Unfortunately at Easter we always have fish for lunch and we went buy some fish and chips we have been back 4 times since then and wow wow wow your crumbed prawns are absolutely beautiful love fran and Mike XOXO ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Came here on the hottest day of 2023. This place was PACKED! The staff were amazing so composed and got the food out to everyone in great time!

I ordered a crew pack for 4 @ $49. The food was well prepared and the fish portions were a good size. The chips were great, but the portion was a bit small for 4 people. The meal was nicely boxed and came with a large drink and a small coleslaw. I had to ask for napkins, forks and cups. The restaurant was clean and pleasant to dine in and service was prompt.

We always order the fish butter snack pack. It's 2 pieces of butter fish and fries. Nice, crispy and not too oily like most fish and chips. We usually buy take away, just drive a bit to find a nice spot and enjoy it on the side of the Christi Beach.

Came to the store on a Friday night. Have been eating at Barnacle Bills Seafood for decades. Any meal ordered over the years has always come with tartare sauce, lemon wedge especially with Fish. Tonight, manager has decided he wants to charge me for one slice being 1/8 of a lemon that rightfully or usually goes with a seafood take away meal for $24.95. I usually drive from Victor Harbor to Sefton Park.

Staff were friendly and service was on point. The calamari and chicken burgers were cooked well. However the chips were very average. So if you are coming for the chips I'd second guess it.

Make sure to check your order before leaving the store. Twice they messed up my order on two separate occasions. The first time when I brought the food back in for a refund the man who I presume is the owner blamed me and didn't want to give me a refund because then they loose money. Second time they refunded straight away. Not good enough.

Food was amazing, it always is here, they never seem to lose their touch, the atmosphere was full of laughter and jokes with the staff..

Terrible service. Tried to swap out crumbed or battered fish for grilled due to allergies and was told we weren't allowed to do that and had to buy separately. No explaination as to why we couldnt swap it out, just stupid as you can swap anything else. So ordered fish and chips separately to accommodate to have the fish grilled and then was asked if we want it crumbed or battered, reiterated grilled and asked if we wanted it floured. I'm not sure he even understood that we wanted it grilled. Terrible service and he even walked away when we were questioning him as to why we couldn't swap. Will not be returning to this shop ever again.

I had the Spoiler for One... I have been eating BB since the late 70's and I have literally just had the best one yet! Chips...light AND crunchy! Batter on the fish was the same! Well done Moana!!!!

Yummy thankyou we had delivery and everything was great fish, chips, calamari, sea scallops and pineapple fritter. No complaints what so ever. Highly recommend

Food was cold and greasy and over cooked. Told the owner and didn't even get offered a discount if I came back. Don't think I will go back

Unfortunately, there must be new owners as our experience was very different to normal. All the seafood was hard and well over cooked and hardly any chips. I could have received double the amount and well cooked seafood from my local fish and chip shop. We also waited a very long time for our food too and it was not busy. I understand these things happen but for the amount we paid, I expected better.

You can’t even call this a fish and chip shop. No potato cakes or dim sims!! and why does everything need to be in a pack?? Give it a miss.
