    Order a Big Mac Meal as well as 2 other meals for takeaway. Waited over 20mins. When I got home and unwrapped the Big Mac, I found barely anything on the burger. Chips were also cold and soggy.

    Some may say if they could give a 0 they would. But I think a 1 star accurately reflects the type of experience I had at this McDonalds. First off I have to give it to them, they have a clean bathroom. Props. But I ordered 2 orders of Big Mac sauce, one to go with my burgers, the others for my fries. Little did I know I was going to get a cup filled 1/10th of the way as if they scquirted some sort of paste into each of my cups. That wasn't even the worst thing about the situation. There was this oozing orange old cheese looking thing coming out of each of the cups of big Mac sauce. And yes I do have photograph evidence. Safe to say I will not be ordering big mac sauce here again. I'll probably use the bathroom tho. (I would love to receive a gift card for the incident tho maccas)

    They couldn't even make my food because they said their equipment was broken, then made be walk in the store from the drive-thru to get my refund. Once inside, it turns out they just had the machines turned off and didn't feel like turning them on to do some actual cooking because it was late. This is not my first horrendous experience at this location. I think I'd rather starve than patronize this place again.

    Please take time to drain some of the grease off patty and clean the area they are cooked so there isn't older burned meat sticking to them. Thanks

    Employee's seemed confused and disoriented. Sauce containers were filled a tenth of way, this seems to be a recurring problem at this store when they manage to remember to put the sauce in the bag. I recommend checking your bag before you leave, very dissapointing.

    Good, inside, clean. Drive through, 1 in 6 mistake done with macc app, via pickup drive through. No way to tell them of order app mistakes, when picking up orders. Maccs App 3 out of 5. (on the good side, if you ring store, they replace the individual item that was wrong etc.)

    As McDonald's go, I have never been a fan, but today it was my friend's choice. I was pleasantly surprised. This store was clean, tidy and run efficiently by friendly young people. We ordered simple toasted sandwiches and coffees. Service to the table was good and the food was tasty. The only thing that really turned me off was eating out of paper bags and drinking from takeaway cups. I probably won't frequent the franchise, but now and again I will feel more confident to give it a chance if they are as good as this one. 😀

    Literally ignored by staff at the counter (who assumed I was an Uber eats guy). Ended up waiting for ages then having to use the self serve checkout because people on the front counter were ignorant me and the other (Uber eats looking people). Customer service was Disgusting. I assume they treat the poor Uber eats guys like a second class citizen too. Eat there today 10pm

    Why is it so hard to get fresh hot fries. For some reason all the limp, colder chips go into the kids happy meals... It's not right. Our kids hate cold fries. We always ask for fresh cooked fries & are happy to wait BUT no we rarely get what we request. 😒

    It's shocking to me the amount of young people employed here and other McDonalds stores that simply can not converse with their customers. They come and put your food on the table without eye contact, speaking or any other hospitality-like pleasantries. Is there no training in customer service anymore? After 25+ years working in hospitality myself, I wonder about the future of the industry when this generation can't actually speak to real people in their communities.

    Edit 23/08/2023: nice fresh green lettuce on my big mac, looked very close to the photos. Very impressed, good job to the team at Melrose park👌 Long way to go to beat the legends at Hallett Cove Maccas, still decent.

    Staff extremely rude, especially the person on the window on the 4/9. I don’t think that individual completed their customer service course. Passive aggression and talking to a customer like they haven’t graduated school is not a way to treat someone. Extremely disappointed with the way the staff handled the situation. Poor effort. No wonder there is a sign for hiring out he front. I suggest you replace that individual because their main motive seems to get in get out with no passion or are for food safety and the overall McDonald’s moral.

    After waiting more than 20min in the drive thru, my order of pancake and sausage & egg muffin meals I was asked to wait in the waiting bay for another 10-15min. To top it all off I get egg shells in my muffin meal🙉😡😢

    I cannot believe how rude the staff are here. I waited in the drive thru for 12 mins before even getting served. No apologies - nothing. What is the point of ordering on the app and getting a code when none of the staff can even understand you when you literally say 2 letters and 2 numbers in perfect English over and over again? No eye contact, they completely ignore you, don’t talk to you, don’t confirm anything with you - just rudely shove the food in your face whilst giving you side eye. Disgusting. McDonalds used to be know for its customer service and comprehensive training programme but this obviously doesn’t exist anymore. This is my experience at most McDonalds these days but Melrose Park is one of the worst. Very disappointing.

    There is no quicker way for a company to show they have no regard for their customers than to not allow people to view items on the menu. The drive-through menu only shows about 10% of items available and drive-through staff are not compliant and willing to assist when asked to verbally communicate items. Customers can also not view prices for most items. This makes the drive-through system time-consuming which is counterproductive. It is also infuriating for customers who simply wish to see what is available to order.

    Missing items,staff doesn't talk back properly and the staff was rude to my innocent doordash delivery driver when asked for a replacement for the unavailable but paid frozen drinks for swapping it for another drink within same price range. Already complained with the corporate.

    Was stopping by for a quick and easy dinner. As a maccas worker myself it's great to see the spirit of other maccas workers when a staff discount comes through. Like a bond that goes global. Guy who handed us our food in the waiting bay was very casual and charismatic. Good to see a kind spirit out there!

    Wouldn’t go here even if my first borns life depended on it. Staff are rude, not helpful and the one on order taking needs to be retrained. Got a mobile order for the convenience of being quick and as I got to the window I was asked to repeat my order, after saying it was a few breakfast items and a double cheeseburger he proceeds to pull up an order that’s not mine, it was one burger when I said I had multiple burgers. He then proceeded to let me know because it was a mobile order I didn’t need to confirm the order and it’s done anyway. Which is confusing because he wanted me to confirm it before. I had a problem with a missing item when I received the food and was argued back by the staff and a manager. Disgusting customer service, would advise extra training for all.
