This review is from my mother in law, who was not very happy with her hair cut- Haircut last week I asked & indicated one inch the girl cut two or more inches. Not all older ladies want their hair short like a man's. Please listen to what your clients ask for

i got a quote for straight my hair for $35 before I got there. When I got to their salon , I requested to add some curls to my hair and a lady said my code will be $65. I accepted the quote and hair dresser finished my job. When I went to the counter to pay my bill , they asked me to pay $90 as they said their system gave them wrong price. In my view , it was really unprofessional, how treat me and trying to charge me over rice for just straight my hair and add some curls with hair straighter to my hair. I don't recommend their service to anyone

Popped into this salon after being let down by my usual hairdresser and asked for a wash and blow dry. The owner Kaylah was very understanding and professional and set my hair just as l wanted. I’ll be returning for another session in 2 weeks time.

Amazing stylists and customer service.

My wife got quoted between $40 and $50 for wash and blowdry over the phone for shoulder length hair. Her hair was washed and blow dryed by the apprentice because the hairstyist was very busy with another client. The hairstylist then straightened her hair quite quickly (which she could have done herself at home). To be charged $50 for a very average job, by (mostly) the apprentice, is far from value for money . Nice enough staff but the end result was just not good enough. She wont be going back. Will try somewhere else locally as we wish to support small business.

A great atmosphere and friendly staff. Kaylah and her team are very talented. They are up to date with all the latest trends but are also reasonably priced. Highly recommend for your next cut, colour or style or any occasion.

This salon is a hidden gem nestled in happy valley. Honestly my experience was not what I expected.... It was even better. From the moment you walk in you are met with the most welcoming and friendly team of hairdresser's and you leave feeling like you are on cloud nine. The ladies work insanely hard to make your hair goals are achieved. I am so incredibly happy with my hair and experience that I will be an ongoing customer.
