If you love meat, not just beef, but also chicken, lamb, pork, etc… this is the perfect place. Dined here for a friends birthday. We had a party of about 10 people and the service was excellent. The meat just kept coming, to our delight! The lamb chops are excellent! If you have not had lamb before, that is a chance for you to start. Other than the delightful food, the location is right, in Addison a little in the middle of most Dallas suburbs. The restaurant is cozy, clean and the staff is really helpful.

My family and I had always wanted to try this restaurant. We dined here on a Saturday to celebrate my birthday. Traffic was a little congested to the entrance of the restaurant. We were able to find a decent parking space. Upon entering the establishment, we were quickly shown to a table. The staff instantly engaged us and asked if we had eaten in their establishment before. We responded that this was our very first time to eat here. They explained that there was an "all you can eat" salad bar and the servers bring the meats to the table. By turning your coaster up or down, it tells the servers if you want more or less food. The service is efficient, specializing with a large variety of meats. They offer shrimp cocktail for an additional charge. The one thing I felt that diminished the quality of the service was the use of canned soda versus soda by the glass. It took away its elegance. The wait staff was excellent and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasure to be treated with the utmost care and a properly prepared meal, which we haven't experienced in quite a long time. Thank you.

Food was good as far as flavor goes. However the gauchos just stopped by our table once! Ordered a drink from the bar with my meal and took a long time to arrive, (very delicious and strong caipirinha), server said bar was backed up. We were sat in between A large party of 16 and another party of 12 so we were “forgotten” Service could be a bit better given the price you pay per person; inattentiveness takes away from the experience. Probably it was this location only, or probably they are suffering same issues as this industry is: being short staffed.

First visit and the experience was top notch. The bartender at the front was amazingly friendly. All of the staff took care of us as if we were the only customers there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Usually don't give 5 stars. But this place earned it Everything from the food to the atmosphere, to the service was on point.. And a special shout-out to Keisha and Max.. Keisha for only being there a few days, was excellent. And Max, that young man just had a great attitude and demeanor... All staff members should give themselves an applause.. Well done...

Jack was the best waiter. Food was amazing. And I love the complementary dessert for birthdays. It was my significant others birthday and he had an amazing time here.

Celebrated Veteran’s Day with the family. The restaurant closes after lunch and reopens at 5:00 p.m. for dinner. Although I had a reservation we had to wait about seven minutes to be seated. Not too bad of a wait. The place was clean and the salad bar was well stocked. Danny our server was great and attended to all our needs. I did the churrasco experience but they have other options as well. Few things I didn’t like was serving soda drinks from cans. Not having Mexican Coca Cola and if you don’t have a reservation you might be waiting a while to be seated. I encourage to make reservations by calling or using website. Only TVs to watch are located only at the bar. Also parking can get difficult to get because of the location and vicinity of other restaurants. Overall good experience with the staff, servers, drinks. I hope they continue to be this good.

First time at Fogo de Chão and it’s a hit ! Make a reservation btw :) greeted at the entrance and taken to table quick, servers were all really sweet and attentive, letting us know everything about the menu, always filling up our drinks and asking if we needed anything most of the times , making sure we were having the best experience there . The food was really delicious, all the variety of food at the market table was exciting, I tried to taste everything but I got too full . All the meats were really good with nice texture . The crème brûlée was AMAZING, so sweet and light , just a perfect ending .

The food and service continue to be outstanding. Our server was very attentive, caring and always present, in spite of the fact that the restaurant was packed, on the Friday night that we went. The Gaúchos (meat servers), were also prompt and frequently asked if there was any other type of meat my son wanted, and the ideal temperature he preferred. The variety of the Market Table (the salad bar), the quality and taste of the items is second to none, superior to even vegetarian places or that specialize in salad bars. My wife and I do not eat meat anymore, and we still love coming to Fogo because of the plentiful, eclectic and tasty choices they offer. We were celebrating our son’s birthday and I chose to come here because he loves meat and loves he Addison location, a place that he has come to since he was a kid. Regrettably, I am giving it 4 starts this time because of the physical aspects of the restaurant, and the long wait to get a table, in spite of having a reservation. We had a reservation for 7:15 PM for 3, and arrived 5 minutes late. In spite of having been told we would have been accommodated right away, it took almost 45 minutes for that to happen. Gone is the picturesque, idyllic I would dare to say, and emblematic fire pit that used to adorn the front of the restaurant, by the waiting area. Probably to create more space for the long waits for a table. The materials used to refurbish the waiting area look construction-grade, and, frankly, cheap. I have been coming to this pioneering Fogo de Chão location in the US since it first opened in 1997, when the Coser brothers and Jorge started the Fogo legacy in the US. The decor looks rundown, pedestrian and forgotten. Other newer locations look far more up-to-date and elegant. Fortunately, the experience is still a good one, since what really counts at a restaurant are the food and the service, which continue to be 5 stars. Probably won’t be coming back to this location, but will continue to patronize the other 2 in the Dallas area that are newer and bigger, and when traveling try out the many other places they have.

As always, Fogo NEVER fails. Proteins were all on point and the spread at the salad bar was bountiful. The gauchos were incredible and ensured that the flow at my table was consistent - even after I flipped my token from red to green. Beautiful location, clean, friendly staff and great food... it's a WIN. Highly recommended.

