Love this Jason's Deli... had a tuna muffaletta and it was SO tasty! Also, their ice cream is creamy, unlike many other locations where the ice cream is more icy.

They charged me an extra $2.19 for chips n salsa, whenever I use to order from here the chips and salsa was always free. And I only got a half of a sandwich. I use to get a full sandwich when I use to come here. It was Not worth the money. The cashier Maria had an attitude. I'm not going to be returning.

This Jason's has really gone down hill.. The manager she said her name was Tina was very rude and on her phone the people that worked there did not speak English and thought it was funny. The salad bar was horrible and not clean and my husband's sandwich was gross. My soup was burnt and you could tell it had been sitting a long time and I ask for fresh soup and the guy said they don't have any and laughs about it! Never ever will be back.

Terrible service. I placed an order through Jason Deli's app and showed up when the app said my order would be ready. I walk in and the order pickup area was incredibly crowded and chaotic. I went to the counter to grab my order and the guy helping me said it would be just a few minutes. I waited half an hour and finally went back up to the counter to check the status of my chicken club sandwich (the entirety of my order). The girl that helped me this time was scrambling trying to figure out where my order was. Turns out my sandwich had been ready for at least 20 minutes, they just left it sitting in the preparation area rather than putting it in the area where people grab the to-go orders. Whoever manages this store should find a new line of work. The staff all seemed incredibly unorganized and untrained. They were all very nice and polite, but that doesn't compensate for the lack of service. During the 30 minutes I was waiting I watched as the staff operated in a constant state of chaos. I was not the only person that was waiting for half an hour.

The manager and his team has such positive energy. Walked in and greeted right away. Restaurant was clean, salad bar was stocked and our to go order was perfect. This will be my go to Jason's Deli!

My favorite spot in addison, I work nearby and have gone to almost all places around here and this place is my favorite. My favorite thing is their sandwiches and the salad bar. The salad bar has a wide variety options maybe like 60 different ingredients such as hummus, eggs, pasta, spinach, cucumbers and much more unique items that your everyday place won’t have. I think a half sandwich with chips and salad is like $13 and you get a ton of salad. Even their free ice cream is best of addison and better then most paid ice creams around. The soft serve is my favorite. Super chocolatey and rich vanilla is great.

I haven’t had Jason’s deli in a while but I remember how much I use to love the tuna sandwich. I ordered a tuna sandwich today and it was so nasty. The tuna was super dry, the bread was too crispy, it had no flavor at all! The Cheesecake tasted old. Not sure what was going on but the food was not good at all.

Love this location!! I work nearby and I can always count on the great service and food. Everything I have eaten here has been great. The staff is super friendly and the free soft serve is a bonus. My coworkers and I always count on this to be our go-to lunch spot.

I love Jasons deli. I got food to go from there last night and was so disappointed. We got two sandwiches and both sandwiches were one bite of meat so big you could barely get your mouth around it and then nothing else. For $11 each. They are really skipping on the meat in the sandwich these days I’ve noticed it the last two times. Brandon was nice. They forgot my chips it’s just gone way down.

Food was good and service was great. I was in a rush and they were quick to get my food out. Restrooms could use a little more attention but I was there during lunchtime so that might’ve been why.

After a loooooong day of driving six hours and fighting congested Dallas traffic, it was 9 p.m. and we were HANGry. We really didn't want another sandwich or anything "fast foodish." As soon as we walked into Jason's we were greeted warmly. As we examined the menu, we were surprised that a deli had such a wide variety of food. My hubby chose the penne pasta and meatballs and was very impressed. Soup is always my favorite when we're on the road. The Chicken Tortilla soup was excellent with a spicy kick. The complimentary ice cream cones cooled my taste buds perfectly. We've been in food establishments during the last hour of business and often feel like all that was left are the day's leftovers. Not at all the case here. Everything was fresh and the soup was steaming hot. We splurged and added the Strawberry Shortcake to take to our hotel. It was yummy! We returned to Jason's for lunch today. The salad bar was clean; the food was fresh! The salad bowls were huge! Another great experience. Every employee we encountered was courteous, friendly and able to answer my questions correcly. To top off my experience, the bathrooms were also clean!

I came in with my Daughter 5/20/23.l didn’t know what to expect because it’s been years since I’ve eaten at Jason Deli but I remember I loved it especially the salad bar. And all I can say is WOW it’s still as I remember Fresh, Clean multiple selections to choose from the cashier was nice and patient with me every employee at this location was very helpful and nice I will definitely be back especially now I know what am doing 😂😂I was so confused Thanks again Jason Deli Addison,TX location. Oh and the cheesecake was so Good!!

Love this location, however, they need to decide how they are handling mobile orders and stick with it. I went there 4 weeks ago, told the cashier my name, she hands me my order. I went there 2 weeks ago, waited for a cashier, when she finally gets to the register, I tell her I am there for a mobile order, she gives me a strange look and points to the place where they keep excess supplies, and says "mobile orders are over there" as if I'm supposed to know I can just walk up and take it seeing as how it's never been done that way before, it's not labeled "mobile orders", and it's a little bit behind the counter. It was just up there with the other excess supplies. Please have an employee verify/hand off mobile orders and have them do it consistently as a storewide policy.

I will be honest... I really have never had a bad experience at Jason's Deli! However, this location is not upholding the traditional Jason's Deli food or service. The food tastes old. Chili is way too salty, the new green chili potato salad is bland and way way dry (have water on standby)! Probably the worst potato salad, I have ever had. Further, I ordered an egg for my sandwich - It was not on there. I ordered the new chicken and rice soup and received potato soup... Overall, not happy and I won't be returning to this location.

Jason's has been a "go-to" for a couple of decades. Since the pandemic and restart, not so much. Today (11/2/2022) was close to the last straw. My receipt shows I placed my order at 11:46am. At 12:13pm, I still didn't have any food. I had to approach the staging counter to inquire and nobody could communicate in my native tongue. A "manager" had to be called over to communicate. His indifference was challenging at best. No "sorry". no apology. Just "what did you have?" ...nothing else...just a couple of ladles of soup into a bowl after almost 30 minutes. To top it off, the soup was tepid...not even warm. It was stone cold after the 3rd bite. This holding temperature was such an issue to me that I called the Addison TX environmental health office to request an inspection of the restaurant with a focus on food handling and holding temperatures. There are limited deli choices in this area...Jason's is rapidly becoming one to avoid.

Currently dinning in as I write this. I use to eat here frequently but this will be my last time coming to this location. The quality of the food and service has definitely took a nosedive. I asked the staff several times to put out fresh food at the salad bar because a lot of items were super low. They would not do so. Very disappointing experience!

I love the Chef salad,,, fresh and filling,, great flavor. Price is about 11.00 bucks but they give you plenty to eat. The curb side service is good but if your in a 4 Door exstra long Truck,,, you will have a hard time parking at the front, you might as well park at the back and go in the store to pick your food up or take the chance of people leaving door dings on the side due to the truck being so big and bulky.

ONE OF THE BEST LUNCH SPOTS EVER. Love going here to order the chicken panini. Seriously the best sandwich ever made. The manager and all the employees are wonderful and the service is quick and the food is always fresh. I come here weekly. Love this place. Highly recommended.
