A wonderful family style Italian restaurant with an emphasis on shareable portions. Pros: - so, much, food - great authentic flavor - large party friendly - kid friendly - fast order to table time - attentive service Cons: - expensive - inexperienced staff Tips: - anything with tomato base is excellent, the meatballs are the family favorite appetizer and chocolate cake is the dessert of choice.

Excellent food and service, I had the soup toscano and it came out with no kale, the server stated that they were out of kale. However, the soup was still very good and the three pasta dishes that we ordered were excellent. The server did a great job of keeping our beverages filled, and it had a very nice atmosphere.

One of favorite place to go for lunch Usually satisfied with food and service On 9/29/2021, we waited too long for the foods. The appetizer came out after 30 minutes, the main entree came out almost 40 minutes after we waited. I was about to cancel the order and leave.

Poor service.We were not even served breadsticks. We literally had to ask the server twice . Had ordered shrimp scampi was just served dry pasta without any sauce and tOmato pieces and beans . My friends had ordered five cheese pasta and they were just served boiled pasta with red sauce on the top. Horrible taste.By far the worst pasta ever. Have had better food at other Olive Garden branches. They definitely need to improve on food quality and service.

Olive Garden was just as it was last time I was there. They are one of the most consistent chains around. My meal was the comfort food I needed today. If you have an opportunity sit in Merci's section. She was a very pleasant server.

I ordered the never-ending stuffed pasta with shrimp and scallops. We were seated before 4 tables but yet we got our entrees 15min after everyone had gotten theirs. I don’t know if they do this on purpose to get you to fill up on soup and salad so you’ll eat less of the “never-ending pasta”. The wait for our entree was ridiculous. The food was okay, though the pasta had too much sauce on it. Messy plating overall and also found a hair in my soup. 😬

Gabriel is the best waiter ever he is amazing and so kind.we felt so welcomed and loved his attitude .

I wish I took photos. Their walk in cooler has black mold growing on the walls of it. Right where they store all of their cooked pasta and cool foods that they leave uncovered and covered in loose Saran Wrap. I ate my training meals, and immediately got sick (I was in training). Y’all please be careful eating out now adays. People are NOT following proper food handling.🥲

Best experience at an Olive Garden. I believe the waitress name was Lauren. She was very attentive to our table. We didn't have to ask for refills. She checked on us often. The food was actually better than any other location. Definitely recommend the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo, Chicken Alfred, and the calamari. We will be back soon.

This place was absolutely packed and expected a long wait for my take out order, but our order was ready in no time. Staff was very friendly as we waited and the food was made to spec & piping hot. The meatballs seemed to lack flavor but everything else was great.

It was a generally good meal. Gnocchi soup is the best but had to ask for more gnocchi because there was only one on my first bowl.

We went on a weekday so we were seated right away.. Loved that salad and bread were free ! We ordered spinach dip which was amazing ! And then salmon entree and chicken entree both were amazing ! One thing I would steer clear of is wine ! Probably sulfates so gave me headache next day !

Took my husband out for Father’s Day on Friday evening. It’s his favorite place. First time to visit the Addison location. The food was the best we’ve ever had and we’ve been to several locations. The staff was top notch. There was an incident where I was stupid-clumsy. A few wait staff, and the manager, helped me and even left me with my dignity in tacked. Thank you! Hope to return soon!

Food quality and preparation was disappointing. I was served frozen mozzarella sticks and alfredo that was so cold and dry I couldn't eat it. I ordered broccoli in my pasta, and even that was wrong. I don't recommend this location unless you have low expectations.

Great experience. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered drinks and appetizers which came in about 5 minutes. Food came out about 5 minutes after that. Food was hot and fresh. Alfredo was a little dry but other than that a great meal. I will go back!! Highly recommend!

We came for Father’s Day and waited a total of 15 minutes for an 8 top, the food was delicious and came out quickly, and the presentation was beautiful! Our server Ashtyn was so attentive and pleasant to be around, plus she wrote us a cute little note on the receipt which is always appreciated. Highly recommend 👍

My husband & I got two appetizers and a side of meatballs for pick up. We received two complimentary bread sticks with our order which was nice. The employees were courteous & I got my order quickly. The food was just okay, it wasn't great.

Italian atmosphere, excellent tasting food served in a speedy manner, and a courteous waiter! The drink menu has changed quite a bit since my last dinner experience, but I have no problems with the newer drinks on the menu. Yes, Maurice is the server you want to have if you frequent the Addison restaurant.

Soup, salad, and breadsticks are my favorite. The consistency of the flavors is the same no matter what olive garden I go to. Which makes me happy knowing I'm getting exactly what I'm craving for every time. I went inside to place my order, and every time an employee walked past me, they asked if I had been helped. That made me comfortable and left me with a good feeling, knowing that they cared I was taken care of. I really appreciate it. Nice and clean facility. Friendly staff. Good food. What more can you ask for. I well suggest this location to all my soup and salad friends for sure. Keep up the good work.

We had a great experience celebrating my guy friends daughter's birthday! She chose Olive Garden because she loves the all you can eat soup and salad. She's only 11! Our waiter Dalton was awesome! Gave it 4 stars because I feel they need a couple more options for people who don't like pasta.

Great food. Good service. Good wine choices. What else is there to say? It’s a great place to visit for dinner.
