Must applaud the waitress here last Saturday. She made the drinks, took the order, cleaned the tables and did everything in a swift manner. They cigar collection here is out of this world. It’s everything you need. We had enquiry about the VIP and the guy who sold the cigar didn’t have enough information about the whole process. It was a bit disappointing. Aside from this, food was good, and you can smoke a cigar while you ate your dinner. Drinks are also cheap. A Jameson was sold for $6.50. The margarita was really good, strong and delicious. I will definitely be back here.

I really enjoyed this place. They have a good selection of cigars. Some were the usual suspects, the ones you can get at any cigar shop. And then there were some hard to find, the ones that required a little searching on your part. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a bar here that served food! Not just finger food, but food food. After we ate, we enjoyed one of our cigars right at the table indoors. The only knock I had was the cigars were not in any particular order, such as the brands were not grouped together. Other than that, I still recommend this place!

My favorite Cigar Lounge in Dallas area. The staff is awesome and they have rewards!! Great selection and prices. The bartender will take care of you with decent prices. Just sit there relax and enjoy a good cigar awesome people around you.

Our family drove 3 hours to visit what we were told to be a "nice cigar lounge" and it was all but nice. The only reason I gave this place the one pitiful star is because that's the only way I would be able to leave a review. If you need a real-life example of how racial profiling and biases play out in real day-to-day life, please visit Elite Cigar Cafe. The manager, I believe his name is James, took disrespect to a level I have never seen in a place of business. The bar tenders have potential, but it is obvious they have been groomed by a racist, incompetent and weak manager in a toxic work environment. Perhaps new management and bartenders will give this place the opportunity to actually be a "nice place" to visit.

Best, friendliest cigar shop around, lots of stock, knowledgeable staff, decent bar food, good drinks, (update: this place continues to be my favorite place to go for cigars, My boy from the islands, you know who you are, i asked your name, forgot it, you gave me a piece of paper with your name on it, i lost it, im a terrible customer, but you are a GREAT tobacconist, you have not steered me wrong yet dude, thank you for that, ill see you after payday, time for a new lighter and more stogies!)

I recently just moved to dallas and was told to check out this cigar bar and i was definitely impressed especially with the outstanding customer service I received from deja the bartender very sweet girl and she knows how to make a good drink! Definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family!

I walked to the counter with the cigars I wanted to buy and the cashier asked me if I wanted to become a member. I told them I was not from Texas and he liked me up and down, laughed and said “ok?”. He was talking with other people prior to me reaching the register and they laughed and the cashier laughed. I left my cigars on the counter and walked away but as I made my way to the door the cashier said “we can work something out if it’s too much or something along those lines. This place must think they do you a favor by having you as a customer. I wouldn’t go back

Elite Cigar Cafe is one of those cigar lounges you hear about. The kind where the staff welcomes you in, the guest automatically include you in the conversation (if you want to be included) and everyone there sharing their cigar and spirit knowledge if you need it. I encourage anyone looking for a cigar lounge in Addison to visit Elite. When you do, ask for Blas, he has always taken good care of me from his cigar suggestions, solving problems and being a true ambassador to the brand.

Bar experience was rough - 20 minutes for someone to notice me, looked at the online menu while I waited and ordered some cheese fries....they cost almost double what the online menu said and were completely different: plastic white queso, burnt bacon, and tomatoes? I even said no jalapenos on the off chance they came with them and they were STILL on there. Not good. Especially bad for $14. Cigar selection is great though and the cigar prices are fair. Round up to 3 stars

Cool little cigar spot with a restaurant attached if that’s what you’re in the mood for. Walked in recently to replenish my humidor and had the pleasure of being helped by Blas. He was very knowledgeable and showed me great options in my price range. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I’m from out of town thought to stop here to take a smoke. I was told the cigar I wanted I couldn’t smoke unless I go outside. It’s 100 degree weather here in Texas. Very disappointed I drove 30 mins to get here waste of gas and time.

I personally know Drew Lawrence for over 10 years now! Make sure he does not touch anything you smoke or you in general. That’s if you don’t want the hives he has all over his body. Not sanitary!!!!

This place has potential BUT...the bartenders always have a stank attitude and the white guy at thw register racist. It doesn't matter black folks patronize. It doesn't change the fact this place has the worst customer service and a racist manger. Choose side car grill instead

The guy helping to choose the cigar was the best person you could ever meet, drinks are not that costly, food is okayish and the waitress was very rude. If you don’t care about the service and want to relax and smoke some cigars then go for it.

Great place, I love the environment here. The place is like family, everyone talks to each other and share there opinions on the cigar life. This is a very established cigar bar where everyone is invited and I have personally seen here. People from all walks of life. The professional athlete to the truck driver, for the corporate executive to lawyers. All walks of life and a good place to mingle. The cigars selection is the best in north Texas and at good price most of the times.

Favorite cigar place in Dallas. Helpful staff and good atmosphere. I’ll come do some work on my laptop and smoke a cigar and order food once a week. I love how I can do that all in one place.
