My first time here and I can really say this is a great burger joint to go to! I love the name! I got the cheddar bacon bbq burger with a strawberry Reese’s cup’s milkshake. The burgers and fries were phenomenal! The milkshake was also bomb !

Very clean atmosphere for a restaurant. The food was delicious. My hamburger was fresh, perfectly cooked, everything that was available was correct, BUT I was highly disappointed that they didn’t have an egg to go on my hamburger. This would have easily earned a perfect five star review from me. I recommend this Mooyah Burger as my second favorite Mooyah Burger place in Plano. They did very well for what they offered. Lastly, their staff was very kind, patient and helpful. They made my experience delightful and enjoyable. Thank you for the delicious food and please consider adding an option of a cooked egg to be selected by your customers because many of us really like that option.

Delicious fresh burger. The sweet potatoes fries are very addicting. 😋 The restaurant is heavily air conditioned so bring a jacket if you get cold easily. The place was very clean and all the staff was very friendly.

To be able to build your own whatever is amazing! Definitely recommend the Sweet Potato fries! Melt in your mouth delicious!!

Not bad food, but just a low tier burger. Not super flavorful meat and over cooked a bit. Good bun though. All of my toppings were kinda only in the center. Clean, regular atmosphere. Just not as good as a five guys or in and out burger for sure.

This was possible the worst service we have ever received. We got to the restraunt at about 8:20. While we were ordering food from the kiosk they put up ALL of the chairs in the dining area, leaving us nowhere to sit. After we installed chairs to be able to sit, we got our food. All but one meal was wrong. Some missing ingredients such as the beer cheese on the pretzel pub burger. After explaining everything wrong and missing they said they would bring the missing stuff to us. After a few minutes they brought over one of the three missing sides. Went back up and they then grabbed the chips out of a container (they were stale and old). I asked about the sweet potatoe fries and they said they already gave us the fries. I proceeded to go over the receipt for a third time with them to show we ordered multiples. While waiting for those we had all finished our meals so I told them to just refund me versus waiting for the fries. The person who said they where the manager said since I ordered on kiosk I would have to call. I asked who and he just shrugged. All of this while they kept locking the doors not letting people in and people who where in had to wait to be left out. All of this was before 9 when they closed. Multiple times people who placed online orders had to stand at the doors knocking to get let in to get the food they ordered. This is just horrible customer service as well I am sure a violation of the fire code. Even after all the ordeal and waiting on food we still left before 9. Emailed as requested and still no reply. Sent complaint through app and got reply saying would be contacted in 48 hours. It’s been six days.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Fresh food with fresh ingredients. I always visit MOOYAH Burger for my specialty burger needs.

the food... I had the cheddar bacon burger with avocado and mayo instead of bbq, way too much mayo, next time I'll ask for less.. my husband had the Indulgent BBQ burger and I much preferred his over mine. I had the sweet potato fries and they were amazing BUT their ranch is not the ranch for ranch lovers. So I didn't have anything to dip my fries in. The regular fries they were stuck in between overdone on the outside and not done enough in the inside(much like In-N-Out's fries). The fry portions were big enough to share one order which was a bonus. I will probably give this place one more try and update my review then. Mind you two burgers, with two fries and two drinks was about $37 so I did expect a bit more, but I would give it another try with a bit more knowledge this time.

Got two vegan burgers and one regular. Regular was alright. The vegan tasted like dirt. Either the lettuce was dirty or the burger patty itself was moldy. I ate what I could thinking it was probably just me. Probably less than 1/4 of my burger and tossed the rest. Then my husband tasted it and said it tasted like dirt. I took the other one home to my kid and didn’t say anything. Then I got a text that the burger was gross and tasted like dirt. That one got tossed in trash too. Common MOOYAH do better! Serving old or moldy food? I’m pretty sure those black bean patties are bad. Unacceptable. I contacted corporate and they said the owner of this franchise would reach out to me. It’s been about a month and nothing. I contacted corporate again and they said someone “should have” reached out and they would inform them again. Well, no one left me a voice mail, sent me an email or a text. They serve you expired moldy food then CRICKETS. I’ll never recommend this place or step foot in it again.

Honestly, this is one of my favorite places. The national burger day was terrible because the manager cashier was incompetent but this time the service was back to normal and amazing. The guy that made my burger needs a raise and promotion to Quilty Control. Excellent good and I typically don't care for skin fries but these were delicious and fresh and hot. My one complaint is that they are overly greasy. Otherwise I am happy!
