STAY AWAY from Radisson! Horrible management that doesn't care about customers, ZERO customer service.Motel quality! Manager Max was very RUDE and never on duty, always absent. Front desk attendants very confused, dont know how to solve issues and told me they have shortage in employees. Homeless people outside the hotel and also you can see them inside! Dirty and with yellow stains towels (like urine), sheets are with strange black stains as well (maybe mold). Broken shower and leaky faucet... AC in hallway will not let you sleep, so incredibly LOUD and there is NO escape in any room. The housekeeping barging in into your room in the morning without knocking, they just open the room door wide open. Just HORRIBLE experience in this location and hotel management did nothing nor corporate. Never experienced this with any other hotel before, shocking experience.

I was disappointed in the lack of details shared while staying here. The elevators were under repair, the rooms weren't updated nor did they feel clean, bathroom wasn't updated nor clean, not once were our room serviced the 2 nights we stayed, and finally the hotel attendant/clerk didn't make myself nor my guest feel very welcome you can tell she didn't want to be there and thats unfortunate. For $100+ a night I didn't feel I got a good value despite the area being amazing. Hopefully this can be rectified.

The room itself was fine. I found the bed to be comfortable and room seemed updated enough. However...for a five night stay: housekeeping never came. I thought front desk said they'd be in every other day. Only in the beginning a housekeeper asked if we needed anything, I asked for towels, and they never came back. Nobody came to take even our trash- which adds up after 5 days. The halls smelled kind of like garbage, I think other guests had similar issues. Both elevators were broken the entire stay, so we took stairs, which was tough with luggage. On my last day I requested late checkout for noon, and even got a text confirmation that it was approved. But while packing, a man just opened up my door, insisting checkout was at 11 but then said it was "ok" that I was still there. I do NOT appreciate being walked in on, it makes me very uncomfortable. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. I'd stay there again for the price, but there were a lot of issues.

Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. But how this hotel is running is a wonder. Understaffed. Under stocked. No elevator. AC is wonky. Hotel is dirty, pool is filthy. Gum stuck on headboard of bed, carpets in room stained. With my breakfast included rated I had no butter no over easy eggs stated on the menu, no cereal for kids. No fruits from breakfast menu either. Elevator broke on day 2 of stay and had to hike up and down 4 floors with kids and luggage.

I honestly wouldn't recommend that anyone stay here. When we got into the room we realized the floors hadn't been vacuumed, the shower still had hair from the previous guests, there was a bobby pin left on the bathroom floor, and there was hair in the bedding. We left right after checking in so we didn't notice until coming back to settle down. The woman who was working that night was watching Netflix in the lounge area. We addressed our concerns and she just basically told us "it was housekeeping's fault". She switched us rooms but that room was also not up to par & had stains on the sheets. We went back to our previous room (unwillingly) and asked if housekeeping could be sent to clean our room in the morning. She agreed. The next morning we left early and returned late, our room had not been touched. So, I went down to address this and the man started off as condescending but then turned it around and started being kind. He couldn't do anything other than give me a new room and this room was seemingly better but I don't feel that I should've had to go through all that just to get a DECENT room. The elevator sounds like it's ready to give out at any moment and so many things, such as the showers, need to be replaced and updated (they are cracked and stained). My trip to TX would have been a whole lot nicer had I booked somewhere else.

This property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Centrally located in a great area, close to EVERYTHING! The only downside is that there is no free breakfast but it is okay because there are many resturants around. I'd definitely stay here again.

Disappointed for sure for the price ..As soon as you walk in .. the smell horrible.. but it was the whole building too! The room was ok nothing special. Coffee machine was dirty, no fan in bathroom and you had to hold the toilet handle I order to flush properly. We called down to the front desk to tell them that the tv would turn off after 15 minutes, but no one came to fix it. Oh plus they couldn’t find out reservation so we still got the room but the over charged us so now we have to get a refund… and no complementary breakfast for as much as we paid smh never again.

Edit: I've now been waiting 45 minutes for my complimentary breakfast while they serve 3 people who were after me... Only to find out they don't have bread... BREAD!!! My wife and I come to Radisson Hotels just to get away from the house... I was amazed at how rude the lady was at the counter was when we checked in and I asked why they told me one price on the phone and another price when I showed up.. I booked this hotel so far from home just for the jacuzzi and when we got here we were over charged and given a room with a spa tub like I have at home.. When I asked about the $50 difference in price the lady immediately told my wife that she can just cancel my room and we can go somewhere else.... This is how they treat what they call "Club Members". Customer Care was hard to navigate but I filed a complaint with the company. I don't want a refund, I just want companies to take pride in the service they provide to paying customers.. I'm not done with this situation and I won't just be letting it go until I see some sort of recourse.... Cool..... And they don't have bread.... Gonna be a great complimentary breakfast.

Great customer service, clean rooms and atmosphere. Only issue is there is not a lot in walking distance of the hotel because of the freeway. Food at the lounge restaurant was not great.

