Lovely lady assisted both me and my wife make purchases but when we came to pay(€138.00) the lady on the till was busy texting and called over someone else to serve us.Not a word was spoken. Not asked if we wanted to pay on € or £. They advertised a small gift if you spent so much. Nothing. All goods placed in s bag and handed to like we were an inconvenience. I'll stick to local independent traders where they speak to you and you get free samples. Real shame.

Tried to buy a pair of kid's shoes. The assistant was rather surly and unhelpful. In the end found the exact same shoes cheaper nearby. I would not recommend this shop. Expensive prices and poor service.

I have used both Funde Grube shops and online, I have found staff to be very helpful but not persuasive, which is very good, their prices are excellent compared to other perfume shops, . Plus delivery very good. Please remember theses assistants are only doing their job, the number of people who say staff rude etc., I live here , they are not being rude, it’s the way they are taught to work. Naturally you,ll always get one. But to my mine mind the best in the island.

Absolutely shocking experience - avoid at all costs. walked in and had a look at makeup counters and then went to look at skincare and haircare. Immediately saw a member of staff call over others and start pointing at me - they then waited outside and set off the alarm as I walked out accusing me of stealing and wanting to check my bag - I freely allowed them to search and of course they found nothing but did not even apologise for accusing me of stealing. Staff members are obnoxious and all products are cheaper elsewhere so don’t waste your time or money.

Having been in several Perfume shops in Tenerife this was by far the best for me. The selection of Perfumes and Aftershaves is amazing! Great low prices and made better with the 10 Euro off vouchers. Very friendly staff that can't help enough. Very happy with my Le Male Perfum I finally decided to purchase from here..

A large selection of branded perfumes and toiletries at very reasonable prices. The only down side is that you are constantly pestered by sales staff who are obviously in competition with each other to get the highest sales. The only other down point is the amount of touts outside trying to sell you fake sunglasses and bags

We where looking to buy some perfume and was recommended to try this one. Staff where non verbal and also not that helpful, we ended up buying from a more smaller store nearby.

Bought Calvin Klein perfume because I stank as it's sunny as fook in Tenerife cost about 20 euros enjoyed the 🐘 outside. My bird said it was cheap but I don't really care about designer brands. If your into 90 euro Lacoste glasses this is your place. Apparently the staff are really nice too.

Manager a rude sour faced woman. Staff follow you around the shop, I appreciate alot gets stolen etc.. but they aren't following you to keep an eye on that. They are following you to beg you buy stuff you don't want. To offer you free bags which is just their tatty carrier bags so you do some free advertising for them. Stay away. The perfumes and tobacco etc can be got cheaper elsewhere.

I have been here several times and on every occasion the staff have been happy, smiling and willing to help, if I need it. They genuinely appear to like working there which makes for a really pleasant shopping experience. Other branches (eg the rude Lanzarote Peurto del Carmen) could learn a lot about customer service from these lovely ladies who’ve restored my faith in the brand.

Worse service I have ever had. Wanted to buy perfume and sunglasses. Rude and unhelpful staff. Ended up picking up my usual bottle and waited at the till for ten minutes for someone to come to the till- despite there being someone there five minutes before. Left the bottle and walked down to another perfume store with better service

Would give 1 star if I could. Faulty sunglasses purchased and refused refund despite evidence they were bought there. I don’t know what rules apply in the canaries but the service offered by the “manager” were atrocious. This behaviour would not be tolerated in the UK - they’d be closed down in weeks.

Good shop with good prices. Safe to go there

Nice location with plenty of stock. The shop is nice and clean with aircon. Staff seemed polite and willing to help.
