Thoroughly enjoyed atmosphere of this family operated restaurant. Appetizer came out promptly and plenty. The meats are cooked as ordered. About 10 different desserts to choose from. They have a full bar!

Andiamo Italian Grill in Dallas presented a culinary tale of highs and lows. The chicken piccata emerged as the undisputed star of the evening, boasting a delightful infusion of spice that provided a memorable kick to the taste buds. This dish truly showcased the kitchen's prowess in flavor crafting. However, the mushroom ravioli experience fell short, marred by an excess of salt that overpowered the subtleties of the dish. On a brighter note, the bruschetta proved to be a perfect prelude, balancing flavors harmoniously. Beyond the culinary journey, the service at Andiamo was commendable, adding to the overall positive impression despite the mixed reviews on specific dishes.

This is the place to go when going out to dinner is the event. The service is excellent, they are attentive, but not intrusive. The atmosphere is great for conversation, if you are trying to have an excellent meal combined with being able to hear the people across the table this is the place for you. The bar area is small, but very well staffed. Nothing is done in a hurry, which is exactly what we wanted. I had the mushroom ravioli and my company had the salmon. We also both had soup for an appetizer, some of the best minestrone I've ever had, and a very good lobster bisque. This is not Olive Garden, this is not fast food Italian. This is very well done, cooked to order, Italian and Mediterranean food done very well.

The food was impeccable and the service was even better. Mo, our waiter was funny and offered great menu suggestions. The blackberry gin was refreshing and the pork chop stuffed with crab was yummmmmmmmmmy. Did I say yummy? Best Italian food I’ve had in awhile.

Had a lovely and enjoyable experience here while visiting Dallas last week. We made a reservation for Nov. 7th and happy we did because the restaurant got full with large groups during our dining time. We were concerned that because we were a small our server would focus more on his larger tables but he was just as attentive and we lacked for nothing. Super service! Drinks, food, experience A+ The only thing I would point out is the lobster ravioli. It is puréed inside, so do not expect a textural bite. I hope they change this and have pieces of lobster inside the ravioli in the future :) Looking forward to visiting Dallas again in the future and trying different items on the menu!

We enjoyed the atmosphere and our server was friendly. The food was disappointing, and not good enough to justify the price. We ordered the homemade focaccia ($9) and were highly disappointed when it arrived; it was 2 pieces of bread. The VIP sauce ($6) was good, but I’ve had oil dips offered to us as an accompaniment with bread at other Italian restaurants. We weren’t off to a good start, so we had high expectations for our entrees. We ordered (what we thought) were side salads to have with our meals. The salads arrived and looked like side salads, only to see the bill at the end and realize they were the $10 and $12 salads from the menu. Our entrees were the fra diavolo with chicken and pasta Alfredo with chicken. The chicken was so dry and overcooked, my husband stopped eating after a few bites. My pasta fra diavolo was loaded with red pepper flakes. I love spicy food, but this dish contained entirely too much. The establishment was aesthetically pleasing and we liked the ambiance, but we were highly disappointed with what we paid for. We also noticed a server with long hair that wasn’t tied back and that was a bit concerning as food safety practices should always be followed. There was only one other group of people there the night we went, but perhaps it was just a bad night.

We went on a Saturday evening without reservations, had to wait about 10 minutes to be sat so it wasn't bad at all! The food was phenomenal. My husband had chicken Alfredo and I had the chicken Parmigiano, our girls had spaghetti and meatballs. Not a single complaint about the whole experience and definitely going back!

The minute we walked in the door we felt like we were in a little Italian restaurant in Italy. The white table cloths and decor were so inviting. But would we like the food? Oh my! It was fabulous! We started with drinks served elegantly at the table by the owner’s handsome son. Next we split a delicious Caesar salad. Then came the fabulous entrees. A friend had chicken citrus piccata. She shared a bite with me and it was delicious. Her hubby had fettuccine di mare. My hubby had truffled mushroom pasta that he loved, and I had the winner, in my opinion, the delicious lasagna! We split a chocolate cake dessert between the 4 of us! It was amazing and more than enough to split 4 ways. This is just the perfect cozy little restaurant with fabulous food that helps make vacation so fun! Reservations recommended! It fills up fast on weekends.

We wanted to have Italian on Friday night, and a few seconds later, we found Andiamo on Yelp. The experience couldn't have been any better. Our server, Diego, was attentive, quick, and very friendly. We loved everything we ordered. Big portions, eh? My linguini carbonara was delicious. Leave room for the key lime pie and/or tiramisu, they're super worth it.