Location was close to everything we wanted to go too . Room was clean , but no towels when we arrived at 8:30 so we had to call front desk to get towel’s constantly throughout our weekend stay . Also they charge deposit and have yet to return it and it’s been 2 weeks but other than that . Nice hotel

For some reason my bathroom wasnt fully cleaned before I checked in at 10pm. When I called to the front desk she insisted it was clean and could switch rooms but it would be as clean as that one. There was toothepaste stains in my sink and a towel in the corner back beside the sink on the floor. The bar was disappointing as well. I asked for a drink and she informed me she couldnt make me a full drink cause she was running low on it. This was after my second drink so I got jipped. Just a disappointment after a long work trip flying in that day all I wanted was a drink and a clean bed and I got neither. Also the breakfast was bad. Somehow a gentleman was able to get eggs and bacon but when I tried to speak to her she ignored me. Never coming back here again!

I never received a response to my email in regards to my stay at the Raddison from Oct 20-22, so I will just leave the email here, as a review. Hope this helps someone save their time, and money. Hello Max, I'm writing you in regards to our stay at Radisson. Our experience was subpar, and we were treated as though we were idiots for asking for the things that were to be included in the room. The day we arrived, we checked in, there were 4 of us in the room, and 2 towels to begin with. Some of us showered, and asked for more towels on the way out. The lady who checked us in, was extremely rude about the towels, asked us why we needed more, when I responded "bc they were used" she replied "So what are y"ou saying that they provided dirty towels? After more pointless banter, and getting the response of "I mean do you need them right now?! I was gunna have them waiting for you when you got back to just grab" when I asked for clarification on whether or not we were even going to receive the towels... I'm not used to being questioned and jumping firey hoops to simply receive the things that are to be inclusive with the experience I paid for. The microwave in the room didn't work. We had to come downstairs to the kitchen and ask the staff to heat our food, because the microwave lit up, but did not heat. As you can imagine, the staff were just as irritated with that as we were, and asked several times if we saw the microwave in our room, as if we WANTED to come all the way downstairs, to do something we could've done in the comfort of our room. I had a bowl of queso in that microwave for literally 15 mins, and it was still cold, and solidified. The A/C was stuck on one setting, could not be controlled by the thermostat as it says it can be, and had to be unplugged for it to turn off at all. Plus the remote to the TV, is only half functional, you cannot turn the volume down, or go to the previous channel due the these buttons not working. I feel that I need to be accommodated for my experience considering for cost for the room for the weekend was over $200. If you need video evidence, I do have that as well.

This was a very nice looking hotel that offers a hot breakfast in the mornings at no additional fee. Fridge and microwave in the room. Beds were kind of hard, but this seems to be very common across all hotel chains so I can't really complain here. They have elevators. The neighborhood looked to be upscale and nice. Did not worry about my car in the parking lot at all. There was nothing exceptional about our stay, but it met expectations. We tend to stay in hotels like this often so the quality was what we are used to.

This hotel is very well located close to shopping, dining, libations, and an excellent outdoor park. The service was exceptional, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean, and the A/C worked well. It's a nice hotel, at a good price. It is now my go to when in Addison, and I would recommend.

The staff as follows was very accommodating particularly front desk supervisor Fab and clerk Brittany. Also housekeeper Maria. The location is close to shopping and walking. The rooms need work. The furniture is worn and the bathroom ceilings bulging. Carpet stained. Took pics as I did not want to held accountable for the lack of a through walk through. I’m expecting my incidental deposit returned as I left the room in prestige condition all pics including. I had to move rooms twice as a result of faulty mini frig and was told by the overnight auditor that there were no frig dials . Hello? Then the over night staff charged me one week when the stay was 21 days. When questioned they told me oh we only charge a week upfront in case you check out early? Really to versed in reservations to buy that answer I had it corrected with the day supervision. The area parking lot can be sketchy as any other hotel. Be careful! The ice machine was out of order most of the time and guest laundry: washer good dryer sounded like a Mac truck. Come on Choice Hotels; You can do better than that. It’s

Beware of Hotel, my cats were stolen off my truck at night. When asking the management about this, they said it happens all the time. If this is the case, you need better cameras and on site security to protect your guests. Stay at your own risk.

We had such a great experience staying here. Everything went smoothly, staff was so nice, and the breakfast was delicious! Rooms were clean and nice. There is a lot to do in the area too.

I came here for business and my first thought was how bad the construction is around the hotel... Then after walking in the lobby was extremely hot as if it has ac issues or something. However, the girl who works the front desk is super friendly and nice so that was a relief but I was just ready to get to my room and get in some ac. I walked to the elevator and oh my gosh what is this?! More construction stuff going on?? Yep. Remodeling or something all by the elevator. It wasnt pretty at all. What did I get myself into. I got to my room and the temperature showed to be on 64° but yet it was extremely hot! Hotter than downstairs! Come to find out, there's some issue between the ac unit and my remote so it wasn't on like it was showing. I figured it out and was able to get my room cooled down thankfully. The room set up is cute with the bed and couch and desk and etc. My window view however is awful....I see the hideous roof of part of the hotel. Also I think it's a major safety issue due to the fact that there's no lock on the window and no rails or walls to this roof so be careful if you're coming with kids. I'd hope you'd watch your kids but accidents happen! Also under the services tab on the website fir the hotel, it lists breakfast so we were under the impression that the hotel price included free breakfast....nope. It doesn't. They have a restaurant in which they cook breakfast and dinner during certain hours and give you a menu with prices like at a regular restaurant but no free breakfast like it seemed to put off on the website. Overall, we never want to book here again. If it wasn't all already paid for for a week, we wouldn't be staying. Next time, we will definitely go somewhere else!

