The place doesn’t look amazing from the outside but it was so good. All the food we had was delicious, came out in a reasonable time and was really fresh. The classic margarita jug was huge and really tasty- good value for the price. Definitely would go again

Our 2nd time here, it is really nice! It seems to be a little dark inside, but when the service is as friendly as efficient as they are, you barely notice. Amazing service here, everyone is lovely and the food does come out really really quickly. Great variety of drinks! Highly recommend Desperados for those who enjoy beer and tequila. If I could just recommend a little bit more of your amazing guac, that would be great 😁 see you again soon!

Food & Drinks are normally awesome everytime been here. However, the recent chicken dish (photo) a family member had was a little fatty. It can get very noisy, you can't hear yourself talk & have to yell across the table at your partner to be heard, bad acoustics. Note: When sitting at a window table (on sthn side) the breeze is cold on your back from the door being ajar all the time, not good for elderly or immune compromised patrons, so bring a cardigan. A Negative: Do Not Like How The 2nd Exit Door Has A Table In Front Of It - Dangerous & Should Be Kept Free At All Times (breaches safety regulations!!

First time there and staff friendly, food awesome

Fantastic little Mexican restaurant. We came in and were greeted straight away, taken to our seats and started going over the menu. Great selection of Mexican food. We opted for the soft shell tacos, fish, prawn, chicken and beef. All of which were delicious. The chimichanga was also a big serve and we couldn’t finish it all. Great place and great food. One critique is the restaurant could use some sound dampening, it was sometimes hard to hear the person sitting across from me. We will be back for more tacos!!!

Food was delicious. Good size portions and came out quick. Only downside is the restaurant is extremely loud and hard to have a decent conversation without yelling, although I did visit during a very busy period on Saturday night and the place was full.

Went for the first time over the weekend and I'm still thinking about the next time I can go back. The food came out in a decent time frame, even though it was busy, and it was just really good, best food I've had all year and annoyed I didn't order more, even though I was full by the end. We ordered the barramundi soft shell Taco, crispy chicken soft shell Taco and a bowl of the nachos to share. Definitely rate this place and the sangria! Doesn't have the greatest Mexican feel about it, but once you have afew tequilas, who cares, the staff were friendly and I loved the staff member standing in a corner singing to himself.

Tequila N Tacos has a nice atmosphere and friendly service. The burrito was good, but not traditional Mexican since the rice was served on the side, which I didn't prefer. Overall, it's a nice place for a meal.

The food was delicious. Love the frozen margaritas 🍹. The staff were friendly and the food was served up in good time. We have eaten here previously and we will continue to return. Vegetarian options which is great. My only complaint with every restaurant is the time limit for the booking. There is never enough time to have a breather and order dessert, extra drinks or coffee.

This has been our Mexican restaurant for about 10 years. Unfortunately our recent dining experience was negative because of the time constraints (80 minutes) on dining that you are now greeted with on entering. Big black and white sign on the bar displayed the strict time limit. Ordered drink, entrees and main course via QR code. Entrees arrived and before we had time to share them out, the mains came. We had to eat our entrees quickly so the mains didn’t go cold. Our family hadn’t finished when asked if our plates could be removed, making it very clear that they wanted the table for new customers. We weren’t offered dessert or coffee options. The whole experience was unpleasant and one of just ‘hurry up and leave’. 2 stars as food quality is very good.

The food was quite delicious. Service staff 2as quite friendly. Extremely noisy place though with babies and toddlers screaming and the extreme noise bouncing off the walls. It was quite difficult to hold a conversation without shouting. There is seating outside, which may be a better choice. Food is quite expensive though with almost everything being an extra surcharge, eg, beef, chicken, hot salsa -it all starts adding up to something quite expensive and it ends up perhaps not worth it.

5 stars definitely.... I had my meal the day After I attended this restaurant as I had a medical episode while there. The owner couldn't have been more helpful or caring from the minute he was informed about what was happening to once the ambulance came and beyond when I left. He was extremely accommodating packing our food to take home, taking care of my car and reassuring my family. That is 5 star hospitality right There! Thank you so very much.

Dined on. Can't fault food,service and atmosphere. Food came quickly and was hot and very tasty, very reasonable price. Server was smiling and efficient. Atmosphere great,loved the painting of the walls and the scene that was painted. Fabulous experience. Would highly recommend.

I come back here for the cheap and delicious margaritas. The food is ok, the pulled pork and chicken are a little dry and overcooked, but the crunchy potatoes were very nice.

What an amazing hidden gem!!! We had a fantastic time. The margaritas we just amazing and boy the food was next level. Definitely our go too Mexican restaurant and super affordable!!
