Visited today. I've been here before but not in a few years. We were looking forward to the meal as we had great memories so actually went out of our way to get here. On arrival we were shown to our table by a disgruntled looking Guy. We then had our order taken and served by a Gent called Anthony. The actual ordering of the food was not great as Anthony looked like he didn't want to be there or just wasn't enjoying his job. Then on bringing the drinks he dropped the glasses on the table, likewise eventually the plates. After eating we asked the disgruntled Guy for the bill as thankfully Anthony had vanished... "Ok", he then proceeded to clear the table, then vanished, so 5 minutes later we asked a female who was pleasant and brought us the bill instantly. The food was nice, if overpriced, but the surprisingly bad service means I'll not be back.

Worse experience in Tenerife! We were a group of friends who came to have dinner. The waiter brought the order for two of our friends who arrived earlier and we asked him to take our order but he ignore us while he responded to other clients who requested after us. I ordered a medium burger meat but was as hard as it could be, tasteless. When we requested the bill he brought it but he literally never appeared. We had to ask another waiter to pay the bill.. don't eat here. It's not worth neither the food and service is the worst.

We noticed that our burgers tasted a bit off, although I was more distracted by the burnt beef patty. Upon having already eaten half of the burger I flipped it and discovered actual MOLD!

Great and Attentive Service, we were sat outside where the weather was lovely. Food came relatively quick for lunch time hours. We ordered boneless chicken started with buffalo sauce? A Nashville burger, 2 Roma’s Burgers and a Caesar Burger. All well prepared and presented.

Rain afected the restaurant and some of the chairs are wet. There is not enough waiters. There is no toilet because the restaurant is in the mall and must use mall toilet. Portiile nu sunt mici si sunt interesante. Was the first time wjen i tried this location. Overeall the food was not excelent but not bad.

The staff were really courteous, the waiting time for the food wasn't too bad, you just had to wait for it. The food came and it was a lottttttttt. I couldn't eat it all, I had to take the rest with me. Overall, the food quality and quantity are good value for money, and I will highly recommend it.

Best Ribs I Have Ever Eaten! A warm welcome by Karen. Then, May looked after us superbly. The starters were hot and big portions with a good range of delicious dips. The marinara dip had a lovely twang. Main meals were even better than expected with the surf and turf steak cooked perfectly. The salmon was cooked beautifully. Surprisingly the broccoli was a delightfully flavourful edition, considering it is ‘only’ veg. Ribs - amazing, amazing, and amazing. Thank you to Daniela, May, and Karen for making our visit a great experience.

The onion loaf and chicken bites are almost meal in themselves. They should really be sharers. The south Miami fried prawns were too oily. The dips that came with them were nice and had to be used if you didn’t want the taste of the oil to overwhelm the meal. The chicken was excellent.

Foor future visitors Looking through the menu, we noticed a portion of Combi for two persoon for 26.90. "Combo menu" is highlighted separately in a red background. It catches your eye. What is also attractive is that you can eat several different dishes in one order. We ordered. After some time, a huge tray of meat and side dishes with sauces was brought to our table. It became suspicious that there was too much food at 26.90. We only ate the side dish and some sauce. We asked to pack meat (ribs and chicken) with us. And here is the most amazing thing. .. when the bill arrived. The invoice states Combi menu 53.90. That is, a portion for one is 26.90. Not for two. We asked to look at the menu again. Yes, at the bottom in small print it was indicated “cost per person 26.90.” But, when you have already read at the top that the cost for two is 26.90, will you look for confirmation of this at the bottom of the description of what is included in this menu. Of course not. Dishonest and sneaky marketing trick. So be careful when reading the menu. In addition, it is not a fact that the second time we were brought to check the same copy of the menu as when ordering. There is no such menu on their website. Be warned, future visitors.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the service. After being given the menu, a waitress approached our table and asked us for our drink order before we even had a chance to look through the menu. We politely asked her to give us a moment, but she never returned to take our order. Instead, she stood nearby and only approached us again after we signaled her a few times to take our drink order. When we were ready to order our main course, she refused to take our order and we were left waiting for five minutes until a second waiter came to our table. Given the poor service, I rate this restaurant 2 stars with the only positive being the delicious smoothie. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad was made with rotten lettuce, which was extremely disappointing. The only saving grace was that we received a 20% discount, and one of the two salads we ordered was not included in our bill. Overall, I would not recommend dining at this restaurant. The service was terrible and the food quality was subpar. I hope the management can address these issues and improve the dining experience for future customers.