What a great night! Thanks to Mo, our server. He was delightful, friendly and made great conversation. He did all the right things and went above and beyond to make our experience great! The food was also delicious! I ordered the pork chop stuffed with crab meat with a side of spaghetti bolognese. It was delicious. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The sauce was amazing and everything was cooked to perfection. The vibe there was amazing and nice for a nice dinner. Every second was enjoyable and I can’t wait to go back. Mo was great. Superb actually. He recommended local bars and things to do. And he requested an amazing wine that I really enjoyed. Hospitality means everything. Thank you to Mo for having us. We will be sharing the word to others and best believe we will be back :)

I love this place! Been here twice and the staff is always super nice. The ambiance is very relaxing. The food is great as well. Would highly recommend for a date night. Better to make a reservation but not required.

Customer service was wonderful! Food was absolutely delicious!! Calamari’s breading is very light, didn’t feel heavy. Wasn’t a fan of the deep fried jalapeños it came with, but that’s only because I don’t like jalapeños. Marinara sauce is fabulous!! The bread, oof! Super soft, warm! Delicious!! We had the baked ziti, the carbonara, and the grilled salmon. Would absolutely order these again.

Very good food. No complaints. I got the chicken alfredo. A bit higher than some other places but the alfredo sauce is quite unique tasting. Chicken was properly grilled and seasoned. Satisfied customer.

It's a gem of a place nestled in Addison. went there for My wife's birthday as a big group and was not disappointed with the hosting, Drinks and food. Each everything was just so delicious. Loved the Godfather (Smoked) Old Fasioned, Espresso Martini, The VIP Sauce in Appetizer, and all the different Pastas in the menu.

The food is ok, nothing special. The service was very slow but not our servers fault. It looked like he had the entire restaurant and was very busy. I know it's hard to find good help these days but I have to be honest in the review. 2 lights kept flickering and then went out totally. Another 3 light bulbs were out above our table. Who does the upkeep here? Highly recommended the mushroom ravioli though, it was the best out of all 4 dishes we ordered. It's a decent place but there are far better Italian choices.

It was a group dinner for over 20 people. The service was awesome in accommodating all those people. The starters were really good However I had chicken parmesan. This could have been much much better. Because of that 3 stars are given.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Italian had been, up to this point, incredibly hit or miss. After talking with the owner, I learned that they actively try to adapt their menu so it's compatible with locals' taste; going for a more Americanized taste while remaining authentically Italian. Personally loved how small the restaurant was with a nice homey feel and the family-owned style just drove it home for me. I left behind an arm and a leg here and still enjoyed every penny. I hate mushrooms, I'm not a huge fan of steak, and yet I went along with the owner's recommendation and ordered the steak cartoccio with mushroom sauce. Best meal I've had in a really long time. The ONLY downside is the location. Addison is fine but the parking is limited and the restaurant shares a site with a Shell gas station.. so I feel like it harms business. Not to mention across the street is an Olive Garden and most people would opt for that anyways. A whole block away is where most of the restaurants in Addison are located, so this one is like a hidden gem. If it weren't for the location, this restaurant would be such a big hit. At the same time, I'm kind of glad business isn't booming too much. It leaves the establishment significantly more manageable and provides a better experience for people like me :)

I came here for dinner recently with my family and we greeted with a smile and were seated quickly. The food tasted really good and fresh. The service was excellent. Our servers name was Mo and he was very kind and helpful. Make sure you ask for him anytime you come to Andiamo

Amazing food and wine. Was welcomed with a smile and immediately felt at home. They cook all the food in house nothing is frozen. And they are family owned! Walked me through the whole menu when I was indecisive about what to get down to the wine. I’ve never tasted Italian food that you actually taste the love in it like this place. Definitely will be back, ask foe Cenobio he is the best!

Decent Italian food in the Dallas area. Most of our food was delicious, I highly recommend ordering the homemade focaccia as a starter. I had the salmon and shrimp and didn’t love how dry the salmon was, but the pasta and pesto that came on the side were amazing!

Everything was great… until we got the tiramisu! The tiramisu SUCKED! Served in a tacky mason jar (like, stop the nonsense), little to no coffee flavor, a small portion, and enough chocolate powder on top to make you think you’re doing the cinnamon challenge. Nice server tho.

My best friend brought me here and I was completely blown away. The service was amazing and the food I don't even have words to describe how delicious it was. I had the Bistecca Siciliana and I seriously can't stop thinking about how amazing it tasted. If you haven't already been here then you have to stop everything your doing and go right now! To top it off we enjoyed the best espresso martinis ever!
