a long line. I live walking distance from the store and I walk enough. In addition I've almost never seen a line waiting for the the self checkout. I've noticed that several other Whole Foods have already done this including the one at Preston and Forest

This location give Whole Foods a bad name. The hot and cold bar are either completely empty or have awful options. (This location used to be great) One of the hot bars is completely empty between 8:50am and whatver time they set up for lunch. The second hotbar is covered up with Topo Chico boxes and is never turned on. Staff here behave like you are invisible, its like they think if they avoid eye contact or interation at all cost, they wont have to do anything. Dont even try to order a coffee or a smoothie unless you have nothing else to do the rest of the day. One day a literal crazy person was harrassing me in the store and not one of the employees that was watching would help me. He followed me through the hot bar area, through the self check out and several staff members watched as I ran from him out of the store to my car for safety. If there wasnt an Amazon hub inside and unsuspecting people from antoher neighborhood who think this is a real Whole Foods, I don't think they would have any shoppers. Please fix this whole foods.