Snafu with the first rooms a/c and no comparable room available. Staff quick to help and serve. No continental breakfast and dining options were a bit high. The rooms fit and finish very Art Deco meets modern. All in all a win because of the beauty of the rooms and components and the ever helpful staff.

One of my favorite things about this stay was the customer service from the employees at the front desk. They were always very friendly, patient and helpful whenever I interacted with them. Upon checking in, I was informed the elevator was down (bummer I know) and I was placed on the 3rd floor. I am asthmatic and have to avoid smoke. Twenty minutes or so after checking in, marijuana followed shortly thereafter by tobacco smoke began wafting into the room (Presumably from an occupant next door or across). Immediately< I went downstairs to inform the person at the front desk and she quickly switched my room. Once the room was switched, the stay was very good, it was merely a pain dealing with flights of stairs upon every entrance and exit. I would suggest strictly penalizing guests who smoke where they are not allowed to do so in order to protect the safety of your immuno-comprised guests. Also, offering guests a perk for the inconvenience of a broken elevator would have been appreciated (free breakfast, discount off a future stay, free soda/snack, etc). This was not a cheap stay and that type of perk would have been very well received. Thank you for the great service of your front desk employees!

The room was a last minute necessity, so I wasn't expecting much for the deal I got on it. Room was clean and well maintained, which is really first priority. However, the elevators were out (and have been for about a month according to the staff). I had a room on the third floor. Not much fun hauling a suitcase upstairs on your own. Something the manager should take note of: There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom. This is fine for people not needing to dry/style their hair, but for the rest of us, it's a trick to plug in to the coffee bar and try to stretch the cord to reach (doesn't work). They comped a breakfast in the morning as a result of the inconvenience for the elevator. Kudos to the the solo cook taking orders, cooking and serving people alone. She was great.

Giving this place a one star thanks to a “Priscilla” that works overnight there. First issue was that the elevators weren’t working and I see that’s an ongoing issue from all these reviews. My main issue was that out of nowhere the sink pipe burst and was leaking all over the floor. I explained this to Pricilla at the front desk and instead of trying to accommodate me she gave me a dry attitude. Customer service these days are horrible and she really deserved to be cussed out if I’m being honest but instead maybe she should look for a new job cause this not what she’s good at. Thank you to the manager Max who was professional and helped accommodate us in the morning, Definitely won’t come back to this place y’all need staff who actually wanna work. Room 429

This is one of the worst hotels you can stay on. They need a lot of work on their costumer service skills. I arrived late to check in, they told me I couldn't check in because I didn't tell them I was coming later thanks their 3pm check in time, even though I did call and the person I spoke to to said it was okay. When I asked them to refund my money since I was not able to check in, they refused. I sat there for an hour trying to speak with the manger but the manger would not come out to speak with me but was on the phone shouting. I encourage you to find another hotels in the area that will better serve you. I was very disappointed by this hotel. Because of them, i missed my conference. I was able to go another hotel about 2 minutes drive from this hotel as a walk in and they checked me in with no problem.

Had a great stay. The only issue I had were the elevators. One didn't work and the other sounded and felt like the cable would snap at any moment. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfy. I would stay again but I'll take the stairs.

We enjoyed our stay. Really surprised at the negative reviews. Room was clean, updated, smelled nice (big deal for me) and all 3 of the front desk staff I interacted with were helpful and kind! Took a swim in the pool and overall just a nice stay. We were on the bottom floor so the elevator was not an issue for us.

We booked this hotel for the location. But that was the only good thing about it. The hallways and elevators are stifling hot. The elevators feel like they have not been maintained in quiet some time, they were extremely jumpy. We got to our room on the 4th floor and it was very stuffy feeling. 3 people were in the room and we only were given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. I went and asked for more towels, we got 2 more wash clothes. In the room we found a fake nail in the middle of the floor so the rooms are obviously not properly cleaned. when we went swimming we again asked for some towels, the lady said they are in the dryer and will be ready in 20-30 minutes. Well we came back and she said they didn’t have any. When we were trying to take the elevator it was not working. We went downstairs to let the front desk know, when we got down there we told the manager about the elevator and the lack of towels. His response was “Well if you don’t like it you can check out!” Talk about unprofessional! He obviously did not care if there was anyone trapped in the elevators. Another person asked if she could see the elevator inspection, the manager completely ignored her, so obviously they are out dated. Definitely do not recommend.
