Changing my 5 star review This place used to be fun and fair. First time spent $80 and left with 7 items, next time $80 again and went to 4 items, next time 3. Visited mid July spent $80 and left with one small toy. Claws clearly lossened dont think we will be returning

A place if you wish to do some brain and hand cordination training. You need tokens to play where a token = $1. Some games require 2 tokens while a few require $1. It depends on how big the toys inside the cart are.

Rigged. loose claw. literally spent so much got nothing. Bought a capsule, it was broken and defective contacted them, didn't not reply.

If you spend wisely you can get so many cute things! The little hamsters are so adorable! They have mystery prizes too but they seem a bit more "kiddy"

I had the toy perfectly placed in the claw, but then it fell out when it stopped at the top because the claw was kind of loose. Shouldn't the claw stay tight around it?

Not open over 10:30 on Sunday, which says business from 10:00 on Sunday. my child was very excited to go play. But was met with a closed door. Very disappointed.

Went first time and took son and friend was great they had a blast, couple weeks later took my daughter and her friend and claws were definately loosened. Spent lots of $$ left with tiny figurines

Getting hard to win one Was winning alot easier before Wishing to have more sanrio and pusheen plush Got one time lucky to get the big cinamoroll on the chance opening door

AVOID at all cost. It is a big SCAM. I had the claw perfectly aligned several times. it even picked and lifted the plush precisely up in the air multiple times. It just deliberately drops it. It is definitely loose. Does any one know how to report this place?

Had the best time at the Rundle mall arcade today as usual, I often go a couple times a month with friends but today while killing time I managed to win the Pooh toy from the locked door! Thanks for always cheering my friends and I up, the staff at Rundle and the Adelaide markets are so friendly. Can’t wait to win a pollywag!
