Beautiful, clean, and spacious park! There are sidewalk walking trails around the lake, bridges, look out spots, and benches. It’s dog and family friendly. Safe areas nearby apartments and a small shopping/restaurant strip by the bridge. Vitruvian park is really beautiful (but crowded) at night when the winter, Christmas lights turn on :) there are also cute ducks here too!

Enjoyed checking out this beautiful park and exploring the park loop trail as well as the connecting Brookhaven College jogging trail that loops around the campus. Great place to go if you like water and bridges, perfect for photo shoots too. The nature of the two trail loops makes it easy to do anything from a 1-mi easy walk to a 5k or longer run.

Great family event. We visited the park on opening night for the Vitruvian Lights. The park looks magical. Its a beautiful place to take a stroll with the family. The have food trucks but not a great variety when were there. If you have picky eaters like i do I recommend eating before you get there. Had a great time.

One of the best holidays lighting’s I have ever seen in Dallas area. Entire park is lit very nice and colorful. There are enough street and separate parking lots available. If the parking is full, just waiting for 5 mins you will get one. There are lots of spots for getting good pictures near lakes

I took my dog here to see all the Christmas lights. it's a tradition for us and this spot was magical. we both loved it. there was plenty of free parking nearby, which was nice. I haven't seen this park in the daytime yet, but I thought it was really peaceful and felt pretty safe at night.

It was very delightful. We went to see Vitruvius lights for the holiday season and it is absolutely beautiful. Eyes filled with lights 😁 If you want to buy a light stick for your kid or cotton candy please bring cash. We visited early in the evening and crowd was less. Btw it is free.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves for the 2 hours we spent in the park snapping lots of photos and videos and taking in the scenery with waterfall and peace and love that radiated through passing by others! Free beauty to take in around the holidays for sure near Dallas TX. Great for all ages also! My husband didn’t think our 4 through 12 yr old kids would enjoy it much but they appreciated the experience snapping their own pics and videos!

We went on a Saturday before the Thanksgiving holiday to take a walk and enjoy the view of trees decorated with lights and paid $15 to park down from the shopping area. Nice place for a walk. There are restaurants surrounding the walking area with nice music playing.

Went there for the first time for Salsa, just to see. Personally, as an introvert, I found it a bit loud and busy. But if you are looking for lively, energetic, and action-packed, this place is for you!

This was my first time visiting this park and I love it! The Christmas lights made the park look magical. As a photographer, I see many great places for photo ops. I can't wait to go back for more pictures.

Best place for walking. There is a walking trail here and it’s of easy difficulty. This place looks even more gorgeous during Christmas. There is also an open air Amphitheater within the park and there are many eateries near the park. Also there is a huge ground for soccer and volleyball. Very well maintained p park. Worth a having a stop here.

I mean it's a park. You can't mess that up! Ok, jokes aside, it's really beautiful and nice out here for a walk or jog or if you're cycling. Seems like plenty of groups exercise here together so if you're up for it you can probably join them. Everyone is friendly on the trail and lots of cute well-behaved dogs too. Nature here is thriving and beautiful!

I really liked the lights. It was my first time going and I highly recommend it to pass the time as family or even go on a date. There was a concert going on plus Christmas event (letters to Santa) It does get crowded to the point that designated parking is necessary and it costs $15 so be ready to pay up.

Right up front the worst thing about this park is that it turns into a Mississippi swamp after a rain. Besides that, it's a beautiful place to walk and relax, study, have a picnic, look at ducks, etc. It's so nice to have a good sized, up kept, pretty park like this in the city as we don't get much of them. Oh, and I suppose another negative is that I wanted to use the restroom during park hours but the doors were locked. That was strange.

Absolutely love their Christmas 🎄 lights special every year. Fantastic set up, great events held and food trucks too. I highly recommend going and checking it out before the end of the year.

All the trees brightly lit up in the park, the lights reflecting on the serene waters and gentle breezes in the evening made the whole experience of a Christmas night worth remembering forever.... Loved it, loved it , loved it!!!!!! Will visit any number of times again...

This is a great park when you’re looking for a little escape for an hour or more. My family and I visited during the holidays, and we were able to walk through a magical world of lighted trees. It was a stunning sight to see. The lake really enhanced the experience. There are shops to grab a bite to eat near the water-walk as well, which is nice if you want to make the most of your visit. I highly recommend you check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.