The service was pretty bad. They cleaned up our table while we got up to get out second plate. Then while I was still working on my second plate, and my plate was full, a man walked up and asked to take away my plate. I rejected and said I was still working on it. Then he joked “ are you going to hide them in your pocket while you leave” or something like that. And later I got to know that my husband went to them twice that we are celebrating my birthday. And still the server came straight to us after dinner asking what occasion are we celebrating. Super rude customer service. Seriously?????????????????!!!!!!! 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑

This place is definitely worth trying. On con is the price for the salad bar is $30 so you might as well just get the unlimited meats, sides and salad bar for $10 more. I highly recommend the Red Sangria you will not be disappointed but I've ever had and well worth the price. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. Place is clean and comfortable. I recommend you try it.

Food was top tier! All the meats tasted delightful. Very great salad bar options for all kinds of dietary needs. Most the staff was great! My only complaint is that once I was ready to pay I recieved the bill from a tall red headed guy with glasses. He cracked a few jokes with us and we gave him the our card to pay. A few minutes passes and he returns with the card. He said “ I thought you card was going to decline “ it did leave a sour taste in our mouth because we weren’t dressed nice like the rest of the customers. We showed up in tshirts and in shorts just wanting to enjoy a nice lunch out. I do think those kinds of comments are something you should say.

The service here was excellent. Has a nice buffet in the center with various meats, cheeses, salad, and sides. The side table meat choices were all good. I really liked the Garlic Steak, some of the cuts were a little overcooked. The honey grilled cheese was amazing. As much as I enjoyed it, if I am paying I would probably choose a competitor.

Had a great dinner here! The atmosphere is awesome! There are so many options at the salad bar, very fresh and great options. We enjoyed all the meat served. What surprised me is the baked cheese. The brown sugar coat is so delicious. The dessert looks good, but no room for me to have them 😂

We are at this Fogo De Chao location to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had an amazing experience. We have eaten at a few Fogo De Chao locations, but this is the best location so far. The staff was extremely kind and on top of everything. A few other locations I felt like I had to wait on the speciality cuts of meat, but this location were very accommodating on the speciality cuts of meat and everything we requested. For my daughter’s birthday that let her choose the dessert, the other location (in a different city) my son was given a dessert and wasn’t asked his choice of dessert. Bottom line this is the best of 5 Fogo Locations I have visited and I highly recommend this location.

Much better experience that previous experience at another location. Alexis was our server & was AMAZING! The meat selection was often & amazing. Would definitely come back to this location again. Ordered the shrimp & lobster for an appetizer. Shrimp were great but the lobster was a little on the small size. The tail was almost the same size as the shrimp but again great flavor & we were celebrating so it was worth it.

My husband and I love Fogo in Addison! We came here the day after our wedding and just celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary here as well! I love how relaxing and laid back the environment is. It is classy and really easy to have a conversation with each other and not feel like we have to scream to hear each other. Every time we come here, we have wonderful service and wonderful food. Alexis and Camila really stood out tonight with their service and made our wedding anniversary dinner so much more special. Will continue to come here every year to celebrate!

I don't often give five star reviews because most places I don't feel really deserve five stars and aren't outstanding at everything. Fogo de Chao Brazilian restaurant is one of the few exceptions to the rule for me. Fogo de Chao by far meets all standards of being five star and I might give them more if it were an option even. The food, it was absolutely overwhelmingly delicious. The selection that they offer in their salad bar is tremendously overwhelming and a person could fill themselves easily by just the wonderful food and the salad bar. Many of the things there I have never even had before and it's in itself a great experience. Then, there is the meat but they provide. Individual wait staff come by with massive amounts of various types of meat and cut it off the selection they are presenting. Not sure exactly what you call how they bring it around but quite unusual. And again the meat, the flavors and the options are overwhelmingly fabulous. Selections of beef pork lamb and fish and possibly others I don't remember. They also have a selection of desserts if you find that you have not filled up at the end of the meal. I had to take my dessert home to eat. The atmosphere is well overwhelming. Very nice and so very clean as well. Then there is the wait staff. They are on the floor ready to be beckoned to your every call. No waiting for him to come around to supply more of anything. They are on top of it and available to you almost instantly. The only downside to this place is the cost. It is rather pricey but well worth the experience if you can. They have wheelchair access, they have handicap options, they have valet parking. However, not really a place you would want to bring a young child to, don't think they would do well here with this type of establishment.

Delicious salad bar, steak was good. It’s pricy, fancy Brazilian steak house. If you are not eating steak this is not your restauran. I order a drink from the menu which was not good at all for my taste. It was straight licor no flavor. For the price, you better eat it a lot of steak….. learn the hard way lol….. husband loved the steak!

VERY FUN! A great family-friendly atmosphere in which you are surrounded by a vast assortment of meats and treats whizzing around the restaurant. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Bianca, Anna, and Julia did a fantastic job making our wedding anniversary very special!

Had an amazing time here! The waiters consistently had fresh and hot meat, our server, Natalie, greeted us immediately and had spectacular service! She was very kind and knowledgeable. All sides and bread were constantly being refilled, it was great. The drinks were nice and strong, and the ambiance was pristine! 10/10

The Atmosphere here is now doubt amazing:) . I Visited the one in Addison . Unfortunately I’m giving this place 3 stars , the meat here is a bit overcooked, the steak was chewy , and so was the salmon on the salad bar , I love love love the Brazilian steak houses , and how they prepare and serve the food , but this food was just a bit overdone . The service is great and lots of smiling faces walking around , and they are on it . The grilled cheese here is beyond amazing and that was the best part of my trip to this restaurant, it was fresh hot and delicious, made my dinner satisfying. The restaurant is neat and welcoming of-course since Texas de Brazil is my favorite restaurant I was hoping this place was as delicious but the meat didn’t make the cut for me .