We went here for lunch today ..I ordered a Nashville chicken burger. We waited ages ..the server looked like she wanted to be somewhere else. The table was greasy. When the burger arrived it was that compressed, processed chicken that looks and tastes like plastic, in a kind of damp breadcrumb covering .. when I lifted the bun off parts of it were grey, I took a bite and it tasted disgusting so I had to spit it out. I sent it back and knew better than to order again after complaining. The waitresses face ..you'd think she'd personally shopped for it and cooked it, no apologies nothing. My husband ordered the ribs, which look nothing like the video they have on constant replay. They were dry and tasteless and the sauce had congealed. We paid for the ribs e28.65 with two warm cokes. Did I mention the cold cardboard chips? We left and went in the restaurant next door where my husband had a coke and I ordered the chicken burger. Absolutely fabulous and cost a third less. If you want to charge these prices you have to have something the other restaurants around you aren't doing ..that's not happening here and certainly not worth that kind of money for lunch.

I should have checked the reviews and not picked a lunch spot based on Tony Romas experiences in other countries. The waiter took my order right away, and served my lukewarm half dead coke in just a few minutes. My Santa fe salad had a soggy tortilla crust, was swimming in salad dressing and frated cheese, and the server forgot to ask how i wanted my chicken, so i got a luke warm deep fried chicken (hint: this isn’t why i ordered a SALAD!) During my meal noone came to ask if everything was okay. They cleared my table without asking. I waited ten minutes after them clearing my table, but as noone approached me to ask if i needed anything i ended up paying at the bar. I told them about my experience, they said «oh so sorry, have a 10% discount». I’m so sorry but a 10% discount does not justify a gross meal without existent service.

A really nice place in the Siam Mall. The food is a little pricy but you get some good food too. We had some tender and finger licking good baby back ribs and a super tender steak. The staff are friendly and it’s clean. Worth a try!

Delicious ribs, steaks and prawns! Highly recommend for good American food

Avoid this place at all costs, food, drink & service were all awful. The kids food wasn’t worthy of being fed to a dog (chicken and chips, mozzarella sticks and chips, brownie for dessert). The chicken was hard and tasted as if it had been reheated, the chips were reheated and tasteless, the brownie was hard like it wasn’t at all fresh. Adults food was Caesar salad & chicken wraps. The Caesar salad looked and tasted like it’s been thrown together using leftovers, the chicken for the chicken wraps was not edible because it was so tough and overcooked, again may have been reheated. The beer from the tap was completely flat and the service was awful throughout. Not once did we get asked how the food or service had been, they were not interested in providing a good experience in any way shape or form. Since the meal three of the group have suffered with sickness which we believe was the chicken. We do not usually complain and this is the first time I have ever left a bad review for a restaurant due to how bad the experience was, avoid at all costs, if I could rate this place zero stars I would.

Not the greatest in comparison to some of the restaurants near the beach and steakhouses dotted around tenerife. Those places have much fresher and better tasting food. The food at Tony's was satisfying but pails in comparison, I'd definitely say try a different option.

Asked for a medium rare steak came as raw as you can see. The baked potato was very dry too. Wouldn’t recommend or be returning. They even kept our change and didn’t offer us no condiments

Hi, not surprise from a food taste point of view, this was very good and served very quickly. The only negative point is regarding the order process, the waiter was unaware if the ribs were available, although this is kind of the main dish from this restaurant. But if we exclude this small problem I can really recommend this restaurant for anyone who appreciate ribs as the one from Tony Romas are really matching their slogan. They fall of the bone and with their sauce they are just delicious.

Overpriced and small portions. The beef ribs were not available today So they recommended the original. I took those and got Brokkoli and mashed potatoes as sides. 3 small flowers of Brokkoli and a spoon of mash? Really? Not a recommendation to spend your money here. There is other options closeby that is cheaper and better... The staff was friendly, the location is in the siam Mall. It was Outdoor and a lot of flies. Not again for me.

Restaurant almost empty, but waited ages to be seated. When we were, waiter (Carlos) obviously didn't want to be there. Food arrived, fries were not very hot. Other people arrived after us and one of them actually had to go up to the bar as hadn't even had their drinks order. The mood is set by the staff and for us, we wouldn't return because of this.

It'd been a very long time since we eat at a Tony Romas. The food was great, the ribs were as delicious as I remember and took us back to those early days. We ordered baby back ribs and beef ribs. The portion size was very good.

I’ve been there twice now for lunch and the food was served quickly and was very tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely return. Update Dec 2021: had the chicken fajitas today, a bit too salty for my liking but all the same, very tasty.

Food was lovely here we had a really nice meal. The staff were friendly and polite the tables were clean 👌 highly recommend a visit here the dessert was huge!!

Unfortunately when i arrived i discovered there was only 2 people serving. Me and my family ordered drinks/food. Both of which arrived fairly quickly. While i was eating my burger i felt quite thirsty so i waited for one of the guys to come near me and my family so i could order a milkshake. I was waiting 15-20 minutes for my drink. I asked another one of the servers and he said he would get that milkshake, unfortunately i received it 10 minutes later. The service is absolutely appalling i would not recommend.
